what kind of exercises can i do that work the best for the stomach area under your belly button??

it is fat. pretty much everyone has it. but you can get rid of it by cardio exercises since cardio will burn fat. when you do sit ups and such it just builds muscle under the fat. but you still need to do the strength training because muscles burn calories while you are sedentary.
so the best thing to do is run, jog, briskly walk, dance, jump rope, anything that gets your heart rate up!

Whenever I try to read or study for school, I get so sleepy that my eyes have a hard time focusing on the words and I can barely stay awake. I used to think I was just sleepy to begin with so I'd try to take a nap and then get back to studying, but when I quit reading/studying I'm not sleepy anymore. Sure enough though, as soon as I try to start up again I get sleepy! I've tried drinking a caffienated soda while I studying; I always study sitting up, never lying down or anything, and I've always got plenty of light, but none of that seems to make any difference. Does anyone know why this happens or have any suggestions to fix it? (link)

soo today i noticed these marks on like the side of my hip/thigh and i asked my mom what they were and she said stretch marks!! i couldnt believe it!! i dont understand, i'm only 115 pounds 5'5 tall and i've always been that skinny. how could i have stretch marks? i'm freaking out! (link)

its okay :) pretty much everyone has them. its just from growing to fast for your skin. it doesn't mean your fat. just don't point them out and nobody will notice them. coco butter is also supposed to help make them go away.

on the tool tray on the side there is a button that makes it opaque. it has a bunch of shapes like a cylinder and sphere and a cube and around the cube is a white box. thats what your using. click on the one under it where it is just dotted lines :)
and just a recommendation, www.picnik.com is one of the best places to edit photos! and www.photobucket.com which you can upload to save stuff there.

Ok so me and this guy have been going out for a month and by valentines day it would be exactly 2 months. haha anyways but I was wondering if I should get him something. I am soo clueless if I should get him something small or what. The guys I have gone out with before I wasn't going out with during valentines day or anything so I have never got them anything. And on top of that I don't want to look weird or whatever getting him something too much because he isn't the richest guy in the world :P So maybe a card? lately i've been having some yellow-ish discharge. now i just started taking a new birth control this month and i'm suppose to get my period next week but i'm not sure if the yellow-ish color is normal? its not always yellow, sometimes it'll be clear but i'm just worried now i have some kind of infection or something down there. should i get it checked out or am i okay? and if i did get it checked out to see if i had an infection how exactly do they check? do they have to stick something up there or do you have to pee haha sorry i just think it may be awkward going to the doctor to see if i have an infection down there. by the way i'm still a virgin and not sexually active. well thanks! it might be the birth control or it might be an infection. but i'd go get it checked out just incase because if its an infection you want to catch it early. and you can get infections from a lot of things other than having sex like working out a lot and not showering very well afterward and other things like that.

don't waste your money on primer. it doesn't make that much of a difference.
and i have never used that foundation, but on the site you provided it had good reviews.

well i was think about getting a perm. i'm asian by the way. so i have kind of wavy hair but i straighten it alot. also my hair is about an inch or two above the middle of my back. i wanted to get a perm like how ashley tisdale has in her video for he said she said. so yeah i was wondering if there was any other perms that i could get that would look good. thanks a lot. i was thinking about getting one and what talked me out of it was you can't wash your hair for like three days and it smells like sulfer/rotten eggs.
