I've always had trouble keeping my abs in shape. Well actually just the bottom portion. I don't know if it's skin or baby fat or what, but there's a little pooch there. My mom suggested that it was just THERE and the only way I could lose it was with surgery. But I don't want to do that. The rest of my body is pretty trim except for inner thighs that have little fat pockets. I want to know a good way to try to work that lower pooch. I've heard crunches only work underneath the skin...I need something to give me flat lean abs if possible. Thanks for your advice!
