There are no earthquakes sweetie. We got one a few months ago and it lasted 2 seconds. Dont worry!

k sorry but its basically impossible to lose freakin 6 lbs from NOT drinking soda and juice. wtf in ONE week? whatever,.

Yes it is true! She would drink a lot of it, she would drink like 14 soda's a week. So cutting that out was cutting a lot of calories. So she lost 6 lbs. Look if you dont want to believe it you dont have to.

i have a problem with staying on a diet... will somebody please tell me an effective dieting plan or just a few exercise tips....please!

Effective dieting plan would be eat in moderation and exericse. Really, thats all. If you drink a lot of sodas/juices then you should cut that out. My friend didnt have soda and juice for a week and lost 6 lbs! Exericsing tips would be just to walk for about 25 minutes a day. or find some activity you enjoy like dancing, and do that everyday. Also, make sure your not over-eating. 3 meals a day and healthy snacks in between.

I was talkin to my boyfriend last night, and out of no where he said that he needed to tell me somthin in a real serious voice. I got kinda nervous since we've never realy been serious before, we're alwayse lauphing and having a good time. So he said- (remember when we first started talking and you asked me if i'm a virgin and i said yes.... well i'm not. I just said that because i didnt want it to be akward if i told you that soon. Then he said that everything else he has said to me has been true, and he felt bad that he hadnt told me before.) When he told me this i didnt know what to say.I feel really uncomfortable with it. I'm not going to do it with him, since i'm only 15 and i dont believe in that, but i dont want him to go off to some other girl when i say no. What should i do, because i really like this guy. He is one of the nicest people i have every met and i still really like him?!?!?!?!?! Please help

If he ever asks you to have sex with him, dont do it if you dont want to. Sex is special, and your first time should be with someone special. You should NOT do it with him just because your afraid of him leaving you. If he does leave you for that reason, then he was not good for you anyways.

Sing some songs and/or act in front of your family. When your on stage pretend like no one is watching you. Thats what I did and it worked for me!

Yeah maybe you could do "friends with benefits" or promise eachother, that if you go out when you break up you'll be friends still. Just hang out with him all the time.

ok, well i have a b/f we been goin out for 2 months... well'z it was going really great for the first month... but he has basketball alot.. and so i harldy get to see him alot... and well its sort of a long story but he always says i love you so much to me and stuff like that!! but anyways i need help wellz my friend lets call him bob(and my b/f's bestfriend) keeps telling me that my b/f is talking bout me.. saying stuff like i dont care about her!! and stuff welllz then bob said that my b/f told him about me and my b/f's secret.. then that he told him that he (my b/f) didnt want to go out wit me anymore... but wen i ask my b/f about it he always says no... today i asked him about if he said that he was gunna break up wit me then he said no relly low and his eyes were all watery and stuff!! then he looked really sad/mad.. i dont know!! wat should i do? im confused!!

Maybe Bob likes you and wants to start rumors? If not, then Bob might be telling the truth. Its your choice wether or not to break up with him. But I think you should. you dont see eachother a lot, he doesnt care about you, and he does not love you. Thats crazy! Love? Only after 2 months. Yeah, right.

Nope. Just keep them busy. Dont get them bored. Watch a movie, bake some cookies, play games, let them draw. Dont stop giving them attention and dont get them bored. Good luck sweetie!

I just found out that my dad has lung cancer and things are not looking good. he lives 2 hours away and I am 24 with a family of my own but I was just wondering: What are some positive, inspirational, and supportive things I can say to get him through this time no matter what the outcome...how can I help him through this? I have so much passion and emotion inside and I know what to say in my head, but I am so bad at expressing how I feel in the moment. This is the one time in my life where it's extremely important to say and do things right, but I still seem to only cry when I'm alone or think of good things to say only AFTER a situation. I feel I'm not being what I want to be for him to my full potential. Thank you to anyone who can help!!

Are you religious? If so you need to tell him to put his faith in Jesus or whoever and tell him everything happens for a reason. Tell him to live life to the fullet, and try to spend time together. A lot of time. I'm sorry about your father.
