im not fat or anything..i just have the little fat on my stomach, ya know, like it just a little fat sticking out right on my stomach. Beside crunches, what can i do to get rid of the fat..what other stomach exercises are there..?

Just doung crunches will not work!! You need to do aerobics or running to help, Running is a great exercise that exercises many parts. also cutting bak on ur sugar intake will help alot too!

I do gymnastics and there is this really mean and stupid girl there,I hate her.My friends at gymnastics always hang out with her, but what they dont know is that this girl always talks about them really bad behind there backs. I try to tell them but they just say I am being a *icth and that I just want them to hang out with me and with no one else.This girl is starting to get on my nerves and ruin a great friendship. Since your friends arent listening dont tell them anymore.. Sometimes the more u tell sum1 not to do sumthing theyll want to do it more. Try to hang out with them all so u dont lose ur friends. If they get hurt by the girl then theyll realize that u were telling them the truth and feel bad and that would strenthen your guys friendship. remember what hurts people only makes them stronger. so try not to get into a fight or anything about it, Try not to let her get on your nerves do your best as being a friend to your friends and be nice to her maybi ull find out shes a real nice person and see the things your other friends see in her. She may only be saying bad stuff about your friends so people dont talk bad about her . So keep your cool and everything should work out ....hope i helped and good luck!

hey .. i have a makeup question. i have red hair and really light eyebrows an eyelashes (pretty much blonde) but i wanna wear mascara this year. im afraid that if i wear dark mascara - it would look bad against my eyebrows since they are so light and then my red hair. so have any suggestions about what I can do so it doesnt look too drastic?

okay ive liked this guy for like a year and i cant stop liking him...hes like perfect...and i want to stop liking him because I dont think I have any classes with him and I dont think I will see him a lot but ive been trying to not like him...and i just keep thinking about him all the time and how i like him so much...please give me advice on what to do...

maybe u cant stop liking him cuz ur suppose to like him! Try hanging out with him after school . he doesnt need to be in any of ur classes . most of my boyfriends dont even go to my school. u might just like him cuz u feel that u cant have him like the more u cant have sumthing the more u want it so if hes intersted u should give it a try and see what happenes and if it doesnt work out atleast u tried and then it should be easier to get over him knowing that u tried ur best

i can't seem to lose weight what should i do!!??i am always called fat and even though nobody on here knows me, im still just too embaressed to say my weight!IM ONLY 13!!

try cutting down on the fats u eat look at labels on the food eat fat free and low fat stuff or sugar free and drink diet pop also wake up about 20 mins earlier and go jogging my friend lost almost 50 lbs now doing that so im positive itll work

you are only 13 and you already broke up with ur ex so chances are u werent meant to be . u should try to see different guys so u know what u like and dont like. so stick with the new guy n see how things go
