mandie, i no how you feel i used to cut myself to on th underside of my arms and the tops. :/ its a very common thing to do and its hard to stop ilost friends n family overr it n i lost my grandma over it n then she got cancer n died . so she was my encouragement to stop i quit it all for her ! i no she is happy now and so am i it has been a year since i have cut myself and i feel fine i often have thoughts of cutting myself to relieve my pain but the thought of my granma always pops into my head. just think of your father and stop it for him . yet remember this is something you have to quit yourself because you want to not only because everyone else wants you to .
