1. crunches.
2.15 minutes on a tredmil (really helps)
3.try cutting down on the junk food
4. be more active get involved in a sport

Boochie answered Sunday January 28 2007, 4:55 pm: Once you get older they should be less noticible. But for now, try to loose some weight. That helped my friend. Don't crash diet, just monitor your eating habbits. Instead of a big pizza, eat a salad.
