so anyways i use to weigh like 106 ponds && then last year i gained like 20 pounds so now i weigh like 126, im a freaking fat ass pig. i want to lose 20 pounds. i hate doing exerice. but any ways wat do u suggest???

3500 calories equals one pound
so if you eat an extra 500 calories each day that you don't burn off, then after a week, you will gain one pound. and then week after week, that can add up
so try going on a low calorie diet :D and sorry to break it to you, but you HAVE to exercise too for this to work. even going on a fast-pace one hour walk every day. just enjoying the outdoors :D. it's not too bad. or i heard running up and down stairs works pretty well too! google some easy ways to lose calories
try not to work your legs too hard though because that's what i did and i have a shin splint that won't go away now because i keep working it. exercising can get addicting as crazy as it sounds
OR!!!!! swimming laps is probably the most refreshing. you can't sweat much and it's fun! go to your local gym for about 45 minutes a day and that burns a ton more calories than walking
