ok ive never used a tampon before i dont know how :S can someone just please tell me where to put it in?? (ive looked at the instructions yes but im still a little confused) how long to wear it for??? is it dangerous?? please help (link)

There is three wholes (pee, period, but) but it in the 2nd one. Only wear it for 4-6 hours starting out, then at the end of your period, use it 6-8 hours. As far as being dangerous, well, if you think about it, your keeping bloody bacteria up in there. Does it sound dangerous to you, because I always thought it did. Hope I've helped some.

hopefully i can make this as short as possible, so here we go (by the way i am a male and am 15 years old, going to be a sophmore next year); the person i like to portray myself to be is a really nice and caring guy who is what some people would call not as much a guy as guys are, but anyways, there is this girl who is really really nice, and really really fun and energetic, she is always "bouncing off the walls" and also has a great sense of humor and is really fun to be around, i really enjoy being around her. here is some more information: i didnt know how to let her know how i felt about her, because i look up to her as a rolemodel as the person i want to be like, funny, smart, and just plain fun and not perverted or anything, like she never curses or says sick jokes or anything like that, so anyways, one day after school i stopped her and told her that i thought she was really cool and she in turn said the same thing to me, and i told her that i never thought i would meet anyone else like her. to finish off the information- i am moving in about 3 weeks, leaving state going off to somewhere else because of parent complications and what not, and now i just want to get to know her better; she did give me her email, but knowing her she doesnt check it except every month or so, so that it does not get deleted, because it is a hotmail account, so if i am lucky she will see the email i sent to her asking her if she would want to go for a walk and talk sometime so we can get to know each other better, but i dont think that will work. so anyways, here is my question- i want to find a way to ask her to do something with me (and by the way she doesn't want to date anyone or get into a relationship, that is why i want to ask her on a walk), but i dont know what to ask her to do, i thought of asking her for i walk, so we can talk more, because i want to get to know her better, so i dont know what to ask her, and second of all i dont know how to contact her, so far i have just been waiting to see if she will reply to my email, but i dont think she will, so i want another way to ask her, and i am not so sure about calling her house or knocking on her door and asking her that way, i only have 3 weeks left before i am gone and will not be able to see her again, so i just want some advice (and by the way she doesnt use chats either), so i would really appreciate it if someone could send me some advice, thanks a whole bunch if you do! Try sending this girl a letter, or try calling her. As far as what to do, ask her to dinner with your family, or the walk sounded nice. If your not willing to risk it all, then its not worth it :) Hope everything goes your way before you leave

It shouldn't matter how you look in one bathing suit because you know that it just isn't flattering on you. If you really are self contious about how it makes you look you should get another one. You should always feel good about yourself, no matter what.

ive been goin out /w this guy 2 weeks exactly. were kissed b 4, and weve held hands god nows how many times, and we went 2 the movies yesterday and he had his hand around me and i have my head on his shoulder. that basically shows you how close we are. i just got out of school for 3 months. i gave him my phone # in his yearbook. i still feel strange about calling him though. and i dont now why. do i call him or wait for him to call me?

It's hard to tell, but considering he said he still loves you, he probably is just hurt. Tell him about what your feeling and why you broke up with him. Hope it helps.

Try taking your relationship to the next level. Ask for a number or something. If you don't have enough courage to do that, then just try dropping hints. Hope it all works out.

You can always try talking to her. If she is your best friend then she will listen to you. Try talking to her parents and getting her help. Anything is better then knowing that your best friend might kill herself.

I am starting to do 20 min workouts, but what whould is better to loose a fat from my tummy and thighs. I am only looking to loose 15 lbs.
1. 20 minutes of pilates where I really feel a burn, but no sweat.
2. 20 minutes in the workout room on cross trainer, bike and stair stepper. I sweat enough where I need a shower after, but the burn isn't as painful as with pilates.

Go for the burn! Normally when you feel a burn, that means your tighting your muscels which burns fat. Hope you loose your 15!

You could be pregnate, or if you are just starting (if this is your 2nd or 3rd time), then it's totally normal, your body will do this because it's not used to a cycle yet. If thats not the case, it may be because you are irregular. Try to talk to your Dr. Maybe even go on birth control if you find out you are irregular. Hope it helps.

Try telling her how you feel. It will feel a lot better for you if you get it out. Getting her back might be a little tricky, try just being friends with her for now, then you can try moving on from there. As far as forgetting about her, I don't think you really want to do that. It's better to have good memeries than none at all. Hope this all helped.

Well, there is this boy that i like, and i used to think that he liked me, he used to tease me and blow in my ear, but from far away, like 5 inches... lol. well, n e way, ever since our teacher moved our seats, he doesn't really seem to notice me alot. I mean, he touches me and likes to play with me every now and then, but it looks like he hates me. Well, he talks to the other girls and my friends sometimes, but he never notices me. It sounds like a yeast infection. You should go to your Dr. right away. Until then try wearing panti liners to control it getting messy and some even can control the oder.
