crest whitening strips

is it ok to brush your teeth right after using the crest white strips?

and is it ok to do like them after school and then do them only 6 hours later before bed? or should i wake up earlier and make time to do them before school?

It's fine to brush your teeth after.
It's fine to use them only 6 hours after. :)

yes, it's very good to brush your teeth afterward to get all of the gunk off. however, i read on the crest whitestrips box that it is not recommended that you brush your teeth immediately before hand (like less than 15 minutes before). and yes, it is okay to do that. they say that it is perfectly fine to just take an hour out of your day and do them all at once, back to back (if you're like exercising, doing homework, watching tv, etc.)

it is best if you brush your teeth before you put on the strip and afterwards to get the stuff out just rinse you mouth with water. you should try doing it whne you wake up and before you go to bed basically when you brush your teeth! good luck :)
