hi(: im 15 years old almost 16. I hate when people say the reason why you have acne is because your growing up! im not sure if its acne but i have bumps on my forhead. i don;t really stick with face washes for that long but they never work. maybe the first day they do but then stop. my sister has the same thing as me maybe a little better and she was to lazy to wash her face so she stopped and it has been getting a little better. im not sure if i should do that to. any reccomendations. and my parents won't bring me to the dermotologist or anything so please help!(: thanks(: (link)

Well a few years ago I remember watching this movie and I can't remember the title. I just watched part of the end but I know that there was a scene where some people are trying to break into a house with a family inside. When they let their dog outside, the bad people cut it's head off and then threw it through the dog door. I can't really remember who was in the movie but I think it was titled after someone's name. I just really need help figuring it out because that scene has been stuck in my head FOREVER.

i recently gained about 10-15 pounds. i started a diet 06/23
i restrict my calorie intake to 1,000 or lower. usually lower.
and i walk A LOT,and if i havnt walked a lot that day ill do the treadmill for 35-40 min. i also do at least 5o crunches a night, every night.
when should i see results? it is now 06/28
and i know a lot of time hasnt passed but i am so desperate for results.
i am use to starvation diets where you see results really fast. this is the first time i am not doing a starvation diet.

First off, do not ever do a starvation diet. You are depriving your body from much needed nutrients. Second off, this plan of yours will work, yes. But you will gain the weight back. Do it right. 1,000 cals or less will not be good for your body. At least take in 1500-2000. Then do some running and walking. Also get involved in sports and do weight lifting. (that will tone you) Do ab work outs. But only as much sets and reps as you can do. Try to add 1 rep per set every day til you can not any more. This will get you in shape in no time. Follow the food pyramid and do not eat sweets/junk!1!! Hope I helped xoxoxox

Less is more. There is a fine line between looking good and looking like trash. Wear something your comfortable in for example, skinny jeans and t shirt (if its your style) A little mascara and boom, you are good to go. Guys are not into The fake girls. Be yourself, that is all that counts. Dont do your self up like a doll, it is not worth it.

No, they do not hurt if you insert them right, and 13 is how old I was, If you swim or do sports, they are better than pads. If your ready then 13 is a fine age to start.

Well first off Im pale and I hate it!! I have alrighty got in the tanning bed btw im 13/f and I stopped because you can get cancer. Also I don't tan good in the sun. Is there anything I can wear or do to look more darker and not too pale? other than spray tan.(two orange) I already put on lotion that makes you darker. Please Help Thanks(: (link)

Put a little baby oil anbd sunscreen on you and go outside for a while. It's how I tan without getting burnt :) Hope I helped good luck xoxoxox

I really want to lose weight but I keep cheating. I just cant help it. I want to lose 20 pounds before August 25th. If I stop cheating on my diet can I lose 20 pounds before that date? It is very much possible if you don't cheat. Start substituting healthy things for junk food. For example if you like candy bars replace it with a sweet fruit or if you like chips replace them with seeds or nuts. Establish a diet around the food pyramid and do not starve yourself. Make sure you give your body all the nutrients and calories needed. Start doing ab workouts and walking more. Add a mile to your running routine. Make sure you eat after you workout. Drink 1 glass of water before you eat. This will make your metabolism faster and make you more full. Hope I helped and good luck!

I am almost positive I was raped but I am not 100%...About a year ago I was with my well now ex boyfriend and we had been dating for over a year...One day we ended up at his house and we were doing stuff...Well I always got really scared and wanted to cry so I was asking my "sex expert" of a friend what to do and she thought I was ready to have sex. I told my boyfriend this and he started pushing me to do so. He used everything he could to get me to give in from family, to religion, to friends, to if I really loved him...Even though before he said he would wait as long as I needed...Especially since from the start of the relationship I told him that I didn't want to have sex until marriage and he was perfectly fine with that. When I told him to give me to the next time I saw him so I could make sure I was positive and make it hopefully more romantic he got mad at me and was yelling at me that I was going to do what I normally do and back out then accused me of blue balling him all of the time and how it wasn't fair on his part. Eventually I screamed fine then went to the bathroom and cried a little then went back to his room and just gave in...Is this rape? We were fighting and I know he pressured me but I don't know what it is legally considered...I absolutely hate myself for what I did.

Sweety, As much as it hurts me to say this you were not raped. You consented, although you were pressured to do so, you did give in and agree to it. Now if he is older than 21 and you are under 18 then it would be considered statutory rape even if you did say yes, that would be illegal. But by the sounds of it you agreed so it is not rape.

Well do what I do. Have the children write down a bunch of their favorite games and you do the same. Put them in a hat and draw it at random. Makes things fun. Have the kids draw the game from the hat. This way they dont fight over the games chosen.

My husband and I have a girlfriend but he is into it more than I am. It was my idea to keep our relationship interesting and to be honest it kind of turns me on to think of him with another woman BUT at times I find myself getting somewhat jealous of this other woman.
