Ok..thursday is school picture day the day we all dread...lets face it i NEVER have good pictures, and i want to this year. I ahve a little longer than shoulder length brown hair(light light)and blue eyes fairly tan. But i have slight acne, not dark red sorta light barely there no1 can tell i have it. I wanted some make-up and hair tips if at all possible! plzz fast!

For your hair, if it's curly, straighten it and put it in a bun, either regular or messy. If it's straight, you can put it in braids the night before and take them out that morning to get it wavy. Or you can scrunch it, just put gel on your fingers and kinda grab it and twirl it around your fingers, it gives it a messy curl. You could also put soft curls all over, or just put it up in a ponytail and put soft banana curls in your bangs. If they're the same length, sweep them back in the ponytail and leave one length on each side of your head, and put banana curls in those.

For your make-up, just your regular cover-up or foundation (don't worry about the acne, they won't know! They might even edit it out.), some black eye=liner, and a little tan/light brown/nude eyeshadow. Some light light light red lip gloss, and you're good to go! But don't forget mascara, black is good, but brown is also great if you have it. :) Good luck!

It hurts like...heck. >.> I don't reccommend it. Basically they cover your...ahem...in wax, and then use little strips and rip the hair off. You're usually pretty red afterwards, and it hurts. BAD. I forget how much mine cost, but it's a lot more expensive than a shaver and a bottle of shaving cream. :P Defineatly stick to shaving.

Well one of my friends hurts herself becasue she is depressed and I found this out from another friend and I wrote a letter to the friend that was hurtin herself that she shouldn't do that and that too many ppl love her and that we don't know what we would do without her and she said that she just needs ppl to understand her and I said I would. But now the friend that told me about my depressed friend is mad at me because I supposidily promised her that I wouldn't tell anyone that I knew. I don't know what to do. Should I forget it? The friend that is mad at me was one of my best friends. HELP!

Well, the only person you told is the friend that does it. And she already knows she does it, it's not a big deal. Just tell your mad friend that your friend means a lot to you and you wanted her to know you love her, so you talked to her, and you're sorry but you had to. Good luck!

Alright I'm 15 and my boyfriend is 17. A while back, we were hanging out; and I guess you could say things got a little out of hand. Well, I recently found out that I was pregnant. Today, my friend Amber (who is also pregnant, but not from my boyfriend) pushed me into telling my boyfriend. He didn't freak out, but he was upset. He told me that it'd be too much of a burden to have a baby now, and so he told me he wanted me to get an abortion. I'm very against abortion. I told him this, and he respected my opinion, but still tried to push me in that direction. He also suggested this "safe baby" thing. I don't really want to put my kid up for adoption either, because I can just imagine how much it hurts knowing your parents gave you up. My boyfriend doesn't want to tell his parents either, but he said he will, but you can tell how reluctant he is. He told me he loved me no matter what, but it was too much of a burden. I know he's not going to dump me, but he is afraid to keep it because he's going to college next year nad still trying to figure out his own life. Someone please tell me what I should do.

My dad was adopted, and he's fine, but yeah, it probably does scar you a bit. If you're pro-life, then no, don't abort it. You could talk to a gynocolagist(sp?) or counselor and ask them what's best. But I think you should have and keep the baby. Your family, him, and his family will probably help you. Hope everything works out.

I know how it is. Being shy sucks. You just have to find people with similar interest, or like find someone sitting alone and talk to them, or join a club or a sports group and get involved as much as possible. Good luck!

First, become friends with him. Like if you have classes together or whatever, walk with him and just get to be his friend, and talk to him online, or whatever, and just get comfortable with each other ot make sure you're REALLY interested. Then, just come out with it and tell him. He might feel the same way.

High school is really stressful, it's normal to be stressed until you've been there awhile. Just sit down with your mom and tell her that you're having a hard time, and you're tired and stressed and your grades aren't that good at all. But be sure to tell her you're trying, and that it's only the first grades and you still have time to improve. Maybe get a tutor in your hardest classes, or talk to you teacher about what's going on. Tell him. I always tell people I like them, usually I just joke around with it so I'm not all "I'm in love with you. You complete me and being friends isn't enough. LOVE ME!" or whatever. But yeah, totally tell him. Just be like "Just so you know, I really like you." or, if you're into cuter/joking stuff, IM him this. "JUST SO YOU KNOW I had a good day. I really LIKEd it. Did YOU have a good day?" and yeah, if you don't get it, the words "Just so you know I like you" are capped. Anyway, tell him. However you do it, good luck!

Hi, my friend from church is 18 and shes pregnant. She started going out with a non-christian guy and my youth group thought it wouldent be a good idea. She wont come to church, shes too ashamed. But my church + pastor has told her many times that we wont think of her differently. Because we dont! We love her so much and we wanna help her get through this. She's probably very embarrassed and ashamed. Even though she knows that you guys won't think less of her, she thinks less of herself. She's probably uncomfortable. Write her a letter or call her, but don't say like "I don't care that you're pregnant". Just be like "Hey, it's *your name*, I was just calling to chat." and don't even bring it up. Just chat with her, to let her know you're still buds.

She's probably just shy and awkward. She probably wanted to take her friends along because she needed someone there to help her if something went wrong. It could very well have been her first date and she was nervous. But, talk to her and ask her what's up.

Umm, no, actually, they don't. It could just be a cist or something, but still, tell your mom and she'll probably take you to the doctor to make sure. But to tell you completely honestly, I'd need to know where it was. If it's like little tiny bumps around your nipple, then yeah, that happens. But if it's like actually in your breast tissue, then it needs to be looked at. My cousin had some removed because they worried her. It's not a huge deal, but tell your mom.

Yeah, that happens to me, if you get the least bit worked up or nervous or scared, they do that. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do to prevent it.

I'm 14, and I have yet to wear a tampon! All of my friends do it, so I just pretend I do!.. I mean I've stuck one in there before, and it worked and it sticked, but I'm afraid like its going to go further, or I'm gunna try and pull on the stringy thing and its gunna break lose. Do you think any of those things could happen? Pllease help!

The strings don't break off, but sometimes they do kinda "go up" and you have to "look for them". Hem, sorry, but seriously they do, but not very often. Usually there's no problems as long as you follow instructions. The worst that can happen is you have to go to the doctor, but it doesn't hurt. Or so I've heard.

My mom washed my hair with dandruff shampoo and then put vinegar (Just a little) on it, and then rinsed it off.

They do that if you wash your hands too much, or if your hands are dry. They make cuticle creams, just go to Wal-Mart of any other drug store and look for them.

hello ive tried for months to get my nails to grow and they just wont tehy are rely short and i hate them i heard of this stuff called "Nail Envy" but i dun now how well it werks.
