I dont even know where to start.
Well, ok. My BFF Got a new boyfriend Named Kyle and she was most deffinetly in love I could tell! Then she found out Kyle has a brother thats my age too!His name was Brian so we decided to go on a double date! I was so excited to meet him. We all went to the buffet for the date. When I met brian we never stopped talking! we chated for hours! so long, my BFF and kyle left and said they would see us later. that night we talked on the phone for hours and the next day we went to the movie. before it started Brian asked if I would be his girlfriend! I was so shocked I said yes. I really really really liked Brian! so Bad! at the movie we held hands!!! then this is where the problum started - you see, Kyle and Brian are birthly brothers but Brian's mom got divoreced with kyles dad. and Brian had a new dad, But kyle was still living with his real father, Then in a car accedent Bolth his mother and father died so he had to live with Kyle and his dad. Fora week Brian seemed deppressed. I asked constently why finnaly he told me that story. I was crying. so he didnt even know his brother that well. But 2 days latter he got over it and me and my BFF wanted to go on another Double date. a real one sense we were all going out. But then my BFF had to tell Brian somthing so she toke him somewhere privet and it was just me and Kyle. Kyle was across from me at the table. Then Kyle touched my leg. "What are you doing?" I asked him he said nothing. and I shoved his hand off. Then He said "You know your pretty atractive." and he touched my leg even higher I said leave me alone! Im going to tell Brian! then he said Yeah Lanie Im really sure he wants to hear about this when his mom and dad just died a month ago. and whos word will he take, yours agenst mine? i mean he just met you. Im his brother. I stod up, begginging to cry, Then kyle got up and french kissed me I pulled him away then bumped into brian. luckily he didnt see the kiss. whats wrong Brian asked me I got somthing in my eye. I lied. i mean kyle was right he would take his side. I found out my BFF only told Brian to hold the door open for me. Now whenever Kyle see's me alone he tries to do "Stuff" to me. I couldent tell brian espeshily beacuse jus got over his parents and I couldent tell my BFF b/c well..you know hes her B/f!! Then things get worse, Brian Told me He wasent paying enough attention to me so he french kissed me! then 1 day later we started making out but I dont know! whenever Im making out with brian it makes me think of kyle. I know its not my fault But I feel like I'm cheeting on him. Kyle acts normal around Brian and my BFF But when we are alone.well you know. and I try to get away. somtimes I make it other times I dont. Please I need help advice advice! -

well your story is really long and intense. just whenever you are with kyle alone tell him straight up that you don't like what he is doing to you and tell him if he doesn't stop you will tell brian the truth. because the most important element in a relationship is honesty. i can tell that you really like brian so you really shouldn't be cheating on him. so when/if you tell him, be serious and soft. hope i helped.. good luck

1)i'm a girl and i waz wondering in school dances if i am grinding with a girl... would that be considered as being bi..because i'm NOT.. so is it o.k to grind with a person the same sex as you?

at my school, im going into high school too this year, everyone grinds exspecially the girls with eachother, no one would think you are bi. most of the time if you are grinding with a guy means you like them but it doesn't have to mean that but no one would think you are a slut. hope i helped

15/m I'd like advice from someone who has a sixpack and who worked for one, not a skinnypack. Well I used to have a six pack from just doing situps, but then I stopped and now you could call it a "undefined six pack." What are some good work out's to get one. And I'd like more of an answer than just, "Do sit-ups." If you say that, then at least say how long and for how long. Or maybe say what you did to get a sixpack. K gracias... (link)

i have a 4 pack but im working on a six pack.. my mom is a pilates teacher and she tells me to do it and i do and it helps soooo much. it works your core and nothing else. try it im telling its the best idea and you feel gereat afterwards. hope i helped

