For a digital camera, I'd go with Canon, Sony, or Olympus. I have a Sony CyberShot DSC-H9 & a Canon Digital Rebel XTI. Neither of those are cheap, but both brands make less expensive cameras as well. Try to find the camera in your price range that has the highest amount of megapixels, as these will give you the clearest pictures.

I've walked a runway to a remix of Rihanna's "Pon De Replay" before, it was a really fun song to walk to. Victoria's Secret even used this song in their fashion show 2 years ago, but they mixed it with "I Want Candy".
Basically, any song with a beat that you can walk to is good.

In the last year or so Ive been having extremley realistic dreams. I can even feel pain. I remember I had a nightmare of a murderer chasing me and then shoving the "butt" of a rifle into me and it stinging and burning so bad I had to wake myself up. As soon as I woke up the pain was gone. Even last night I had a dream I got into a pickup truck with my friend and the smell of Axe body spray was overwhelming. I felt like I couldnt breathe until I opened a window in the car. Also in my dream I was fixing my hair and it felt sticky, as if I had glue in it or something, so I actually washed it out in my dream and It was gone. My dreams are so realistic I wonder if these things actually happened. Does anyone have any advice on them or any idea why I have such realistic dreams.

I have dreams like that too. I can feel pain, taste foods, control everything I do, etc. I only found out a couple of years ago that not everyone could do this. I think it's some form of lucid dreaming, although I don't think that's quite the right term. I've had dreams like this my entire life, even when I was a very little girl, but I know that some people can teach themselves to make their dreams more vivid or to control their dreams. I've heard that only a small percentage of people can do this, which I think is pretty cool. I'm not sure why some people have it and others don't.

Metaphors, imagery, and whatnot have never been difficult concepts for me to put into my own songs, so I'm not quite sure what to tell you as far as coming up with them. I can give you some tips on where to get inspiration for songs, though.
Look for interesting words. Sometimes, I can right an entire song based on finding just one unique word with a meaning that I like.
Read a book or watch a movie/tv show, and look for themes or events that might inspire you to write. I've done this several times, and so have different bands. Reading will also expand your vocabulary, which will help you to write more indepth songs.
Listen to other music for inspiration. I'm not saying steal someone else's music, I'm saying just listen to it, and sometimes it will inspire you to write something of your own. I went through a phase where I couldn't write anything unless I had Bright Eyes playing in the background.
I'm not sure if this applies to you or not, but I know that for me, I'm usually creative really late at night, so keep a notebook by your bed so that if you wake up with an idea, or are just staying up late, you have something handy to write it down so that you won't forget it.
And obviously, the best place to get inspiration from is your own emotions and experiences. Write what you know. Write what you feel. That's always worked the best for me.

Okay... I've been off the shot for nearly six months. I had sex unprotetcted over last weekend and I'm wondering if its possible that I'm pregnant. I think it is but im not too sure. My sister said it took her nearly a year and a half to get pregnant, as well as my sister in-law. My other sister that was on the shot is having a problems trying to get pregnant. Do you think I am or What? Im confused~! (link)

I have heard that once you stop getting the shot, it can take a very long time before your body is ready to become pregnant. This is why they don't recommend that young people use the shot for birth control, because it can hurt their chances of getting pregnant later on once they're ready to start a family. Take a pregnancy test. If it's negative, wait a couple of weeks, and then take a pregnancy test again, just to be sure.

Can anyone give me great websites to download music? I'd prefer if you'd refer one from your experience, a website that you've used and stuff, instead of just searching for one, but I guess anything is fine. I don't want to download Limewire, or anything I have to download to get music. I'd also like it if the website had some sort of proof that it's safe, and a disclaimer that doesn't say anything like "You have to buy before you download these songs! If you don't obey, it's illegal and can land you in jail, and you will get in trouble!" That stuff freaks me out D: Also, maybe if the website had plenty of new songs that have been released, sorta... Thanks! (link)

I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but if you're at all into indie rock type stuff, purevolume.com usually has a bunch of stuff available for download that the artists put up themselves, so it's totally legal.

They do need permission. I used to work for Abercrombie, and one season we had to pull the playlist & play something from a different season because there was some sort of dispute over one of the songs, because apparently the artist hadn't been paid properly by the person who made the remix or something.

Have you tried natural mineral based makeup? I've heard that it's better for your skin, and people who have skin problems can use it. I'm not sure if you'd be allergic to it or not. You can use a mineral eyeshadow in place of eye liner, though. Just apply it with a damp q-tip and it'll give you the same effect as eye-liner.

