go for daily walks and eat healthy things only but dont skip meals it doesnt help i read about that it makes u fatter and jog a few times a week and just be active like if u are with your friends dont just watch tv go run around outside and have fun.GOOD LUCK

i donno i think u have to be on here for a certain amount of time ya kno like a month or somthin i think im a moderator and i dont even really kno what im supposed to do ya i just checked it is a month and u have to have been rated at least 5 times and it has to be 4 or above rating average.HOPE I HELPED.its a lil confusing

theres like tons of bugs sprays to prevent them that spray in yuor yard and on u and there is this medicine stick stuff that goen on ur biutes and makes them not itch and they go away faster there is tons of stuff 4 skeeto bites

i am 14 years old and my knees are always killing me when i do anything. i went to the doctor and he said that i was probley just goin through a gorwth spurt and my knees were just catching up or sumthing like that. but the doctor told me that in the winter...and now its summer and my knees still hurt...what do i do?

u might wanna think about a knee brace and going back to the doctor and ask him some thingsu can do to releve the pain theres prolly some physical therepy thing for it and the stressed ligaments just prolly means u are using your knees alot and they r getting stressed lol.HOPE I HELPED.

you shuld get a ceramic one because those r the best for ur hair and they might be a lil expencise but in my opinion its worth it. they r like everywhere any brad is prolly ok just make sure its ceramic and if u cant afford that then conair is a cheeper brand but dont use it as often.GOOD LUCK
