Alright so i have been going through alot lately..and I was a lil upset so i felt like sneeking out and going for a walk.. well my friend said he would go with me.. so at 1 we snuck out.. My dad gets mad REALLY easy. For an example, the other day i wanted to try out for travel softball and i asked him if he could bring me some clothes to try out in. then he said "what do you wanna try out for? the outfield?" so then he came to pick me up and he saw me playing for a little. When we were walking to the car he was like "do you WANT to try out?" and i said "no anymore.." because what he said to me sorta put me down. so then he said "YOU NKOW WHAT? YOU NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT" and i said "I only said i didnt want to anymore i didnt even say anything" and then hes liek "THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO RITE NOW IS TO SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" and i dont know what to do because he gets mad so easy for no reason. okay my dad used to get mad like that a lot when i was little.... ......but ne way just talk to him about it after that i can talk to my dad and we do a lot of stuff together i can basicly tell him nethign and evrything.....talking really helps just looking at it from both poins of view really helps you understand why he is acting like this....

this isnt exactly about sex, but i think it may have something to do with it.

well I've known this kid chris for a long time.. we've always been friends and I was going out with this kid named derrick for a 11 months when we broke up I was so hearbroken and me and chris started hangin out alot.. so then we started going out and derrick had a girlfriend already too.. but It always seemed like derrick didnt want me with anyone when or be happy..when I was with chris derrick would come over and like things would happen and he would be really mean to be when I was with chris.. well I cheated on chris with my ex and I just feel so guilty he thinks all girls cheat bc all of his girlfriends have to him.. and hes a wicked nice guy he treats his girlfriends sooo good.. and he said that I proved him wrong but I feel so horrible that I could do that to him we arent together anymore but were styll really good friends.. everyday since that day i cheated on him It hurts me cause i feel so guilty and I wanna tell him but I know If I tell him I`ll lose him as a friend.. and I dont want that.. okay so im on cheerleading and i ahve to do these 24/7 okay ....
1.lie down on the ground
2.pull your feet in to your but to where your knees will be in an up right postion
3.put your ahnds behind your head and make sure your elbows our out toward the ground haveing them in to your ears is doing nothing
4. lift your shoulder off the ground but not your back or but
5. repeat and do then slow doing them fast doesnt get a good of a result...

hey iom 13 and it took me aboiut 2 months to get to N A cup after i started....it dosent take a long time...but remeber everyone grows at there own speed....if you have nothing now just wait youll probly be the biggest out of all your friends when you get older....just love the body your n and it might seem a long time till they come but when you get them they last for ever

i have the same problem my old friends where bitches theyddi nothing but boss me around and then they would call me fat and a skank...since summer is comeing up go to a club try to find some new people...if your friends turn evryone againt you then there not real friends leave them....look for gurlz or guys in grades lower or higher then you...im in 7th and most of my friends are in 8th and 6th.... they dont stab you in the back and leave you there to bleed to death.....hope you find new friends,,,,remember evreything happens for a reason

Okay. i broke up with my boyfriend yesterday but i still wanted to be friends with him cuz i feel like hes the only one that really understands me. and he agreed. I just wanted to take the physical part of our relationship away [ kissing & holding hands ]. well then, he sent me a text saying asking me not to tell anybody we broke up yet cuz he might get in trouble with some people. [ hes got a badddd gambling problem =\ ] and if i said that we werent going out anymore that they might hurt me and him. And then some girl called me and asked me all this stuff and said that 'D' owed her 5O bucks. i got really scared so i called him and he said that it would be okay.
but then the girl texted me telling me that the whole thing was a joke. that D just to wanted to play a joke on me. I really trusted D. and she told me that he told her that he loved her and he always called her baby. she said that he said that for about 5 months and thats how long me and D went out for.
and then i really believed her. but i dont even know her and i really believed D. i felt like i could really trust him but some of the things that he said while we were going out was kinda fishy but i didnt really think much of it.
Now hes swearing to me telling me that the whole thing was a lie, that shes lying to me and that he hasnt ever lied to me. he wants me to trust him again. I realllyyy want to. but i dont know. oK, SORRY FOR THE LENGTH...ok well i was talking to my friend online(he is a guy lets call him Tod) and he was saying that him and his friend(lets call him Ben) called my house to see if i wanted to come over, but i wasn't there so i couldn't. And when i was talking with him online he said that they had drinks(we are all 14 by the way) and they wanted me to come over to have more fun, and when i asked what type of fun it was they said, "A girl and guys getting wasted not caring what they are doing, like any base" So i just went along with it and then they said next time i should come. I've been have very vivid dreams about an old flame for the past 6 or 8 months and its starting to drive me insane. The twist to this story is that we we're childhood sweethearts from the age of 8 to 14. I'm now 19(20 next week) and we haven't spoken since 8th grade graduation. I can't shake this feeling lately that I still have feelings for him. As innocent as out relationship was being infatuated with someone for that long isn't something to easily let go of. There are so many reason I can't explain that make me feel as though we are soulmates. I've westled with the decision of whether or not I should contact him but have decided against it. I know that part of my recent obsession with him is my loniness and depression. As much as do feel like he's my soulmate its likely we'll never see eachother again. At this point I'm more concerned with forgeting him and stopping the dreams that make me dread going to sleep at night. What can I do to get over him? (link)
