Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers

so i really really want to go to the Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers concert in december.
the presale started today and the tickets actually go on sale the 29th. i cant get the presale tickets so what are the chances i will get tickets?

and whats the best way to get tickets (phone numbers would be helpful the concerts are at the DCU center in worcester, MA and the dunkin donuts center in Providence, RI)

If i try to get tickets to both will i have a better chance of getting tickets to at least one?

also, the tickets go on sale at 10:00 AM so do i call in then, or before?.

I'd buy them online. But you have to try getting them EXACTLY when they start selling them. My mom tried getting them but they were all gone in like 23 minutes or something like that. So try to get them realllly soon.
