My town(and school) has a play/musical every year and i was in one school musical. i am 14. I want to be in the towns musical but i am really shy and can't like sing infront of people(adition involes this)....I ask for a 'non-singing' part but then i get a part with little to no words or spoken parts. I am not sure what i can do to boost my cofidence!!!!

Ya singing in public is scary. but you know if you dont do it now you wont ever have the chance to do it again. even if there might be another play the next year whos to say you wont "chicken out" again. so i think that you should really just do it it will be lots of fun!
asdk your parent or whoever you live with to listen to you sing and then you might get some confidence or ask a friend.
and even if you dont decide to do it seriously things like this will come up in your life.

it all really depends how good a shape your father is in.
if he is over weight and not eating properly he could be at risk
if he is healthy and rarely smokes he could be ok for a while

ok. well i am sorry you cant really slow a period down but if it helps i know how you wont have to change except for morning afternoon and night and it might even last longer than that.
use a like a super mega absorbancy pad and tamp that will last you a while and if your tampon starts to leek you have the pad.
ok if you are old enough go on the pill as soon as you can and that will slow it up

tomorrow is my first date ever, which is pathetic in itself because i'm 17 and i'm gonna be a senior. i just got off the phone with this girl and set up the date and now i'm getting really nervous and i'm just downright buggin. we're gonna see 1408 at 4:15. i had to pick an early movie time cause my license doesn't let me drive past 9. we both really dig each other but when we're around each other its weird cause we both have the plague, shyness, really badly. i think we're perfect for each other cause we both love heavy metal and we have divorced parents and we both for the mostpart hate life. i just don't know what do do. my friends are no help cause everyone tells me to just bang her, even my dad but i don't wanna bang her. i have no desire to do that with her because i know that if both connect with each other verbally, it will be more fulfilling than any sexual act. to be honest, i just really want to hold her hand. the most i would wanna do is kiss her, not make out though, like a real like cute kinda kiss. i sound gay, i know. i could be bi but thats a question for another day. the movie will end around 6ish and i dont know what we should do after. i'm just completely lost and i'm freakin out man. i need tips, please no jackass tips that tell me to bang her. its times like this when i wish i did drugs cause i need a big fat blunt. Just try to bring up the things you have in common. that will start conversation. during the movie it gets scary i mean hello 1408. you could hold her hand maybe just dont expect her to make the first move i hate when guys think that!
end the dat with a kiss or if you arent comfortable a kiss on the cheek. Dont freak out either its ok that this is your first date. dont ask her any really personal questions it will make her uncomfortable. and after the movie lets out go sit somewhere and talk or go for a walk.

OMG this happens to like everyone. You should tell him that you only really like him as a friend and if he really is your friend he will understand tell him that maybe when he gets older something can happen. If you get a boyfriend then tell him that you have one and he will probly get the hint. Its good that you 2 have stuff in common and if you like him you should go for him! JUst think about it.

I live in HBeach and i am really tan now. Ok so if you are as pale as i think you are then first try a SPF30 and gradually lower. if you get burnt make sure to wear aloe it will help. A natural tan requires sunlight! You might want to buy a Dry Tanning Oil those work the best because you don't feel too oily i hate that feeling to death! i hate sunburns too but hey everyone gets them! and after a sun burn you get super tanner. Be careful with oyur face though that will get the most burned. And if u have a peachy skin tone DO NOT use spray tans!

okay, so i've been dating this guy named alex for about a month and a half now. as soon as he broke up with his girlfriend shannon, he got with me, so shannon told EVERYONE that he cheated on her, which wasn't even true.
when they broke up, his best friend mitch got close to shannon. so ever since the beginning of mine & alex's relationship mitch hasn't approved. he tells people that he wants to spit in my face & kick my ass. i know he wouldn't. but the fact alex won't tell him to stop bugs me.
i mean, i don't want him to choose me over his best friend. but it annoys me when they hang out because alex never talks about me i just feel like he's ashamed of me.
i've told alex how i feel and that he needs to tell mitch to stop being so mean to me, but he just won't. what else can i do?

wow thats confusing but i get it. ok well first... you need to tell Alex the way you feel bc relationships with secrets always end badly and you will feel bad about what you are hiding. about that shannon girl wow she sounds like a bitch! just dont worry about her abv if Alex is with you he likes you more. but i do feel a sense of a rebound girl (u) sry i just sense that if he really got over that fast. I have a boyfriend(sorta). He's a great guy, and my best friend used to like him(I think she still does), but she doesn't mind that I'm with him. Okayy, I have very very light tanned skin, and i have little freckles on my face that aren't that noticable to some people but to me i can see them so well and a few zits. i have brown eyes and dirty blonde hair. my hair is always frizzy any products i can use? and what things could i use on my skin so the zits and everything aren't noticeable, and what eye shadow should a brown-eyed blonde use? ok about the zits i stongly reccomend Clearisil ultra bc i totally know the embarrassment of a blemish i am so sorry about your frizzy hair it sux i dont have frizzy hair i cant help you on that! brown eyes u should try almay eyeliner any color but BLUE! and use a natural makeup not mac of all things but neutragina has a really good makeup line. I hear that Frizzeaz works good=D

awhile back i entered a question about my 20 yr old daughter leaving back east to live with her father. well, she has asked my 18 yr old son to go with her, supposedly just for a few weeks, but i am extremely uncomfortable about this. i did not yell ar anything but the ex husband does nothing except try to brainwash them while they are there. they are leaving tomorrow and i can't help but feel abandoned by my kids who i've suffered and sacraficed to support all these years. i can't even look at my daughter, let alone say good-bye to her. i am so disappointed with her. i'm sure my son feels as if he is in the middle of all this and it breaks my heart that her and her father are going to try to talk him into staying there instead of coming back. my ex really is a piece of shit who has done nothing all these years but now looks like mr. cool. he is totally going against any rules i've made and if i say white he says black. i cannot believe how easyily my daughter is being swayed by him. and i'm trying to be cool about all of this, but i'm afraid i will lose it tomorrow when it's time for them to leave. i don't even want to be here, which i won't because i am so deeply hurt due to how my daughter is being to me and now i fear my son is a lost cause as well. and to top it all off, not only do i feel like the worst parent in the world, it looks like that as well. and one more thing, he is an alcoholic and she is already following in his foot steps by having problems with alcohol, i don't even know if the decisions she has made are alcohol induced or not. help!! take it from a kid WE WANT FREEDOM and really i am sorry about your situation beacause i know how my mom would feel if i wanted to live my father too. the alchohol has probally something to do with a problem she is having. i think you should just ask her straight out if she can stop all of it. Maybe a phone call a day to you would help your guys relationship. and just appologise because like to think that they are right in the situation and that they contorll the show. if u appologise even if you didint do anything she will be happier. sorry thats all i have to say
