Q: is it ok to brush your teeth right after using the crest white strips?

and is it ok to do like them after school and then do them only 6 hours later before bed? or should i wake up earlier and make time to do them before school?

it is best if you brush your teeth before you put on the strip and afterwards to get the stuff out just rinse you mouth with water. you should try doing it whne you wake up and before you go to bed basically when you brush your teeth! good luck :)

My friend meg broke up with her boyfriend jake over the summer. jake and i have been friends since they were going out ( i met him through her ) i transferred schools and i now go to school with jake and meg. so i used to talk to jake ever night, and he seemed so sweet. he told me i was beautiful and that he loved me. i didnt really believe him, but i fell for him anyway. so i told my friends (including meg) i liked him. they told me about all the bad stuff he had done, and how hes sort of a player, and some admitted to liking him too. the words one girl used was like "everyone falls in love with him"
anyways, he did some really bad things to my friends, and just as things started getting amazing between jake and i, i blew it. i screamed at him and told him i hated him. he kept his cool. he was like you really dont hate me. i mean think about all the good times we've had. and you love me you know it. the truth, yeah i did. even when i told him i hated him, i knew i loved him. but i was so mad at what he had done, i told him i never wanted to even speak to him again. he took that seriously. we havent talked in like a week (yeah i know thats like nothing) but i really miss him. i still love him (not serious love, but i really really like him) i want to IM him and tell him im sorry, but then arent i giving in to him? giving him just what he wants? ive tried hard to get over this kid, but i cant keep my mind off him! what do i do?

my boyfriend is the same way hes the biggest player ever and hes done a lot of stuff with other girls. everyone falls for him and its hard to get over him this is the fourth time weve dated and im breakin gup wit him tomorrow..lol but you should tell this guy that you dont want anything serious between you two and its because you cant deal with everything he does or soemthing but when you start falling for him again think of eveyrthing he did to hurt you and your friends AND you dont have to go off on him but dont fall for him again!

Q: Hi, i'm really trying to lose weight and i want to go to the gym, but i think i'm too fat to go. I know it sounds ridiculus but i went today to check it out and everybody there was lyk twig skinny :s
I also need a way that isnt obvious to my friend to not eat so much...if you know what i mean, its just that she is quite fat too.
I don't know how to explain it but if people know im on a diet they could make fun of me because im admitting im fat...

tell your friend that you ares starting a new diet exercise thing and ask if she wants to do it with you. also when you go to the gym and work out the first thing that happens is you will build muscle which makes you weigh more but it will start to form your shape so you will have to commit to going to the gym for a while because after your muscle is getting bigger, you will then start to lose fat. dont be intimidated about the other people in the gym, they started out like you!

Q: Does anyone know where I can get a job at 15? Like at an actually store. Thanks!

chick fil a almost anywhere except for bookstores and clubs obviously and parents probably wouldnt approve of a gas station but some places will hire like a business who you know the manager or something

Q: Hi I have a Pay as you go cellphone and it's a Nokia and it's cingular, yes. well I've had it for a few months, and I got it at radioshack. Well, I don't want it anymore, I want a pinkrazr =[. So do you think they would let me trade or something? the razr is 129$, I think? and my phone was 100$ so do you think they'd let me? or get my money back maybe? it's got one scratch on it, but yeah. or do I call the Cingular store? Pleaseee help me! I don't know if I have insurance on it or not?

if the phone isnt broken then insurance doesnt matter you will probably just have to end your service and buy a whole new phone and plan i think that would be best!

Q: okay so ima 16/f and i use to sit with these girls lena, prescilla, milan, lakin and ameilia. well i started getting bad vibes from lakin and ameilia. well lena told me that they don't like me and talk shit about me behind my back. and lena said that they were going to tell me off. but lena stood up for me. and then when lunch was about to end lakin and ameilia saw me and started laughing and i told lakin that she needs to grow up and s top saying shit about me. and she said well i can do whatever i want. so yeah i don't know what to do. i can't ignore them because they'll keep bothering me. i can't fight them because well i don't want to get in trouble and plus im skinny and they're fast so they just won't work. and i don't want to tell on them because then they'll think im a tattle tale so what should i do? because they won't leave me alone. and i can't have people bothering me because whenever that happens i start doing bad in school so what should i do?

Q: so i really really want to go to the Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers concert in december.
the presale started today and the tickets actually go on sale the 29th. i cant get the presale tickets so what are the chances i will get tickets?

and whats the best way to get tickets (phone numbers would be helpful the concerts are at the DCU center in worcester, MA and the dunkin donuts center in Providence, RI)

If i try to get tickets to both will i have a better chance of getting tickets to at least one?

the same exact thing happened to me less than a month ago! just tell him how you really feel and you still like him and he'll let you know whats going on he probably is just acting different because he doesnt know whats going on yet.

I just got into high school this year and its not a big deal like everyone thinks. i thought i would lose all my friends but when we got to school it actually made me closer to them. you wont always have classes with your closes friends but then you will hang out more after school and it makes you realize how much your friends are important to you. also you will learn who your real friends are. and i promise you will make friends with a lot of upper classmen. high school is the funnest thing ever so dont dread it! good luck

Q: Me and my friend want to dress up as Carla and Elliot from Scrubs.

However, we can't find any cheap scrubs / scrub costumes online. We're really not looking to spend more than 20 bucks a person. Does anyone know where we can find them? Or does anyone know any stores that sell baggy shirts / pants that can look like scrubs? Thank so much in advance.

have a boys vs. girls scavenger hunt around your town and have parents drive. put clues at each spot and a ribbon and at the end make the people go to a gas station and dance for someone..really funn!

Most people call me K. thats all lol. i grew up very fast as a kid with many challenging problems with family life and friends. i was the advice columnists in our school newspaper and i think i give very good advice. i have a lot of family and have been through many different situations with each of the..boys and girls..i have even helped parents with some of their problems. im very interested in sports, i love them all! I love fashion and dressing up to go have a good time. I have had my own relationship problems as well as helping with family members problems and friends as well.