14/f.my mom and my neighbor go walking 2 miles or more every night. last year i started going with them, but now i'm starting not to. i know that it is good exercise, but i'm just kind of embarrassed to be seen walking with my mom and my neighbor. i know that sounds mean but its true. sometimes we walking laps around the neighborhood and sometimes we walk outside the neighborhood where other people and people i go to school with can see us. what do i do? and i'm not going to tell my mom that i'm embarrassed to walk with her, that is just too mean. yea i guess you could be embarrassed but you shouldnt care what your neighbors think.
what someone else said you can go by yourself and bring your ipod. if you have a dog walk it so everyones happy. or get some friends and walk. if you have any frinds houses close by walk instead.
if you really want to do like ALOT of walking then just get a tredmill.

ok im a cheerleader and im learnign some of my routine right now and i thought i was doing pretty good and some girls on my team said im doing wicked good too but then i was talking to one of my guy friends who is friends with the guy i like they both do football and then my guy friend i was on the phone with him hes like no affence but you kind of suck. and idk im wondering if i do. i dont want my crush to think that since hes like the best football player on the team.
what are some tips and ideas to make me a better cheerleader and to get a little skinnyer.

if i were you i wouldnt listen to him, i mean i'd be thinking too if i really was bad but guys they are such jerks they dont know what they are talking about. also with your crush you shouldnt just impress him just from your cheerleading. but if you really think that being a really good cheerleader will help with impressing him then go ahead.
if you want to get skinnier i'd suggest eating healthier and if you know pilates or anything easy-to-do excersizes do it. and eat slower.. it helps. hope i helped you.

I am so frusturated today. I'm usually giving advice, but right now I don't have any for myself. I have been best friends with this one girl for 2 years and I'm really close with both her and her daughter, but she is constantly using me and lying to me. well i guess you had the right to say that but i think she needs more of an explanation more than an apologie. if i was her i'd be confused. i know working it out with her is probably the last thing you want to do with her but give it a try. you shouldnt just let a friendship like that just slip away. tell her how you feel and if she doesn't fix it or understand then u don't need her in your life at least you tried. hope this helps

Great, just great. I found out the guy that was my friend liked me. Fine. It made me so happy! But then, the other day, another of my guy friends started a note with me that told me this guy was a jerk. So today we started another note, and out of nowhere this guy tells me he likes me too! Now I don't know what to do, especially because there's yet ANOTHER guy in my English class I might be interested in too. I don't know what to do, and I can't say anything to either of them...

1. Which do you like best? They're BOTH my good friends.
2. Do you like one of them? I don't know. Since this happened, I've had mixed feelings.

i think you should go with the first guy becasue the second guy that told you he was a jerk is probably saying that so u will go out with him. the 3rd guy that you like, you dont even know if he likes you so why bother. 1st one is my bet. if you dont go by what im saying go with the one that you think you are most comfortable with and think that the relationship will last longer.

all you have to do is breath whenever you get a little nervous.
be cooky and funny but most of all be yourself.
just know that hes not paying much attention to what you look like.

well i think you should wear a simple shirt, that you would like for a while. your hair should be down but keep it out of your face so you look beautiful(maybe scrunch it or straighten). your makeup i think that your eyes should stand out so put on some eyeliner and mascara and eyeshadow if you want but a suddle color.also a light coat of lipgloss.btw if you have glasses don't wear them in the picture. i hope this helps

well i think if you know that he likes you and you like hm and you are comfortable with telling him that then you like him too then you should go do that. if you think that this time going out with him it will last really long. and i see that it has. your 2 other friends, if they were your true friends they would realize that he only likes you and you like him. they also have to realize that you 2 have been going out for 5 years on and off. so good luck with him and i hope this helps

ummm well cut down on the trans fat, and eat healthy meals, you may not want to but after you are done you feel good about urself. also always take the way that leads to more excersizing or just excersize but thats just if you dont feel like working out. also sleep helps. but also if you met him online and you really like eachother why does appearance matter. i mean if you really like him and you saw a pic of him and he was ugly, would you not love him? so think about it and i hope i helped

you cant stop urself from bloating, try not to eat so much then u wont feel so full and want to puke. and also try to eat slower. hope this helps
