Q: im going to camp center stage tomorrow. (its a singing, dancing, and acting camp.) it lasts for 6 weeks and all of the camp time we work on for performing a show. this year we are doing suessical. so, my question is, what are some good audition songs? we need to have an audition song thats 32 measures or less for auditions. can anyone give me some good ideas?! help! this is all to much -- we have to have it memorized by sometime this week for auditions! :-/ answers asap would be appreciated. ill rate !!! ♥

hey i am going to an audition this monday and I needed to sing a 16-32 bar song so I chose Tomorrow-from the production Annie. It's PRETTY simple exept for the "Tomorrow part" which is pretty high but still. IT's a good song for auditioning. Hope I helped.

Q: Okay, I don't usually get nervous before performing on stage. I get really nervous during auditions, though and because I'm nervous I perform poorly and I don't get a callback. I hate knowing that I could do really well, but blowing it because I'm nervous. Does anyone know how I can overcome my audition nerves? I will rate high. Thanks.

You can try just thinking that you are the only one in your room. Just tell yourself over and over in your head "i'm the only one in the room" and just think that you're at home in your bedroom. If you love to act just tell yourself that you can do it and that nothing can stop you from living your dream. I hope you get over this fear soon :)

Q: What advice would you give a 14 year old aspiring actress who's parents don't give a damn about her dreams, who lives out in the country, and isn't the stereotype of pretty?

Hey if you wanna be an actress your gonna be an actress. My parents are the same way like they can't seem to help me with auditions and all that other stuff. And we might move to indiana so i'm just totally bummed. But they do know that I would like to act. I've told them about a THOUSAND times!! But you know, if you're parents won't help try to find auditions and things on your own. And ask your parents to at least drive your places and stuff. If you're at it alone your probably gonna have to make your own money so better start that. I love this site www.talentrock.com and one of the people in my school has been to it and been on commercials voiceovers and lots more. *RECOMMENDED* but money needs to be saved. I'm probably goin to it soon but not now. I hope you'll ask your parents because it probably builds self esteem too. And it's not impossible to be discovered at 14. Lots of stars have. So don't listen to anybody who says different. Kay hope i helped :)

Q: me and my ex still have feelings for each other. i know he does because he tells me he does and we promised to date again once skool starts. but here's the problem we also said that we had summer off so we could date other people and he got a girlfriend. i didn't cuz well i don't really care for anybody but him. so anyways i think that girl and him might stay together for a long time and i'm worried cuz i love him and he's all i want. wat should i say to him. should i try to brake them up. i 'm really confused please help.

Well it wasn't really nice for him to make a promise he couldn't keep. Unless he's a short relationship guy you should have seen this coming. I mean if he's a long relationhship type of guy then obviously summer is not going to be their whole relationship. If you want to test his feelings for you you should get a boyfriend or just start hanging out with a beesst besttt guyfriend to make him jealous. :) kind of evil but still lol. If he still stays with the other girl then I guess your gonna have to either move on or just give him some time. Hope i helped.

Q: Okay, well i need something to do around my house so i can get money. I really want a new iPod, because i dont like the one i have now. Any ideas, for around my house work?!

There are lots of things you can do. There's probably a lot of sweeping outside maybe the patio or the driveway. Maybe you can clean someones car (inside and out). Ummm...in the fall you can rake leaves. Now you can weed if you have a garden. Do the lawn. And tons more things you can do at your house. You can even ask your neighbors if they need work done. Q: ok my friend and her boyfriend have on & off for about a year, and they both lost ther verginity to each other. But after they started having sex he only talk to her when he wants to have sex. And when she tells him that she loves him he never say it back. Hdoesn't even call her his girlfriend and everytime she brings up love or anything like that he gets pissed at her. the only time he is not mad at her is when she is not around or when there having sex. I don't have the heart to tell her this but I think he might be useing ehr for sex. What do you think, any help i would really love!

I would definetly say your friend is being used. If he doesn't say he loves her why should she be wasting her time on him. I've heard about relationships where the couple has had sex for the first time and it totally changes the relationship completely. All i can say to your friend is to dump him because by the way you described it it seems like he's using her A LOT. Tell her to find someone that actually will love her for her not her body/sex.
