I am in the musical Annie, for my school. I have recieved the large part of Grace Farell. As you know, she has one important song to sing; I Think Im Gonna Like It Here.

I love singing, and acting, but i have a problem with nerves before shows.

What are ways to bring those down [ and i mean my nerves go insane! ]?

Firstly welldone for getting that great part!!And I do shows too so I know how to help.This is weird but to help with the nerves I'll read a bit!!!You need to keep yourslef occupied otherwise you'll just keep thinking about when its your scene, so bring a book and an ipod/mp3 or whatever to keep you calm and relaxed.

Yes I do and they are fantastic!!and if you have super curly hair yes it will, dead model straight!!!And if they break you get a new pair!!!Many makeup artists use it on famous people and catwalks!!They are usually about £100 but you can find them CHEAPER on the web if you try hard!!
Seriously take my word for it and they do hair styling products too!!!

I run on the tredmeal and i try to eat healthy but i keep gaining weight, this morning i was 130 pounds this after noon i ram on the tredmeal for a hour and then tonight i am 132 pounds, i don't know how i am gaining weight :(.I would give enything at all to be skinny, some one please help me!

In the morning because you havn't eaten or drank anything when you weighed yourself you weighed less butas you ate and weighed your self again you weigh more.BUTTT you burn it off and lose those few pounds over night so when you weigh yourself the next day it will be around the same weight as the last morning - and your morning weight is your actual weaight

Ok, im 13 and never have actually had a boyfriend before. A few days ago this guy asked me out (be his gf). See the problem is hes a year younger than me and a bit.....rebelious. He has an older brother (2 years older than me) so I think thats kinda why he is a bit. I know for a fact he drinks and I think hes got high before, (Not sure), but hes a nice kid. I need help telling my mom that sometimes i am abused by my father for the stupidest reasons when she is at work. I feel very shy to tell her and i dont know if i tell her that the effect of me telling her will hurt my families future. i am the 2nd oldest of 4 kids and i am the one that gets hit by my dad the most. the other sumblings rarely are touched. my dad has very vast mood swings and once he ill be very nive nad a few minutes later he is going crazy.
i dont know what to tell my mom about this.

You really need to tell your mum, because she'll only find out by gettimg hurt herself.And you don't want your mum and siblings hurt do you?Then you'll need to tell her.Otherwise he'll lash out on all of you and cause serious damage.

I had that problem just right click on your photo, click properties and copy the url, then paste the url in the url box, if you go on my coloum you'll see how big my pic is but I managed to put it on.

I think it is really nice if you hold hands, don't put your arn around her yet, not until your closer.Hold her hand ask her how she is, and if she'll meet you after school, and kiss her on the cheek when your walking her home.Be slow and steady - specially if she is shy, but if she goes for your lips not your cheek go with that.

I really like fruits. I make LIME-enade (like lemonade but with lime)every day and drink it.

For the first time this month my dad noticed and yelled at me because he said drinking one glass using a whole lime a day is bad and that it's just like drinking vinegar, it'll like shrink your organisms and then you'll have trouble eating and digesting food, something like that.

I thought it was good for you though because of the "you should have atleast 3-4 servings of fruit a day".

Sometimes my friends have those drinking contests and who and drinks the most wins. I like to make it healthy by making them drink PURE LIME juice without any sugar or water at all.

But after what my dad told me, I'm not sure no more: is it good for you or bad? By the way, this is what and how much I use for my one glass of LIMEenade a day: One whole lime, SQUEEZED, water filled to the top, and sugar.

It is really acidic so maybe try having a fruit salad or tinned pinapples - with the juice (i recoomend to put it in the firdge first)or make a smoothie using fruits!!

i just started high school this year, and its so hard for me, mainly because its so different from what I'm used to with junior high. all of my friends have adjusted and seem to go with the flow, but i just cant. I'm up till midnight every night doing homework, i have tests and reports every week, and i feel like i have no control over my life anymore. i cant figure out how to manage my time, because i get home from school from 4-4:30 everyday [i live pretty far away from my school]. Does anyone have any tips on what i can do, and some tips for relieving stress, or better yet stopping it? thank you i appreciate it soo much

It might be helpful to start a timetable.But as soon as you come in you probarbly feel tired right??So grab a drink and a snack and start on the homework you recieved that day.Do half of it then have your dinner or do all of it and then have your dinner.Then you have free time unless you have chores - do those.Chill out with some tv or computer time, and a nice relaxing bath , bubbles and oils help.Or a hot nice shower.Phone a friend and talk or write in a journel to releive your feelings and grab a stressball.Click here to get one:

You are close I take it.The only thing to do it wait.It hurts I know.But if she is in a serious relationship , it could take time until that realtionship breaks apart.I know there isnt much you can do.But if your standing by her side, loyal thats what makes her happy.If you can't want maybe its time to move on, and find someone else to love - though that takes time.Just be as a good best friend can be

ok yesterday i said to my friend jess on aim "i officially have the best song on my myspace ever." i told her to go look and shes like "that song sucks." it was "but its better if you do" by panic at the disco. then shes like "dude, stop trying to be like me and katie cuz its not working. you hated them like a month ago." katie is one of our friends. she also said i get jealous over the smallest things and its really annoying. is she like way overreacting? because all me friends think she is.

and another thing..how can i not get so jealous? because i do get jealous easily.

If you get jeealous of someone/something you have to build on your self esteem.You need to think why people like you and what things are good in your life.You are important and you need to remember it!secondly the arguement thing.Your friend jess is just annoyed because shes thinking "first she hates her, then she likes her and starts copying me and her - the bit*h"You need to leave her a bit but if you are copying them because your jealous of them - just back off a bit.To wrap it all up , give jess time and then talk to her how you feel and look at yourself and recongnize why people like you and the postive and great things about you
