Q: Before almost all things where i have to stand in front of people or just be with a lotta people (dances, parties, answering questions @ school, giving presentations at school...) i feel like im breathing harder than normal and sometimes i get a really upset stomach. i feel my face getting all hot, and even after the moment where everyone looks at me passes i still have to look down for fear someone is still looking at me. sometimes i feel that i would rather die than stand in front of everyone...is that normal? do i have like, social anxiety disorder or panic attacks??

you should get Clearisil Ultra cleaning pads. they fight pimples and they are really quick and easy to use. its like 1-2-3 and your done. Plus, they get rid of pimples quickly its better than those oxy pads.

OK soo you should talk to them. My friend has a broken arm and i definitly will carry her books for like a week to 2 weeks longer. After a couple days I will make her carry like a folder or sumthing and then i will will keep adding on the weight as more time goes by. Then she will be stronger!!!!!!! yeah! woot woot. Make sure you send your friends a thank you card !

Q: I have a really bad cramp right now. I've already taken medicine and it hasn't gone away. I can barly stand up for more then 30 seconds because I have such a bad cramp. My flow is also pretty heavy right now, is this making it worse?

Ok so you should use one of those cool heating pads. They help with everything not just periods. Also try taking a warm bubble bath . If that doesn't work try excercising but eat caffeine. Taht makes it worse. Drink lots of water instead. good luck!

The reason that I named the subject "my guy =(" is because the name of the man whom I love is Guy.
