i been with my gf for 10 months and 8 months ago i spoke to my ex through email but it didnt mean anything..she asked me how i was doing so i answered back saying im doing great and im happy with my current gf..and then i asked how she was and she said the same..me and my ex were just dating for 4 months it wasnt official or anything so when we she broke it off cuz she wasnt happy we spoke rarely afterwards,she just wanted to be friends..so i tried getting back together with her after we broke up i met her for lunch a couple times tried to get back with her i tried kissing her it didnt work i was just a real jerk..so my final email with her was me apologising to her how i was a jerk..well my current gf found out and now she dont trust me because she has had previous problems like this..she thinks i still talk to her behind her back but i told her so many times i dont want nothing to do with her..so now she wont even talk to me or nothing she said she wants her space to figure things out..but i think we should discuss things and work it out...i just need advice..my question is what should i do, what advice can you give me?
Wow. Sounds like you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Well if you have had problems in the past, you can't blame her. I have the same problems with my boyfriend. It's hard to cope with. I think you should show her the e-mail as proof that it didn't mean anything. If you are ashamed of something you said, then there isn't much you can do except keep trying to get her trust back. My boyfriend gave me his myspace login to see if I can trust him, I worry about him texting a lot though. So I check his messages every once in a while. Tell her that she is open to do that. And you would do anything to get her trust. But this stuff doesn't happen fast, it takes time. A lot of time. But give her some space, don't beg. That might make things worse. Do something for her though, bring flowers to her door or something sweet like that to really show her that you care for her and only her

okay, so im on my period. and when i go to sleep i sleep on my side, because if i sleep on my back the blood from my period leaks onto the back of my pants. but when i stand up in the mornings, i feel this HUGE clot like drop from my vagina.
is this normal?
Yeah, it's totally normal. It's harder for clots to come out when gravity isn't pulling them down so it builds up while you are sleeping and then when you stand up in the morning, gravity let's it all come out.

Well you can't force a gay guy to be straight. That's just the way his mind works. The most you can do is try to make him realize how great being with girls can be. Fun, sexy, whatever you try. If you get lucky, you might be able to get him to be bi. But you can't force it.
Hmm that's a little personal. The farthest you should go is your opinion. Whatever you feel comfortable with and make sure to think about how it will be in the future when you can your boyfriend possibly might not be together anymore. Be careful, go to the gynocologist a couple times to make sure you're being safe. Keep yourself clean. It depends how much you love him, really. When you love someone, you know it and you want every part of them. But you still got to keep some self control and contain yourself. I would not go all the way at age 14. I don't know about your relationship so I can't determine much. But if you're talking about your boyfriend may be being gay, don't force him to go far with you

So I've been dating this guy for a month. He's known for being an ass and always plays girls. When we started dating he was really nice and one thing that caught my attention was that he didn't want anything ot go fast cause he wanted to dat for a long time. He's always gone to his moms and he visted every weekend. Now he's here for the whole week and has been getting high everyday and barely talks to me now. He seems like he doesn't even wanna be in a relationship anymore. We had a talk the other day about him bein an ass lately and he was really sorry and i could tell he really was. But the next day we barely even talked. What should i do?
Hmm this is a hard one. But he sounds kind of suspicious. And maybe isn't totally sure about how to be a boyfriend or how to treat a girl. It might of helped if I knew how old yall were but oh well. I'm not trying to be really negative but it seems like he's living a double life. That doesn't necessarily always mean cheating though. But if he's known for that, that isn't good. But that is kind of weird that he doesn't want to go to fast, he sounds like the kind of person that would. If he is really that worth it to deal with all of that, then no one is stopping you. But if this really bothers you then maybe you could find someone that is devoted and faithful to you :). But I may be wrong about the kind of person he is. You're opinion means more than anything

for about 6 months or so, my boyfriend and i have been having very intense arguements caused by jealously. he has/had these two close friends that were girls. and they are soo pretty, and i'm completely insecure and self-concious about the whole thing. well, one night at a party his two friends that are girls asked him to have a three some with him, but he declined. and he told them he was too in love with me to do that. but he had a video of them kissing on his phone. these girls have hated me for such a long time and say bad things about me to him trying to get him to break up with me. but my boyfriend doesn't understand why i don't want him to be friends with these girls. am i just overreacting or could this ruin our relationship.

but i totally know how you feel. i have problems with jealousy with my boyfriend and some of his friends that are girls. but you have every right to be mad about the situation. it didn't really seem like you thought it was a big deal that he had a video of them kissing on his phone. or did you mean the two girls were kissing? hmm i have learned that...girls are bitches. obviously. it's a game; stealing boyfriends from other girls. but if your boyfriend says he's too in love with you to do anything with them, you should believe him and trust him unless he has given you a reason not to :). no matter how jealous you are. he should kind of understand that you don't want him to be friends with those girls. maybe try talking to him about that. why would he want to be friends with girls that try to break him up with the girl he is in love with, ehh? trying talking to him about that

okay well my 2-year contract for verizon expires on June 14th. i'm really interested in the Voyager; and i went to google and typed in "voyager reviews." most people liked it but thought it had a few flaws. so i have a few questions:
What are the pros of his phone?
What are the cons?

