Ok. Well. plug your ipod in to your computer. Then in itunes, go the your ipod. and there should be a picture of your ipod, and the information about it. Then at the top you will see tabs that say podcasts, music, games. ect.
Go to games.
Click the box next to the sims game, and at the bottom click apply. Then it should go onto your ipod.

i was watching "you are what you eat" and it mentioned something about a woman who ate a lot of sugar and yeast and how that might connect to itching "down there". is this true?

yes. you can get a yeast infection, which causes itching, if you eat alot of sugar or yeast. You can get yeast other places on your body (but im not sure how that works...) but it can cause a yeast infection in your vagina.

I'm looking to get a small(ish), inexpensive pet. Preferably one that's not too much to maintain, and also won't be too smelly.
Obviously I know if the cage or whatnot is cleanred properly that shouldn't be too much of an issue, but you know what I mean.
I live in an apartment (well, private house), so noise is also a factor.
Also, if you suggest a fish, maybe suggest a certain kind instead of just "get a fish". Like name or what color it is and what not. And also maybe let me know the price range and what they eat.

There are some places where you can get cats, that already have their shots, and are spayed or neutered, and they arent to expensive I mean they do need food and litter... But if you change the litter enough, it doesnt smell.
If not I would suggest a fish. I wouldnt suggest a gold fish, because they are more likely to die (myne always die in 3 months, and i feed them enough and everything.) I would suggest like those sucker fish, or the angel fish. They should be around 3-10 dollars, and i think they eat normal fish food. They are pretty cute! You might need to buy a tank though... Those could be expensive.

If a company says that white people can wear jeans, but blacks can't, that's discrimination (illegal). If a company says that employees over age 30 are allowed to wear sandals, but employees younger than that can't, that's discrimination (illegal).
But when a company says that a girl can have pierced ears and a guy can't, that's totally legal, according to the law.
Why is discrimination tolerated in the workplace when it comes to gender, but not religion, race, age, etc.? (link)

I have been trying to kill myself sense I was ten. It never worked out right, either there was some-one to stop me or they found me before I could finish. I really don't want to live any more. But I don't seem to have the strength to go on. I don't want to feel this way any more. It scares me and each thought is stronger than the last. I want these feelings to go away. What can I do? Nothing ever seems to help me. I feel that my only option is to kill my self. I still WANT to live though! I'm scared that I might take this to far. If you want to live, why do you want to kill yourself? is it because you want attention, or you have depression? You should go to the doctor, because some people have an imbalance in their hormones, and the doctor can fix it.
I would really suggest doing that, and please dont kill yourself, there would be people in the world who would miss you!

There is this girl, sammy, last summer she got with this guy i really really liked. i didnt know her at first, but after she realized that me and her boyfriend had a really long and meaningful history she got extremely jealous. She would often wait until i was walking by and kiss her boyfriend, the one i liked, or tell him how much she loved him and how glad she was that they were together, just so i could hear. and i knew this because she would give me a very smug smile after she saw the look of hurt on my face.
..well sammy and her boyfriend broke up and i had finally moved on from him. two weeks ago i was out on a date and she happened to see us. then just two days ago i found out that the guy i had been on the date with is now her boyfriend. I am not really mad at the boy, i mean yea it sucks that he blew me off for her... but hey thats life. but i can't help but thinking that this is a really bad coincidence?
any opinions... is this just a crazy coincidence? or is this girl out to get me and hurt me whatever way possible. i just dont want this guy to get hurt if she is just dating him to get back at me! (link)

Some people get pleasure in hurting others. And it seems like she is jealous of you.
She could just be totally inocent and just happen to like the guys you do, and she gets them, and somehow doesnt notice that she is hurting you (but i truely doubt that)
I would try talking to her, but some people are hard to talk to...
I dont know how old you are, but if you are in school, you could get your councelor to have a talk with you and her, and try to fix things, and if you arent in school, im sorry i can not think of anything, but talkng to her, or the guys. If you can get to the guys, without her biting your head off first.

This guy was chasing me for a few months, but I had a boyfriend. After my boyfriend dumped me, I went on a date with this guy and had a great time, and told him I wanted to see him again, but both our schedules were crazy so we didn't end up going out again (he moved to Oregon). He's since moved back but I don't have his number anymore and now I'm pining for him. Think about him all the time and stuff but the only was I can think of to get in touch with him is through an ex of his. And I'm moving in two weeks. Is it worth it to try? (link)

I think that if you really love him, and you feel you want to try to contact him, then do so.
Also it depends on how far you are moving. I dont believe long distance relation ships work, but its really up to the people.
And also you might find someone you like even more where you are moving.

