PAINT HELP

um on paint i am editing a photo for myspace and i wanted to write bestfriends on it and when i do the text box theres ALWAYS! a white box behind it. how do i get rid of it? its so annoying!

on the tool tray on the side there is a button that makes it opaque. it has a bunch of shapes like a cylinder and sphere and a cube and around the cube is a white box. thats what your using. click on the one under it where it is just dotted lines :)

and just a recommendation, www.picnik.com is one of the best places to edit photos! and www.photobucket.com which you can upload to save stuff there.
