i have a couple of guys that are my best friends. one of them has a girlfriend that i know he loves very much, but he tells me that he loves me too. is this normal for guy/girl friendships? i dont know if he's joking around, or if he really loves me as a good friend or if he loves me more than that.

well, it depends its kinda rude on the guys part to like say he loves you because some people concider that cheating, when he says it next time ask him bel ike "are you jokeing when you say that or is it for real?" he could just be a flirt i mean theres so many possibliltys! if you need anything else ask me on my page ;]

The Best way to find out something like this is to ask. If he does love you more then a friend and you dont not feel the same you need to explain this to him and tell him you do not want to ruin his relationship with his girlfriend.
You also have to take in to consideration that he might mean he loves you just as a friend, but again the best way to ever find out is to ask. If he is your best friend then you should not be to nervious asking a question like that.
