Anyway, my mom always gives me either a quarter cup of fresh squeezed lemon and raw honey, or a quarter cup of fresh squeezed lemon with a pinch of salt, and I always feel better after about 10 minutes. No, he's not related to you. According to your explanation, your cousin's mom was the one who got married, which means any other children she's had aren't family. Apart from being a great novel on it's own, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde has a pretty complicated vocabulary. Other challenging books are 1984 and Animal Farm by George Orwell, and Anthem by Ayn Rand. Hopefully you enjoy political novelas =].

Best damn country to vacation. Sorry, just gotta give props to my country. Anyway, it's hot as a MOTHER over there, so you'll be wanting to dress comfortable, and in light colors. The sun is also very strong, so unless you're really pale, you don't really need much tanning oil. And it's not the normal kinda hot, it's very humid, almost to the point where the air feels heavy and oxygen deprived. You'll know what I'm talking about when you first step outside of the airport. You'll be spotted a thousand miles away as a tourist, which is why people will be complete kiss asses =]. I'm guessing you'll be staying at a resort, so you won't be TOO hot, but if for some reason you're not, be aware that sometimes all the power over there leaves for hours at a time, in which case you'll wanna take flashlights and battery powered fans or something. The mosquitoes are KILLER, specially to fresh blood, and repelent isn't really effective. For some reason, tourists think every beach over there is nudist, which is rather unappealing to the locals haha. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your trip =).

Well then Darling, I think it may be time for you to get some definite help. A few months back, someone in my school approached my counselor and told her they were "worried about me". I was oh so pissed, and all I wanted to do was find that person and murder them in their sleep [kidding]. Anyway, my anger went away when I finally realized I DID need help, and most importantly, that this person in front of me could get it for me, if I let her. Looking back, it's noticeable how much better I am now. Sometimes parents just don't get it. Sometimes they don't WANT to get it. It's never because they don't love you though, and there will unfortunately be times when you're all alone. I keep so many things from my mom, and sometimes I wish she'd look me back in the eyes and really see how miserable I am. I'm pretty sure everyone does, but sometimes we need to look out for ourselves. You know you need help, and now it's up to you to find it. Best of luck &

Loreal IS pretty good, and so is Garnier, which is what I use most of the time. Plus they have really nice colors. You can get em both at walgreens for less than 10 bucks. Hope this helps =].

im going to be a senior this year and i want to go to penn state. the thing is that my sat scores were not that good.. 440 on writing and reading and 640 on math. my gpa is around 3.4ish.. no extra curricular activities, i know it sucks and i dont think ill do any this year cause applications are in at the beginning of the year.. so what do you think my chances are getting into penn state?
I wouldn't worry too much about your SATs, since you can take em like 6 times. I only got a 1709, and I'm planning on taking them again in October. If I'm right, application deadlines aren't until December, but every college's deadline may vary, which is why it's a good idea to check your preferred universities' requirement on collegeboard.com. My school doesn't have extracurricular activities, which is why I'm planning on doing a bunch of community service, which, along with jobs, extra classes, and languages, look extremely good on any application.

I always debate this at youth group, because I think this has been true since the bible days. Yes, woman is evil. We always seem to get the short end of the stick. My brother, who is 3 years younger than me, can do whatever his little soul pleases, but as soon as i step one foot outside my house, my dad starts preaching. It really isn't fair that a guy can be forgiven a billion times, but as soon as a girl has sex, she a is automatically, a whore. My parents divorced because they both cheated on each other, yet I left home and didn't talk to my mother for over a year. I guess women are viewed as "sacred", and it's dirty for us to sleep around. It's a viewpoint we're all brought up with, and we can't change it. I guess it depends on how much you care for what people think of you. btw how long do you leave products on your face/body before washing it off? is there a method to make products more effective? rub it in longer?
I got Meladerm a couple of months ago. It's pretty good, but I got lazy and stopped putting it on. It contains no hydroquinone because it turns your skin a purply color in time. All you do is put it on twice a day, then apply a moistourizer with SPF, and try to not to absorb too much sun, since the dark spots will likely return. I've been using Dermaline, which contains no mercury, on my knees and it's pretty good. I put it on every night and leave it on for about 15 minutes before wiping it off. Luck =].

My parents are the same exact way, which is why I think twice before giving stuff away. You gotta understand them though, even though your dad isn't a kid, it's his money, and it doesn't mean he can't appreciate it more than you would. It would be really rude to ask your crush to give it back, not to mention you'd probably get on his bad side, but for next time, it's never a good idea to try and win someone over by giving them things. Most people will just end up taking advantage of you. A grounding isn't really that bad. The hard part will probably be apologizing and trying to gain his trust back. You're gonna have to learn to defend yourself, because parents won't always understand, and they won't always be there to solve our problems. Forget about the fact that she's older than you, or that she's your sister, because she's obviously taking advantage of that to hurt you. Well, I guess it depends on how old you are. Don't go moving out if you're only 13 and in love for the first time or something. If you're of an age where you can provide for yourself and help your boyfriend out, assuming you won't be leaving all the bills to him, and the situation at home is really that bad, then maybe it's time to move out. I'd suggest you break it to them very calmy, and try to leave things on good terms with them. Remember that no matter how old we are, we'll always need our parents at some point in life. It's a really big step, and I'm serious about the providing for yourself part, because if your parents don't love the idea, and someday you and your partner break up, you're gonna be the only person you can count on, and you need to understand that and be ready for it to happen.