Hey guys. I'll be turning 16 on the 29th and I was planning on having a party with about 17 or 18 people, both boys and girls (5 guys, 12 girls or something like that). I don't live in a neighborhood, my house is pretty secluded, and I don't have a pool. So I was wondering if anyone had some good ideas as to what we could do. -hawaiian party
-Murder mystery
-movie party (movie partys are fun, but you mentioned you thing it would be to boring.)
-game party ( have games like ... well im not good at games, but one party i designed a game. I had a list of songs, and my party was split into two teams (i only had 5 people at the party though) but you say the name of a song, and the team has to guess who sang it. you also could make a mix CD, and play a song, and for each song, the team gets a point for the name of the song, and a point for the singer.)
-just a hang out party, just chill with your friends, and have music in the background.
-dance party.
-Water balloon (fill some first, and just have fun, i have had this party before and it is fun!)

Tell you friend, and you could go talk to the parents together. Tell them that you are just really good friends, and they misunderstand you.
(Also this kind of angers me, because even if you were a lesbian, they shouldnt hate you. You should love everyone, and there is nothing wrong with gay people)
You could also get a boyfriend, or your friend could get a boyfriend. Have him hang out with you guys, so they would see you like guys, not girls. ( i know you might not want a boyfriend, but im just saying it would help)

i have this one dream over and over again. i've been having it on and off for the last few months.
i have two guinea pigs, both of which i am very attached to. in each dream, it's a different setting (at least the location). i always dream that there are lots of guinea pigs, like 20 or 30 in the room, of all different sizes. they seem to be the children of my two guinea pigs (boy and a girl). however, my guinea pigs have not produced any babies ever. i always have this dream. once, the location was my living room. another time, the location was an abandoned house. but in all the dreams, i always see either one or the other of my two guinea pigs, and lots of little babies who look similar to my two guinea pigs.

it could be a premonition dream, that means you know they will in the future have babies. It could also mean, you WANT them to have babies, or you want more guinea pigs.

Me and my bff want to lose a little weight, we have like 2 or 3 weeks. any ideas?
we will not puke, and we WANT to eat. we can't exactly diet, (love food) but we aren't totally fat (like lose an inch or two around the waist) because we REALLY want to look good in our swim suits. stop eating junk food (pop, chips, candy, ice cream, and everything like that)
Eat healthy stuff like veggies, with low carb and low sodium dressing. Eat dairy food, and fruit.
Eat balanced meals, and excersice alot. Run, do jumping jacks, crunches (but not the ones on the floor. You dont get stretched enough. use an excersice ball) also you can ride bikes, swim, or do sports that include this stuff.

I'm so upset right now! There's this one teacher who's never trusted me although I've never done anything to deserve it. As soon as something goes wrong, or something is missing - she accuses me, and I promise.. I'm NEVER the one to blame. Last week I returned my book, and today she called me to say "It is very important that you return your book, you are the only one who hasn't returned it and it is a very expensive book. Keep in mind you promised to return it at the beginning of the year" I know its not a big deal but I'm crying my eyes out! I don't feel like I deserve all this suspicion I'm getting from her. I don't like to think its a racial issue, but I am the only non-blonde in my class. What should I do about this? I do not want to take it up with the principal, I respect her as a person and wouldn't want to get her in trouble.

it is good you respect her. She shouldnt treat you like that. Ask her why, or talk to a parent/gaurdian/the principal/school counciler/another teacher. Someone. She shouldnt be treating you like that, and she either doesnt notice, or she does, and she doesnt respect who you are, or what you do.
Also, dont say its not a big deal. If it affects you to the point of crying, it is a big deal. I hope i helped, and good luck.

So every time my boyfriend and I are doing anything together, I feel huge. I’m 5’4” and 135 lbs. I weigh a lot more than I want to weigh. And my boyfriend is only 5’8” and 145 lbs. He’s really skinny and muscular and whenever he’s touching me I always feel like he thinks I’m fat because I’m like the same size as him.
And, I’m not usually like this, but whenever I’m eating with him, I always eat way less than I want to because I feel like he’ll think I’m a fat ass. I feel really insecure about my body when I’m with him. And ever since we’ve been going out I feel the frantic need to lose weight. I’ve been eating like 600 calories a day and doing an hour and a half of elliptical every day. I still have only lost 2 lbs after a week and I feel horrible about it.
My question is to girls that have been with guys that are thinner than them. How did you feel confident about your body when you were with him? I always feel like he’s judging me, I mean I don’t know if he is, because I’ve never talked to him about it, but I feel like he is.

Ok, im sorry if you dont like this answer... But heres what i have to tell you:
I am over weight. I weigh 168. and im 4 feet 11 inches. I am short! And my boyfriend actually weighs more than me, by like 10 pounds. and he is like... 4 inches taller.
I feel fat. (most girls do, its an insecurity thing, caused by hormones.)
I tell my boyfriend I am fat, and he tells me im not. I feel like a fat ass, but he tells me im not, and he likes my body, and likes me the way I am.
Ask your boyfriend, if he thinks you are fat, or say you are fat, and see what he says. If he doesnt like you for you, and everything you are, you shouldnt be together.

when cops are looking for you, and you run, your in trouble.
If they werent looing for you, or told you to stop or anything like that, you shouldnt get in trouble.
They might call you though as a witness or something.
I dont think you will be in trouble :)
