hey this is ama :>] i love coming onto advicenators to help people in need. even though i'm only 13, i think i give pretty good advice. i hate insects, spiders especially, and i get annoyed easily. but when i'm on my good side, i'm patient, but when i'm on my bad, i'm no good at human communication. i would love to grow up and build my own pet hotel, but for now, i'm starting small and taking my time growing up.

Tomorrow I'm going to a rock concert with a friend. What should I wear, and how should I do my hair and makeup?

I've gone to 2-3 rock concerts, and one thing i learned is to go to weather.com or such and look at the weather for where you're going to be at and at that certain time. If its chilly, just wear a simple tee, and a cute not too heavy not to light jacket. Demin is great.
Wear something comfortable like jeans and flip flops or walking shoes.
Bring your phone and maybe a little bit money, but probably not a purse. a purse may get stolen, or is too much to carry around. bring a tube of gloss and you're all set!

i wear makeup and everything but you know how celebrities get their lips to look like a light light pink? well how do they do that? it looks like really shiny and soft pink. My lips are like a dark pink and i hate ittt i want pink! haha help! (link)

well, it also depends on the celebrity. some celebrities just look really good because of the camera angle and such.
if you wnat it a light pink, try sheer pink lip gloss, really pink. apply 2-3 layers of it and it'll make your lips look nice and pink.
remember to wipe your mouth hard before applying the lip gloss, lip skin is uncomfortable with lip gloss, especially since it gets into the gloss.
buy mac or shiseido lip gloss, they both work great!

Okay today during my martial arts class my boyfriend (18/m) got kicked below the belt where it hurts... and since then he's been in quite abit of pain, less then an hour after he urinated some blood... 4 hours after the incident he has aching in his testicles and is still leaking some blood. Should he go to the doctors in the morning? I'm really worried about him but I don't know how serious it is as I haven't seen him since it happened... I won't be able to talk to him until the morning now but what should I do? (link)

Definitely call 911, or the hospital.
Try to convince him to get some help.
Even though he's going to try to fix it himself, the smartest thing to do is to get to a hospital.
trying to fix it WILL make it worse if you do not know what you're doing.
and you PROBABLY don't know what you're doing.

Of course you are. the thing you fear is rejection especially in front of everybody. Just ask her casually, if you can see her privately and ask her. As many guys might tell you, you need to look cool or something, thats not true. girls like guys who they feel confortable around. just be easy going and ask normally, as you ask anybody else a question.

I'm 13/f...Well, my best friend is a guy. Lets call him...Colby. What happened was, Colby has been a dating machine..hes irresistable to girls. Whenever he goes out with one, im left out. He completely ignores me, he doesnt call me ever, or comes over my hous anymore. This only happens when he has a gf. So i had the nerve to go up and tell him how i felt about it. He said that he promises that it ill never happen again and we will be like we used to ( this happened after he broke up with his old gf) So, colby goes out with this other girl lets call her..Dylan. He always talks about how they make out and all that so of course ill be nice ( no im not jealous and i dont like like him) and say wow thats cool. So he knows who i like and i talk to him aobut the guy i like and his response ould be nmothing..!! he just gets up and leaves..it makes me feel awful..but i love him so much like a friend!! and i dont wanna lose him but he makes me feel im not important and i dont belong in his life... SORRY ITS SOO LONG!!

i know its hard, but if this person REALLY doesn't care about you, i don't really thing its worth it. Obviously, he must have some feelings left for you if he wants to rub it in you so bad. Don't let this guy control your feelings! tell him, if he doesn't act like a real friend should, you guys shouldn't be friends.
although you don't want to lose him, you're going to lose you along the way if you don't.

I have a wonderful boyfriend! We have been going out for a week now, and he is very nice, sweet, and pretty funny. Except he smells really bad some times when I am near him, like I smell no deodorant or cologne on him at all. It's very dreadful! Especially since he has gym at school and it makes it worse afterwards.

Never be too harsh. Being straightforward might hurt his feelings, and you never meant to do that!
You should always work your way around it. Sometimes just bring the topic up. like "why don't you wear deodarant sometimes?" really gently. "becasue sometimes, like all guys, you have some body odor". or, you can buy him some deodorant and give it to him as a present and ask him to use it.

mascara DOESN'T damage your eyelashes. It only volumizes it and makes it look nicer.
I use volume by loreal, or the shisedo mascara. They're both really reliable, but the shiseido one might be a bit expensive at 20$+.

i really cannot help you on this answer, but i'll try.
who do you like the most? stick with the person who you think would treat you better. noah might be a little stalkerish, and if you go with him, he might be a fake. but now, you have a great boyfriend. i would stay with the boyfriend personally, because he's already presented his love for you. but noah, for all you know, could be just doing this because of some weird reason.

Hunts bitter lemon, ginger ale, or orange drink.
These drinks are only about 2 calories each. They give you a pretty low-med amount of energy, but they taste okay.

I'm the same way. I love drama books where something ACTUALLY scandalous happens or something crazy, or a life where its a lot different.
Try to CLIQUE series, they're really good books. Try GOSSIP GIRL as well and THE A-LIST and THE IT GIRL.
They're all basically rumor books, and really interesting to pass your time. (:

So basically, I can't be there to help when it happens. So you're on your own. Kissing just kind of happens, its a kind of magic that no one can tell you want to do. But keep these facts in mind-
-Do it when the time is right.
-You might want to do it in privacy, since its your first...
-Chew a minty gum or some breath refresher before
-Tilt your head to the right when doing it
-It depends on how you feel. You can do it long, but don't go all out and french kiss. It'd be probably awkward.

I personally have the WII as well, and I have every other consel out there. The only one I don't have is PS3, as I don't care much for it.
TIPS:
WII- new idea. nintendo has great games out and it costs less. Its super fun, family kind of fun.
PS3- usually for older people. good graphics, not much new about it. way expensive, price goes down in the future=not that great after all.
I really think you should go with the WII, because its a better investment.

Alright. I'm a straight hair girlie. But I do curl my hair sometimes. Go out and buy a hair curler! Or you can use mousse and apply it on your hair. Then take a pencil and curl it and leave it like that for about 1-2 min. It'll be nice and naturally curly.

Keep it casual. Don't do anything very romantic and don't expect much. You guys are best friends! You know you're common interests. Do something fun, not just a dinner somewhere. Walk on the beach, go to a cool cafe, just HAVE FUN. You can't make it all awkward from going from friend to soul mates in one day. Its all a PROCESS.

really, you can never get back to that same stage that you like. no matter what you do, you'll never be that way again. i'm sorry, but its true. it has happened to me before. start finding out what he likes again and where he's going to be. start talking to him more and avoid the awkardness! the faster your "Friendship/flirtation" is renewed, there'll be less a hole. Start talking to him again! Start hanging out with him. Be a GOOD friend. Catch him in the times he needs a friend. Just be there for him. and you'll be kinda back to that flirting fling!

I have this friend, let's call her V. I think she's really hilarious and overall a really fun and a good friend. But pretty much everyone in my class hates her because she's annoying. Basically, this is a good time to figure out your true friends and your fake ones. you shouldn't stop being that "annoying" person's friend if you really enjoy that person's company! And only your true friends will stick with you. But if you don't like that friend a lot and that person isn't special to you, you don't need to hang out with her as much. sometimes, people are good enough to hide cheating and you may never find the proof but you just know it. a good idea is probably to ask all your friends what they're doing. if they have any activities where they might see your boyfriend, send them on a mission! they could find out if he's cheating or just bluffing or just lying or just innocent. ask his friends where hes going. sure, this is KINDA spying, but its worth it for your relationship!
