Do any of you have realyl good strategies to keeping calm? I get mad a lot and when I get ultimately mad I can't take it anymore and just burst out crying!

i can relate soo much to this so i have a lot for u!!

- make a stress ball outta 2 small ballons put them together and fill it wil flour so instead of liek hitting something sqeeze it really hard ;]
-listen to music that relates to the mood your in
-talk to someone who u trust
-go to therapy once a week it helps.
-breath in for 6 seconds and out for 8
-try to let things roll
-when you know somethings gunna bug you walk away & stay away for the rest of the day

ok so my girlfriend and i have been going out for a couple months and i don't know what to get her for valentine's day. i don't have much cash so it can't be too expensive.

also, don't suggest burning a cd. i did that for her for christmas, and i don't want to look repetitive.

My all time passion is becomeing an actress or a singer. I will really do anything,im thinking of gong to a performing arts highschool and even im willing to move out of MA to Cali for this. Im willing to give up everything,mostly because i dont have much in the first place. But anyways, i dont feel like im pretty enough to become a actress. Mostly my face, because i just look like im younger than i really am. will this affect anything? im 13,so if i start now would that be good? what would i have to do to become an actress? i've thought a lot about this and im certain this is where i want to be in life. well i think you got it going for you girl! keep it up, and dont forget your only 13 so you have a whole life ahead of you to age, you dont wanna look older! you wanna make the old people be like i wish i was that young and good looking! it wont affect what people think of you. you can go to acting school or tkae a class in your school if they have that theres several acting programs out there so ask around search it! you will find something! i wish the best of luck to you ;]

i got my belly button pierced almost a month ago. ive been washing it when im in the shower but i feel i should do more. any advice on how to keep it clean?

well your doing a good job but if you wanna do more use anti-bacterial soap 2 times a day and that should be enough!

i have like really bad love handles and ugh they look so discusting. how can i get rid of them?

i know how that goes, try a few things i know there not easy

1. crunches.
2.15 minutes on a tredmil (really helps)
3.try cutting down on the junk food
4. be more active get involved in a sport

i am female 13, last night me a friend heard about a party. so sneaked out of the house and went to the party. well my friend did not like all the drinking and drugs so she left. i end up staying and guess i got a little to drunk and end up some guys had sex with me. i am not sure if they used protection how can i tell if i am pregnant

im a senior in high school and i have been straightening my hair since 6th grade. my hair doesnt have splitends but i can feel dried up pieces of hair sometimes like it burned. is there any kind of product like shampoo or conditioners i can use to help my hair? i remember seeing one on tv and its supose to like "take back time" from damaged hair. thanks!!

i use many products sunsilk shampoo & conditioners! i love it ! it even smells good and also it has a 24/7 creme and at target they have muti sympotm masage and its for spilt ends i hate them so this really works it makes it shiny and soft also, make sure you straightener is ceramic itf its medal it could damage ur hair

K well my friend said that she was talking to my boyfriend and he said that he was planning on kissing me soon. Me and him have talked about it and i told him that i really want to but i am just scared. Ok so im 12/f and so is my bff. Well she was recently at a Jewish sleepover camp over the weekend (Jan 12-14) and when she got back she called me up and told me some really crazy news. She said that she met this guy there and they started making out and he ended up sleeping in her bed w/ her. Now we are 12 and in 6th grade. Are town does not take things like that calmly. she obviously hasnt told her parents or anyone but her friends. i was just thinking it sounds so fake but my friend would not lie like that to me. besides there is no reason to its not like any of us had done anything like that to make her feel like she had to make it up. I'm starting to wonder if she made it up, which would make me mad, but then again i'd rather have had her make it up bcuz no i think shes a slut. Any advise on how u think i should handle it? was it slutty or am i just over being paranoid?

Thats a picture of the desk I have and I'm having the hardest time organizing it because it always looks over crowed. I have my computer and prinder in the same spots as they do. But I have some jewerly, phone, picture frames and a few lil nick-nacks. And I have no clue how to organize it. I know this will be a hard question but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask. well it depends what you have on it keep things orginaized if you have a cell phone have a place for it on ur desk keep everything neat then it wont be so hard try and get little things to hold your little things in like earings make up ect. that match your room or ur bed set or curtians anything ;] if you tell me on my page what you have that you need to put on it ill give you what i think will work ;]
