what does "dust to dust" mean?
it has to do with genesis (from the bible), and how in genesis people were created from dust (by god) then after people die we return to dust...its basically a saying about death.
You know those pop-ups that say "win a free TV?"
How are they scams? Like what happens if you sign up for one?
often they will give your computer a virus, and sometimes they put your info on a mailing list and send you junk. But i can almost gaurente you if you sign up for one you will not get what it says...I wouldn't recomend signing up for any.
Okay so when I wear my contacts they make my eyes bloodshot because they cut off the air. Is there anthing I can do about it other than getting new ones? If not what type should
I use?
i have contacts, and when my eyes get bloodshot i always put in eye redness remover. But if its an issue more serious than just how it looks, you should talk to your eye doctor...
also white eyeliner on the inner part of your lower lid hides lots of the redness and will help make your eyes pop out more.
So my boyfriend is going to college at the end of next month and I want to make him a little kit...like I plan on giving him a framed picture of the two of us, some of his favorite candy, and some Ramen noodles. I've already gotten him pillows and sheets, so do you have any other ideas for some other items to add? Thank you so much!

okk so i'm moving my computer, into my office, because i'm getting a laptop in my room, and so ya the computer i have in my room is newer, so were putting it in my office, and like putting the old computer in my brothers room, but ANYWAYS, i was just wondering, all the files i have and such on this computer, will it be deleted? like im not like going to restall, inless i have to? like im just unplugging it, and moving it into the office. sooo, will i lose all my stuff?
it shouldn't all your saved stuff is on your hardrive, and your hardrive can be moved and unplugged.
My face tans perfectly, but under my eyes does not. Everyone asks me if I go to a tanning salon and wear goggles, which I don't. Is there a way I can tan under my eyes?
not that i know of, but you could use facial self tan or just apply some makeup around where its not getting tan...sorry if this isn't much help
this summer i want to change. i want to become a better person all around. i want to gossip less and worry less about what people think about me.
i also want to be more outgoing. i have my group of friends and i usually only hang out with them. i wouldnt consider myself unpopular but im not like, the most popular girl in the school. im pretty shy which sets me back from talking to people.
i do swim team and a lot of people from school do too but im not friends with their group so i dont really fit in.
i'd also like to work on my appearence. i'm about 5'2'' and around 100 pounds. im very girly girl and prep..my hair is medium brown (thinking about getting hilights) and is a little below my shoulders...tons of layers and side bangs. my face is kinda round..if that matters and my eyes are darkkkkk brown..any suggestions for makeup or hair?

im kinda confused...but for eyeshadow the colors that are best for your eye color are: slate blue, plum, gold/orang, or gray. Also for eyeliner you should do brown, and then top it off with black mascara.
Round Face: Your best bet are styles that fall right below your chin or add a little volume on top. Soft, graduated layers are also a great bet because they make your face appear slimmer and tend to remove bulk and weight from the sides. Bangs are flattering, but keep them long or sideswept. Go for wispy and tapered ends. These de-emphasize the roundness of your face.

My friend's boyfriend is terrible. He smokes, drinks, does drugs. Basically, all the things she'd never do. And now we barely talk anymore and I don't know what to do. They've been together for a while now, but we've been friends 5 times longer. I try talking to her, but she pushes me away. How can I tell her that she can do so much better? What should I say?
My friend did the same thing, and also whenever i tried to tell her or did tell her she wouldn't listen. But in the end she broke up with him becuase she finally realized it for herself. So i would keep telling her that she could do better, (if shes your friend she shouldn't snap at you) and hopefully soon she will realize it, theres not much else you can do becuase you have to let her make her own decisions...and mistakes.

like when you look at his full appearence he appears good looking, but if you look closely his nose is kinda odd shaped, and the spot between his nose and lip is kinda bulked out--also his eyes are really indented in his face which makes him look kinda scary (and the shape of his eyebrows kinda contribute to the scary look)

usually their always putting themselfs down, also many people with a low self-esteem are somewhat depressed...i dont know much about the topic, but if you searched it on google you could find tons of things.

try not to like him, you might just be one of his 'phases' and the other girls hes doing this to might be feeling the same way about him. I think it is just his hormones, but you may never know wheather your the one he likes the most...
Hi im just your average teenage girl whose friends are in different groups. Last year one of my friends made my other friend cry (not purposely) and I was just the silent watcher. So now this year how do I get along with one friend without leaving the other behind? Even if my friends both don't like eachother.
i had the EXACT problem this year. what i did was divide up time between them. During lunch i would sit with them on different days. Also make sure they know you are friends with both of them, becasue at the starting i made the mistake of keeping it on the down low and it got me in trouble. And also dont try to force a friendship between them, unless they act as though they want to be friends with eachother...good luck :)
i am 19 and i dont know whatto do. i was living with my babys father and we are still together but wantedto move back to my moms so i could get a job and car. i couldnt do it with my boyfriend so i thought this would be a good thing to do before we went any further in the relationship. well i moved yesterday and now i think i made a mistake. he told me that i was breaking up our family and i didnt think i was doing that untill recently.now i think i made a mistake. what should i do i mean should i move back or not? we have been together for almost two years and i dont want emily to not be around her dad growing up but if i dont get my stuff together here at my moms i just dont know what to do please hlp me.
I think its good that you are moving out to help get your life together, but also it will be hard on your child (and in the future could casue emotional problems) if she cant see her dad...maybe you could find a way to divide up time with your child, or just make sure you at your moms house is a short arrangement...

i have a white pimple on my upper lip. it's red, but white in the middle. i have very little facial hair on my upper lip. and when i apply a little pressure on it it hurts. yesturday night i used neutrogena acne scrub and it was like...a normal pimple yesturday. today it was a white pimple. what should i do to get rid of it? i cant go to the doctor...
how do i get rid of it in 2 days?
just wait a day for it to dry up, then apply concealer, the concealer will cover it up, that way it will be unseen in 2 days...theres no way to get rid of it completely in 2 days...but that will make it covered

it also depends on the type of modeling your thinking about, your about 3in too short to do runway, and you might not be curvy enuff for like victorias secret or sports illustrated type modeling, but you could do ones for clothing on websites and stuff...
On the site above is some modeling agencys near, you should send a 'portfolio' of pictures of yourself, makes sure in atleast one of them they can see your whole body, and also include your measurements in inches...good luck :)