I don't like tight jeans, they make my ass look bigger than it already is, hahaha. And I can barely handle a shot at the doctors place, hahaha, so I can't do either of those things. ok, i have 3 questions. so me and my boyfriend went to this horseback riding place and my horse went nuts haha. like all the trails connected back to the trail to go back to the ranch or whatever, but anyways we got to that part and were gunna go onto this different trail but my horse wasnt going when i was pulling on the right reign thing and kicking it, it just kept flinging its head all over the place up in the air. so the guide person came over with his horse and tried pulling on the reigns to get it to go but it didnt work. then the horse just started like charging back to the ranch and i was pulling on the reigns and it wouldnt stop and since it was flinging its head all around both reigns got flung on the right side, so i felt pretty much screwed and like i was going to fall off but then it kind of just stopped but was still crazy haha. my first question though, why did it do that and whyyy didnt it like buck me off? i was so scared it was going to do that by the way it was flinging its head. oh, and the guy who worked there knew i had only ridden a horse once, and gave me the only stallion that was apart of the ridable horses. i am a girl and weigh 123 pounds i just dont see y i would get that horse and not my boyfriend or even that horse at all. so 2nd question, why would he do that? and third question, lets say i had already bought a horse and needed to keep it at somebody elses ranch or where ever, how much would it cost a month for everything that a horse needs? I realize that this question is a couple weeks old now, but I figured I'd answer it anyway.
First of all, I highly doubt that they gave you a stallion to ride. Stallions should only be handled by people who know what they are doing, and it would be incredibly irresponsible of anyone to let a beginner ride a stallion. Most likely, it was a gelding.
It sounds to me like the horse was barn sour. This means that he does not like leaving the barn, and has been able to get away with refusing to leave and/or running back to the barn (like it did with you), and nobody has taken the time to properly work with the horse to get this bad habit out of his system. Generally, trail horses are used only for going back & forth on trails, and are not very well trained for anything else. They are used to having people on their backs who do not know what they are doing, and therefore they have learned that they can get away with pretty much anything. Horses are smart animals, and they know when they can get away with taking advantage of someone's inexperience. Not all horses buck, and it sounds to me like he was more interested in just getting back to the barn that in getting you off his back.
If you are ever on a bolting horse, do NOT constantly pull back on the reins, and make sure that you are not clinging onto him with your lower leg - these things will actually just encourage him to run faster. Instead, use a "take-give" motion with the reins - make sure the reins are not too long, then pull the reins back & slightly up towards your chest, as though you were lifting a weight, then release the pressure. When you do the "take" motion, say "WOAH" in a strong, deep voice. Never yell though, as this will only frighten the horse.
Some people suggest doing a one-rein-stop with a bolting horse - dropping the rein with one hand & holding onto the front of the saddle with that hand, then using the other hand to sharply pull one rein hard towards your knee, which is supposed to bring the horse's head back towards you and stop him. I do NOT reccomend this for beginners, though, as I have actually seen a horse fall over when someone did this incorrectly.
If you are ever on a horse that will not move forward, make sure you are not pulling back on the reins, widen your hands, and kick the horse forward. Always start off just gently squeezing your legs, and gradually increase the pressure if he resists. It is also very important that you keep your eyes up & look where you want the horse to go. Never look down at the horse. He will not move forward if you do this. Widening your hands will also help a horse that is throwing his head, as he is usually doing this to tell you that he is unhappy with what you are doing with your hands.
You said that you have only been on a horse once before. I would NOT reccomend that you buy your own horse. If you are serious about learning how to ride, then I would suggest doing a bit of research and finding a good stable to go and take lessons from. I would not even think about buying a horse until you had atleast a year's worth of lessons under your belt, preferably 2 or 3 years.
Owning a horse is NOT cheap. The purchase price of the horse, as well as all of the tack and grooming supplies that it will need, is just the beginning. Here's a list of expenses you will have each year:
Boarding (should include feed, bedding, & various other services depending on the barn) - $150 - $2000 monthly.
Farrier - new shoes/feet trimmed around every 6 weeks, $25 - $200
Wormer - around $15 every 2 or 3 months
Vaccinations - rabies, tetanus, equine influenza, and rhinomune, $95 yearly
Teeth Floating (filing them down) - $75 yearly
Misc. Vet Bills - you'll want several hundred dollars set aside for this.

You should make an appointment to see a gynocologist, because burning and itching are also known symptoms of chlamydia. It's totally curable with pills, but if it goes untreated, it can pretty much destroy your reproductive organs. Even if that's not what you have, you'd be better safe than sorry! Your gyno would be able to help you if it was just a urinary tract infection as well.

If you want your hair to actually look good, then don't use kool-aid. It'll just look cheap & tacky. My friend Trace used to use kool-aid to dye his hair all sorts of weird colours when he got bored during the summer, and the results were quite amusing. Unless that's the sort of look you're going for, then go for it.

I also know that they won't buy your clothes unless they look like they were purchased within the last 6months, since they want all of their clothes to be current. Although with A&F and Hollister jeans, that shouldn't be a problem since they keep the same styles, just so long as they're not too worn out.

Alright, I don't even know where to begin. I use to live in Seattle, for 6 years. About 8 months ago, i moved to Texas.
but I met a boy in 8th grade. I started falling for him, hard. We were best friends for about 6 ish months, before he told me he liked me. and we were together. I know i'm young, but I know i love this guy. && I know he loves me.
anyways, in the middle of 9th grade, i moved. we both cried, but we decided to have a long distance relationship. So we had one. were still together now. for almost a year already. my parents don't approve of him, and this kind of relationship. But the only reason they don't approve of him is because they found out that he fingered me.
So they think hes one of those guys that are "all about one thing". && hes really not, he respects me. && he came over for 2 weeks. We held hands, and hugged, and my parents freaked out. which is another reason they don't approve of him. && they use to love him before they found out that he fingered me.
They said were too "in love". && I don't know if its just me, but I think thats a good thing. We love each other a lot. Were both willing to wait for each other, shouldn't that be enough? So now, me and him can't talk on the phone as much. I can only talk for an hour today, and over the computer. But i just miss him so much. && I only concentrate on my friends in Washington. Its like, i live in Texas, but my mind is in Washington.
I don't want to go through high school being a "loner" and not having fun. But I don't want to loose him.

If you really love him, stick with him. Things that are meant to be will find a way of working themselves out. My boyfriend moved all the way to England over a year ago, and we've been together for two years, so it is possible to make these sorts of relationships work.
As far as "being a loner and not having fun" goes - why would that happen? Just because you don't have a boyfriend at your school, it doesn't mean you still can't have a fabulous time with your friends! If anything, it creates less drama.
