love handles

i have like really bad love handles and ugh they look so discusting. how can i get rid of them?

i know how that goes, try a few things i know there not easy

1. crunches.
2.15 minutes on a tredmil (really helps)
3.try cutting down on the junk food
4. be more active get involved in a sport

Once you get older they should be less noticible. But for now, try to loose some weight. That helped my friend. Don't crash diet, just monitor your eating habbits. Instead of a big pizza, eat a salad.
