I am starting to do 20 min workouts, but what whould is better to loose a fat from my tummy and thighs. I am only looking to loose 15 lbs.
1. 20 minutes of pilates where I really feel a burn, but no sweat.
2. 20 minutes in the workout room on cross trainer, bike and stair stepper. I sweat enough where I need a shower after, but the burn isn't as painful as with pilates.
