i was just wondering if this makes me fat.. because i think i am.. im 16 i weigh 107 and i wear size 5 pants.. just wondering what you think please be honest.

Personally, I think you are at a pretty healthy weight. If you feel like you are unhealthy, changing your habits can solve the problem and maybe knock off a few pounds to increase your confidence. Try eating more fruits and vegtables. Try to walk a little every day. With a little healthy eating and exercise, pounds will slowly drop, in the right way. I dont think you need to lose any weight. It doesnt matter if you are a size 00 or a size 20 its how you carry yourself. If you carry yourself with self confidence it will be portrayed to others. Self confidence makes you sexy. Be happy with yourself and things can only improve.

You can get mini free sample deodorants that are travel size. Stick one in your purse. When you use the ladies room, go in the stall and apply a little more whenever you feel it is nessicary.

I've just shaved my legs and no hair has come off. Do you have to apply quite a lot of pressure? I'm scared of cutting myself and those hair removal creams take aaages and don't work all that well on me...I only have til Friday so I can't go out and buy wax either. What can I do?

Change your razor blade. A dull razor will not shave your legs. Or, get a new razor. If this doesn't work, try to get a different kind of razor.

Seriously, anything you can buy at a drug store to "lighten" you're hair is totally not what you should be doing. It's not professional and it might turn out pretty crappy. If you want to lighten your hair, see a stylist. They will give you amazing results, just what you wanted, and they will look okay. Don't trust your hair with a 10 dollar bottle of John Freda product.

I have a round, reddish-white bump on my inner labia. My labia that it is on is swelling up and it hurts A LOT. My mom said it might be a labial cyst but I'm so scared I might have an STD. I haven't had sex before, but haven't done anything sexual for like a month or so.

Yes, you could have an STD. Here is what i think it probably is: Genetal Herpes. If you recieved oral sex from someone with a cold sore, you could get genital herpes. If it tingled before it came, looks slightly like a pimple (google it to see what they look like) it could be this. Gental herpes will never leave your system. You need to get checked out even if you dont think it's an STD. It's always a good idea to get checked if you are having any type of sex (vaginal, oral, anal). You're mom knows about it, so have her take you.

Shave in the shower, using only COLD water. Hot water opens the pores and makes bumps come more often. Use lots of shaving cream. Sentitive skin kind if you have any. Shave up not down. Go slow and take your time. After, rinse with COLD WATER. Then dry off after shower and apply lotion for sensitive skin.
This will reduce the number of bumps.

Yes, probably. Once you hit puberty, your boobs grow. Getting your period is part of puberty. Sometimes though, girls remain flat chested. It all depends on your genes and stuff like that. But, most likely, when you get your period, you boobs will get bigger.

Tonight, its too late. Next time you shave, lather up with shaving lotion/gel. Shave slowly and carefully. Use ONLY COLD WATER when the shower is on. Hot water opens your pores and allows for these ingrown hairs. After you have finished shaving, make sure you use a sentitive skin lotion on the area.

Seriously, I don't know too many sex postions, but I do know the 3 most popular and a bit about them.
1) Missionary - Girl is on bottom guy on top. As basic as sex gets. If you're a virgin, missionary is probably what I would stick too. It's easiest and most comforatble for the first time
2) Woman on top - Exactly what it says. This is more work for the girl, but girls say it gives them more pleasure (aka better orgasms)
3) Doggy Style - Guy goes at girl from behind. He doesnt enter her anally, just comes from the back. It's like how dogs do it. Guys love this for some reason.
Another oral sex position is 69. Its where you lay one way and a guy lays the other. a girl would give head while the guy ate the girl out. I don't know if that really classifies.

My crotch incessantly itches, wich I know can be a symptom of an STD/STI, but I'm a virgin (no one other than me has touched it since I was a baby). I've had problems with urinary tract infections in the past. So should I really be worried? 14/f

If you shave, it's totally normal to be itchy. If you don't shave its pretty normal too. If you see lots of red bumps (if your not shaving) and you have come in contact with another girl or boys pubic area (even by sharing underwear, sweats, washcloths, beds, sheets, anything!) you could have scabies/crabs. These arent just sexually transmitted. They jump from person to person even if you arent having sex. You can have scabies on your arms and your pubic area, it just all depends. If you have think you have crabs (public lice .. actually looks like the lice you would see in your hair) this is a trick about them: stand in front of a mirror naked. The crabs will think that there's a totally new pubic area to infest and jump off you and hit the mirror. Totally serious, a doctor told me this. Try that if you think its crabs, what can it hurt?

Right now, we live in a time where the media and other things pressure us to be thin. Your friend is obviously feeling extremley self concious so she feels the need to throw up after her meals to loose weight. Tell her she's beautiful, tell her she's too skinny, or tell her she looks great the way she is. The more compliments you give her when she hasnt been throwing up, the more she wont want to throw up. When she throws up, shes feeling like she actually has control over something, her body and the food. I know its mean, but discourage her looks after she's been throwing up. She's living for these compliments that she thinks she will only get if she keeps throwing up.
Buliemia is a serious issue. The only way she can be cured of it is therapy and even after therapy, she may still feel the need to "binge and purge" (pig out and puke). All you can really do is support her and encourage her to get help.

Nope, your pee hole is different from your tampon/bleeding hole. Don't worry about it. But if your chaning it, change it before you pee, saves a gross situation.

i had a question. besides the risk of stds and pregnancy why are adults so against teen sex? like parents make a huge deal out of it and i dont see why if you use male/ female condoms and are on birth control. i mean there is always still of risk of those things but they arent the end of the world.

Parents are afraid of their children growing up. Having sex is a sign of them getting older and getting more independant. They cant seem to grasp the concept that you're an ADULT and you're doing ADULT things. It's hard for them to come to terms with the fact you may be having sex because then they will have to come to terms with you eventually leaving home, getting married, and whatever else. It's just a big shocker for them and I guess we as kids just cant understand what they are going through until we have kids of our own.

Well, most guys do prefer this. Some guys dont care, and some like it unshaven, but from personal experience, guys prefer shaven girls. When shaving, use lotsa shaving cream (try a sensitive skin kind) and use cold water when shaving. By using hot water, your opening your pores and its causing the razor burn. Don't shave unless you need to also. If it hurts, stop and finish next shower. Eventually, you'll get the hang of it and it wont hurt anymore.

My boyfriend and I were having sex, same as normal. We put the condom on correctly, but it still broke in the middle of us having sex. He hadn't cum yet so we just stopped there and finished in ways other then sex. Well, there is a chance. Your boyfriend may not have known if he had any pre-cum. Most likely, you are okay. If you dont want to have a baby, just to make sure, go get that 72 hour pill from a clinic or Planned Parenthood. It's the safest way, and less harmful&painful then an abortion. Ask your stylist. Listen to what they say. I say, go for it. If the bangs look bad, clip them back for the picture. You will never know that you have them! Try longer, sideswept bangs, those are always very flattering. Check a magazine and talk to your stylist. That should help making the decision.

Shaving is a BITCH! yes, yes it is. My question is:

Has anyone tried those bladeless shaving kits? do they really work? Does it last longer than shaving? does it remove ingrown hairs too, or should i just go for the wax?

Ok, Nair smells. If you ever use nair, you will never use it again. No matter what scent, it still smells like ass. Next, the Veet Bladeless Razor burns. Like the crap burns your legs! The only one I have ever tried that works is the Veet Moose, it came out a few years ago, it worked, but it didnt last much longer then shaving. I would just stick with shaving and just be more careful. Try the moose though if you want to.
