Q: Alright, so I've liked this guy for most of the summer, but when he actually started liking me, and wanted to start "going out," I wasn't really sure if I wanted to do the same. I mean, I'm going into high school and I guess I don't really want to be tied down by some other guy. So, anyways, I did say yes to him about "going out" and now I think I made the wrong choice. I want to tell him that I think we should just be friend's 'cause I don't want anything to be awkward. Because now that we've started going out (about 3 days ago) he hasn't even called, or talked to me. I'm going to try and tell him that I think we would be better off by not going out and just being friend's, but I don't know how to make it so it doesn't sound mean or rude. I still like him, but I don't want to be "going out."

Q: for like all of elementry school and 7th grade i was basically the shy people-pleasing girl who no one really noticed unless i was thier passing grade. in 8th grade things really turned around and i still got striaght a's and got like 2 new bes friends and alot of other close friends. i think the only reason i could really talk then was because my best friend since 1st grade was with me and we can be wierd and loud together and i can feel sociol. now i'm like that with my 2 other best friends and kind of with a new close friend. well now i'm going to high school and it's a huge new school with a ton of new people i don'tknow and the ones i do who new me as that quiet girl and i don't want to be her agian becuase now im independent and loud and don't care what people think and i just think if too much new gets thrown at me ill close up agian how do i learn a new school and keep who i am...how do i make new friends,keep my old ones and not be peole pleasing? o and i how do i stop freaking out?

so my good friend joe and i were hangin out tonight with his little brother and my cousin. well my cousins parents were gone so we were being all crazy and joe always takes my stuff like my keys and my cell phone so i have to go chase him and like flirt with him in order to get it. joe has a GIRLFRIEND and he claims to really love her but i dont know. joes like a really good friend but I wish we could be something more and im not sure if he gets the hint because one time it was me and his little brother in the same room and hes like OooOh you like joe i know you do and im like uhh no we are just best friends as we call each other and so i dont know if he was just saying that or he could tell that i did. the problem is im a HUGE flirt too. i cant tell him i have feelings for him..im just not that way and it will be awkward and it would ruin our strong friendship but i have REALLY strong feelings for him. he always like talks to me about his girlfriend and like gets advice from me. like tonight hes like allright we have to have a talk so we went in the parents bedroom and he locked the door and it was just me and him talking =) and like when i was standing in front of him turned away i know he was staring at my ass and he like always looks at me! i know he sees me as a friend but then he was like always touching me and flirting and laying right next to me and hes always "punching my stomach lightly" and we did a handshake and we kinda held hands. well like i was trying to get my keys back they were in his pocket and i went to grab them and he like grabbed my hand and we linked hands together like him trying to hold me back it was the cutest thing ever and it felt like we were boyfriend/girlfriend. stuff like that always happens he always grabs me and holds me when i try to get my stuff back from him! i just dont know. please dont tell me to talk to him about it im not going to. but is there anything else i can do? and please dont suggest to wait it out and if they breakup he will go to YOU! the problem is i have a feeling they will be going out for a loong time. i dont want to get over him i like being around him but its hard for me at the same time..