okay well i have the voyager
pros: the touch screen is cool. great camera (for a phone. cool layout. keyboard is way easy to text on. and it has some pretty cool features. good ringtones. and INTERNETT!! oh and good speakers. a gps and music and tv and stuff. you can touch the screen with more than just your skin
cons: it restarts on it's own a lot when it gets confused. if you want the camera to have good focus, you have to hold it there for about 5-10 seconds without it getting blurry. slowish internet. screen get's scratches easily. fragile. voice command button is annoying
i think the phone is worth getting if you treat your electronics right and wouldn't break it
they just came out with an enV2 and it's pretty cool but some people don't like it. so maybe check it out :D. i'm not sure about any others coming out though, i don't stay updated
but yeah. that's just my opinion :D

so anyways i use to weigh like 106 ponds && then last year i gained like 20 pounds so now i weigh like 126, im a freaking fat ass pig. i want to lose 20 pounds. i hate doing exerice. but any ways wat do u suggest???
i learned about this in health class so bare with me :P
3500 calories equals one pound
so if you eat an extra 500 calories each day that you don't burn off, then after a week, you will gain one pound. and then week after week, that can add up
so try going on a low calorie diet :D and sorry to break it to you, but you HAVE to exercise too for this to work. even going on a fast-pace one hour walk every day. just enjoying the outdoors :D. it's not too bad. or i heard running up and down stairs works pretty well too! google some easy ways to lose calories
try not to work your legs too hard though because that's what i did and i have a shin splint that won't go away now because i keep working it. exercising can get addicting as crazy as it sounds
OR!!!!! swimming laps is probably the most refreshing. you can't sweat much and it's fun! go to your local gym for about 45 minutes a day and that burns a ton more calories than walking

So, I have been on and off with the same guy for a while now. Basically we break up, see other people, end up missing each other and go back out again, then we break up with each other after like 2 weeks for stupid reasons and then it happens all over again. Well that all finally stopped and we haven't gone out for like 5 months. Ive been out with a few guys but i always think back on how much i really miss him and how badly i want him back. He has been going out with this new girl for about a month and our relationship just seems hopeless now. I want to talk to him about it but i think it would be akward now that he's in a good place with his girlfriend, and i really don't want to mess them up. I know that if we go out again things will be different and it will be more serious and not just a mess-around type relationship. Ahg i dono im so confused and im sorry this was so long. okay so i have like a lot of pubic hair around my vagina. and it's soo annoying cause when i wear bathing suits sometimes it sticks out. and i have shaved it before but that just ended up itching alot and it grew back like really fast. my hair always grows back like the next day. but anyways, do you have any ideas, like if i shave it is there something i can put on it, other than lotion, that will make it go away? and how would i shave, you know, between my leg area lol. thanks soo much!
ahh that is like one of the hard things about being a girl. try waxing it, it's a little more uncomfortable but it lasts a lot longer than shaving. and for the itching, just put lotion on it multiple times a day, that should help but it might not totally cure it. there's pretty much no easy way out with this, it sucks!! i hope i helped

I like this girl in my history class, and i just found out that she lives like four houses down from me. We are friends and we joke around a lot, but i don't know how to get more than that with her.
also, how do relationships with a girl next door work? like, are you supposed to hang out with them really often like after school or do you give them distance?
Well my boyfriend lives really near me too. But since we are really close and everything, we hang out a ton..pretty much every day. But since you are trying to get close with this person, don't be backed off too much or too clingy. So maybe hang out once or twice a week if she wants to. If you notice she is making a lot of exucses not to hang out, you may want to back off a little. But just start hanging out with her and connecting and doing fun things to make her want to hang out again. Swimming is always fun :), I don't know...use your imagination and find out what she likes to do. Good luck!!

well it depends, if the guys you slept with are ones that your really loved and thought you would spend the rest of your life with or maybe you were peer pressured, i don't consider your a slut. if you just sleep around for the heck of it..and that IS a lot of guys..ehh that's kind of dirty. but i think if you stop, and try to totally forget your past (which i bet is really hard) and don't have sex again until your married you could feel better about yourself. if you're religious, you could go to the minister and confess all your sins and ask for forgiveness, wow that is the best feeling and just promise you'll make better decisions. but you can't really stop people from thinking what they think, since they don't know the real story from your view (whatever it is), so maybe moving yourself out of the way of those people to people who don't know your past would be good if your really that serious about having a bad reputation. and no one can tell you your reputation doesn't matter unless you respect yourself, thats not reality, that's bullshit. but i'm sure convincing your parents to move will be hard but there are a ton of excuses you could make up without telling them :)

my cat had a heart murmur (irregular heart beat) and the vet said he wouldn't make it through the night but he did. Now he is urinating everywhere. Sometimes its just a little, the next time he is completley soaked in it. What might be wrong with him? Don't tell me too take him to the vet again. I am at the end of the week. I just want more info on what it might be.
well i'm not exactly sure what is wrong with your cat but my dog started peeing everywhere and we finally found out she was diabetic. i didn't even know dogs could be diabetic. after you clean up the pee, if there is a sticky residue (hard floor), then that means there is a lot of sugar in it and maybe she does have diabetes. and believe me...that is A TON to deal with

okay, my vagina ALWAYS itches and i can feel like stuff "commin out" of it. its really gross. but it feels weird like in my underwear and jeans. but like whejn i'm at school i can't do anything but i don't want to see a doctor or ask a family member or friend since its kind of embarassing...is this normal like whats happening
you may have a yeast infection. try eating yogurt or dairy with active culturals, that helps the infection if that's what you have.
orrrr it could just be discharge. that could irritate you sometimes. try wearing a paniliner :)
but if that doesn't help, you should go to the doctor because yeast infection could really harm your felopian tubes and what-not for when you get pregnant in the future. this is normal, it's not embarrasing at all! :D just talk to your mom or dad and tell them you need to go to the gynocologist
