Q: Ok it seems that all my parents care is getting me to university.

There's these 4 things our teacher said we can go to: college, university, aprenticeship, and some other thing.

They say that depends on what you want to be is whether you go to university, college, etc but my dad keeps saying that university is for everything and that university are for the smarter peolple. is that true?

They don't even think about it at all, it doesn't matter what i want to be or not, all they care is getting me into a university.

I mean im the smartest in my class but I can't help but wonder, why university?

I'm about to enter high shcool is year and the stress of abandoning my friends were enough but then Im scared of entering high shcool, even though everyone says i'll do fine with my brain.

But eventually, everyone will crack at some point in high shcool. Even i did a couple of times this year. There's just no breaks! And then after you graduate high shcool you enter one of those four things for how many years! I want to be in the medical field so there will be no rest in what i have to work for and I'll be trapped in school for like 20 years! I'm very obsessed with cleaness and don't like living in apartments where other peope used to live before.

I don't know why i'm so stressed but can't you be super successful without going to university?

I mean, Ijust want a quick way out but be successful at the same time.

Ever since i was small, I imagined myself setting down in a family at a very young age
like probably 22, a house wife with kids and on some days work at soemthing medical while still shopping and hanging out with my friends, have money and finally use them in my own ways instead of my parents holding me down on what I want to buy, and just having a free life but successful at a yougn and early age and still look great or decent.

But going to university for medical reasons will make me come out really old and I won't be able to have a lot of kids or else it would make people see me as un professional and probably a slut for having a baby while i'm a doctor, a very clean reputative career.

I don't know why I'm writing this cuz it may seem far away but not really.

And some of you might say, why can't you choose a different carreer? Well i think it's because being somethign medical is the only or one of the most wise jobs to be cuz you can be a computer programer or a singer but it's really useless. You can live without listening to others sing with cds and things and you can certainly live WITHOUT a computer but in the medical feilds you can actually save a life. Can you save someone from music? It may really make you feel better but it won't heal you from dying.

Does anyone have opinions to share? any things that you agree on? I want to see if there's even a chance my dream future can happen and stay on reality instead of day dream land and get a grip on myself.

Maybe I'm holding onto such a high standard for myself?

Maybe i just want to acheive a very high goal yet still look good? Maybe I'm Vain? Maybe I'm selfish?

my parents are giving me the opportunity to take music lessons. my options are guitar (acoustic or electric) or piano. the thing about piano is i took lessons from when i was 7-11. and my brother is studying to be a piano teacher in college, and he really wants me to take piano. when he comes home on the weekends, he gives me random ben folds songs or classical pieces to play. then the next weekend, he expects me to have them memorized.. i don't want to let him down so i try to work on them. so i'm decent at the piano, but i REALLY want to play the guitar. so i'm in between.

im a young male and im talkin about my girlfriend

i had just had my girlfriend break up with me a couple of days ago and it was really hard on me. I was the cause of the breakup because i wasn't being open enough to her and when she said "i feel like im neglecting you," and just said no and she asked if something was wrong and i said no. when we hung up i had decided that i needed to tell her what i felt so i messaged her and said honestly i do feel neglected and she got mad because i didnt talk to her on the phone when i had the chance. so she got mad and later said you no i'm mad at you and im fed up with your shit. so she had ended it and she said i just havent felt like we are close like we were at first. this all hurt me bad and she wouldn't talk to me because i wanted to talk to her and explain to her how i felt.
so the next day she ignored me and i couldnt talk to her and the next day i tried to get her off my mind but it didnt work so i went to my dad and brother to talk to them about it. i had listened to them and they had the same points.
so what i did was go to her house the next day with out her knowing and had a bunch of nice flowers. She had a smile on her face and didnt seem mad at me so i take that as being good?. i gave her the flowers and went into her room to talk to her. i told her that i really like her and i really care for her. i said you no every relationship has rough patches and you have to try to get through them instead of just quitting on the relationship. (she promised herself that she would never give a guy a second chance by the way.) i just asked her if she could promise me that she will think about a second chance while she was in colorado (this was later in the talk that i had asked her if she would think about a second chance). she said i will and i said the way u had ended it really hurt me alot and i just wanted her to think about the second chance for more than just one day. just please think about it because the idea of being without you really hurts because i care for you and i want to be there for you. she said she would think about it while she was there. the next thing i said was you know this is my first true relationship and im goin to make mistakes and i will admit when i do and im willing to try to work on that and i really want to be open with you and try to stop arguing about little things. just promise me you will think about the second chance and get back to me when you get back. i really care for you and we gave each other a huge hug and i told her in her ear that i really care for you and i said i need to go because i just wanted to say this and be on my way and not get in ur way. and oh yeah i told her the reasons why i felt why we were growing apart earlier. and i also said im not goin to beg or force you for the second chance and i wont talk to you or text you while you're up there so that gives you your freedom to think. then came the hug and leaving part. some of this wasn't in the right order but you get the idea. so can ya'll tell me if i did the right thing?

He's half black, half Filipino, and at my school, dating someone oustide your race is not frowed upon, but it's not looked up too either, if you know what I mean. Q: Ok well i'm going into a school that wears uniform and I HAVE to wear blakc shoes, which isn't a great thing since black is nt realyl my most liked colour.

Q: theres this girl on my cheerleading team who is ruining the whole thing. shes really mean and always starts drama and fights and gets people against each other. shes like a poison that spreads through the team and makes it miserable for everyone. well anyway she also does a lot of bad things, like drinking, smoking pot, sends naked pics of herself to guys, etc. if she gets caught she could get kicked off... which i really hope she does, because our cheer team would be soooo much better without her. so i've sort of thought about sending a anonimous note to the school, telling them about the stuff she does. but i dont know if that would backfire or not? becuz they might just talk to her and warn her not to do that stuff, and then she'd be more careful and never get caught. and i really want her to get caught and kicked off because im serious it is really bad with her there. so what do you think? is it better to tell on her, or just wait and hope she gets caught? and i know this sounds really mean, but if you could really see how bad she is, you'd feel this way too. oh and please dont say to talk to her about it, because thats been tried and doesnt work.

Q: I have adobe photoshop, and I'm trying to add text to this one picture, but it wont let me save it! I add the text, and then when I click save this box pops up and says something like "Do you want to turn of maximized capability? If you turn this off.....blabla." And so I click OK. And then I go to "MY PICTURES" and in my pictures place, instead of the picture is the little blue icon thing that says AP (for adobe photoshop) I dont get it! Please someone help!
