ok, don't say my friend is a fag or anything just because he cut.. i don't wanna hear it... but i've been really mad because, i was talking to him, and he quit cuttin for about 3months, but then while i was talkin to him, i told him something, and he said "brb" then when he got back, he told me that he had cut himself because of me.He said he was just looking for a reason to do it, but now i feel really guilty. IDK what to do, hes not online a lot so i haven't talked to him, so my guilty concious grows each day. I'm mad at myself because 3 months ago, i was the reason he stopped cutting, now im the reason he started. Can anyone give me advice on what to do right now? i don't like the feeling of being guilty, but i can't talk to him...i need a way to clear most of my concious about this, cuz its really disturbing my sleep and life in general.. i guess ill just start out with "he needs help." I really think that you shouldn't feel guilty because he was looking for something and you were just the first thing that came along. Apoligize, and try to help him stop again (if possible), but most of all just know its not your fault.

I'm a freshman and i think i'm workin myself too hard. I come home exhausted almost everyday and i take a nap. Then when i wake up, it takes me a few hours to do my homework and i'm really tired. I play a sport year-round and i think i might have to give up 1 or 2 of those sports. What should do? Am i working myself too hard? (link)

If thats what it takes to get As, then no. Remember sports arent as important as your school work. You shouldn't be this whiped out from just doing school and homework though, try to get a study hall at school or something if too much homework is the problem. Make sure you get atleast 7 hours of sleep at night, that should help. If you still feel that tired talk to a parent, tiredness is a sign of depression and many other diseases.

Well thanks 4 sending me a quiestion. That means i must be doing SOMEATHING right.. Try not to think about bf's and Bff's because pretty soon you'll be like yeah jen's my bffaeaeaeaeae but your only my bffaeaeae!!.. it gets.. confusing. Try to think about this girls good quialities, if they outweigh the bad, then stick with her and just try to get her to talk. Invite her over to your house for a night and spend some quality time together. Maybe then she'll open up to you. hmm.. well since your girls you could do something like have everyone dress up like princess' or faries... or a hawiian theme, or the 50's , or 6o's. Maybe you could all dress up as cheerleaders or superstars or something like that. Tell everybody to wear their costume to school to get the full effect.
