too tired to study Whenever I try to read or study for school, I get so sleepy that my eyes have a hard time focusing on the words and I can barely stay awake. I used to think I was just sleepy to begin with so I'd try to take a nap and then get back to studying, but when I quit reading/studying I'm not sleepy anymore. Sure enough though, as soon as I try to start up again I get sleepy! I've tried drinking a caffienated soda while I studying; I always study sitting up, never lying down or anything, and I've always got plenty of light, but none of that seems to make any difference. Does anyone know why this happens or have any suggestions to fix it?

I'm not sure exactly what will work for you, but I have this same problem sometime and what I do is work out for 20-30 minutes and stretch, then have a small snack before I try to study or do homework. I know it sounds a little weird, but getting your circulation going could help you think straight. I'm not sure why, but it works for me. ]
take a quiz online and find out what kind of learner you are, you might learn differently than others and it will give you study tips

Truth is school just may not be interesting to you. Thaty's normal the only thing you can do is study as soon as you get him. Study in the kitchen or around some noise. Don't study in a quiet room. Turn on some music or something. Don't study for long periods of time. Study for 20 or 30 mins, then take a break. It's normal to do this everyone does it. ]
