Stand with your legs close together and point and flex your calves. (AKA stand on your toes and go back down repeatedly, and go on your heels and back repeatedly.) Also, if you walk across a room on your toes and heels works too. Hope I helped.

Just to add to Marizzle's advice, orange shades (like brown or peach) bring out blue eyes. I think Marizzle said greens bring out blue, but I've always been told and read that it's orange.

I think Sephora has the edible products line. I know someone who bought a glitter powder there that was edible, so I'm assuming they have a whole line. And massage oil, try looking at a drugstore like Walgreens. Hope I helped!

I'm flying SouthWest Airlines tomorrow. I have one question. Are you allowed to bring liquids that are more than 3 oz in CHECKED luggage, the one that isn't your carry-on? I know the whole ziploc bag routine thing. Thanks.
Luggage that isn't going onto the plane with you can have whatever amount of liquid. If your bringing it with you on the plane I think it's 3 oz and under because I had a lotion in my purse that was 4oz and I had to get rid of it. Hope I helped!
So, I got my period yesterday (it's not my first one) and my periods last like 2 weeks and here's the problem. I'm leaving tomorrow to go to my neighbor's lake house for 6 days and 6 nights. My period will probably be going through the WHOLE time I'm there. The house is a little cottage and the only fun things to do are wakeboard & tube in the water. I haven't been able to wakeboard in 3 weeks because I've been busy and I was so excited and now I probably can't go. I'm thinking about wearing a pad on my bathing suit shorts and some crappy shorts from old navy over them & I'll wakeboard like that. I don't wear tampons, I'm not ready. Is there anything I can eat/do to make my period stop or go by quicker?! If not, what do I wear in the water while I'm tubing besides a tampon?? Ugh, this is such a lousy situation. Please help me. =]
The answer tommys baby gave is fine, but I've heard that pads come apart in the water so watch out for that. Just a little warning!
well, i just installed limewire today. after i installed it, everytime i'd try to open it, the opening pop-up that says LIMEWIRE 4.14 2000-2006 C would come up, but it would stay there. even after 10 minutes, it would not go to the opening screen that lets you move around.
i tried restarting my computer & it didnt work!i also tried this multiple times. plss help.
That use to happen to me a few years ago. It never ended up working for me. Also, it messed up alot of things on my computer, or it gave me a virus. So now I use Ares which is also a download program but it's much more simple than Limewire. So I would recommend using Ares instead. Here's the link to download it: http://aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net/

That's the closest thing I can find. The first one says it's an iron on, so you just buy a t-shirt and then you iron it on. I don't think it brings you to ebay either. Hope I helped.

alright so i just graduated middleschool and im going to high school this september.
i wat to do a kind of summer make over. these are hte things that i was to achieve over ot summer before highschool :
1. grow my hair long: it gets split ends easily and is blonde and naturally wavy.. any ways GOOD ways to grow it long fast
2. get really tan: just lay out in the sun alot and stuff. tanning oil works good right?
3. whiten up my smile: any good stuff or tips to whiten it up really good? :]
4. get toned up and get a flat stomach: i worked out last summer and i would do like alot of sit ups and it worked but not fast enough for the school year. so.. i stopped. any ways and good tips to tone up your body that will work fast and wont take up alot of timee.? or just anythingg that workss?

1. I don't know if there are ways to MAKE your hair grow.
2. Don't use tanning oil. Yeah, it's suppose to help you get tanner faster, but it also make the suns strength on your skin so much stronger. This could put you at a higher risk of getting skin cancer. To get tan, use sun block when you go outside and also use Jergens self tanner. It doesn't make you orange like regular self tanners.
3. Use Crest Classic white strips, the ones your suppose to use for 14 days. I only used mine for about 10 or less days and accidently stopped using them, but my teeth became so much whiter by then.
4. My favorite workouts are from Seventeen magazine. They really work good too. If you dont have that magazine, go to www.seventeen.com and click the health or fitness tab on top.

I'm pretty shy, and quiet unless i'm with my good friends. Well this summer i'm moving and will be a freshmen and won't know anyone. I just wan't to start over and not be the shy quiet girl people at my school know me as. What are some good ways to make friends? It's pretty hard for me since i'm so shy.
I'm just like you with the shy and quiet deal, so I know what you'll be gonig through. This might sound crazy, but you should change your hairstyle. I think changing your look could give you a whole new confidence to be more outgoing. (I would definitely do this if I was moving.) High school is so different from middle school to me. There's a little bit less cliques, so people could be looking for new people to hang out with. When you first move, look for kids your age in your neighborhood. If see someone, you should casually go for a walk or something and maybe just be like "hey, how old are you/what school do you go to/how are you" anything to start a little conversation. If that doesn't work out, talk to someone on your bus if you go on one, or talk to someone in your first class. If you think they sound pretty cool, ask them if you could meet some of their friends or sit with them at lunch. Once you meet at least 2 people, it should be easy to go from there. I know you're thinking omg but I'm too shy to do that. Your gonna be in a whole new place though so you can be whoever you want to be. Hope I helped. It sounds like he's using you because your younger, so he assumes you don't think you'll ever find out. You best bet is to just forget about him and find someone else because he's a senior, he has a girlfriend, and he'll probably be going to college next year anyway. Hope I helped.

You could buy brush ups and just go to the bathroom and do it, it's fast and easy. I'm not sure how they work with braces though. Or you could do what everyone else said and just bring your toothbrush. Your friends won't mind, because I'm sure they wouldn't want food in their teeth either. Hope I helped!

ok, so my mom and i have been trying to come up with ideas of jobs that i could do over the summer(school gets out in 3 days) and i would really prefer something that gets paid.. my mom doesnt care what type of job i get, just as long as i get one, because she doesnt want me on the phone/tv/computer all day.. well i have a kinda busy schedual this summer, so the job cant be like something every day..and i dont want to spend all my free time doing this job ya know?? i really dont care what type of job it is.. im very athletic if that helps any... and i dont want to volenteer at the hospital... ive already thought about babysitting/ petsitting and lawn mowing... anything else that you guys could come up with would be fantastic!!! thanks a bunch!!

Your belly button/tongue or your nose?
I have my nose pierced and it hurt like hell. But i really want my belly button and tongue pierced but I am not sure what would hurt worse.
I haven't gotten any of the piercings, but all of my friends who got their belly button pierced said that it didn't really hurt at all, that it felt like a pinch. Hope I helped.
