Q: i am 14/f and i am 5'11 and the doctor says i am still gonna be growing a lot more (i am skinny so i always have to go to gap to get jeans). i also have size 13 feet!! i can never find shoes because i have no arch my feet are complely flat and i have to go in the men's section for gym shoes now. its spring and i need cute shoes i wore because i am graduating and getting confirmed this year so we will be goin on all these different retreats. i need some flats, cute sandels, and flip flops (preferably not heels). Where can i go to find these?

not to worry dahling, i have big feet too! i was a size 8 in the third grade! but luckily, there are some people who are nice enough to make cute shoes for us big feet [=

okay so i dont weight like a whole lot. only like 120 but im trying to lose a little bit like tone up some and i work out like ALL the time i weightlift and play volleyball and it doesnt realli help..

anyone no how i can tone up a little faster or lose a few pounds?

i'm in the same boat, your not fat, but your stomach could be a little flatter, your thighs a bit slimmer, and your butt alot firmer! lol!
well personally, i don't like going to the gym because i always feel like people are looking at me and what not.
so i usually workout at home. there are exercises you can do on YOUR COUCH! those are my favorites because i do them while watching tv.

Q: One of my "friends" is always always always trying to be in the spotlight. It's so annoying. I'm like not even her friend anymore because she's treated me so badly and stepped all over me to get attention. All my other friends knew this about her and were on my side, but then she shoved me out of the way (like she always does). So, now they're on her side =[
I just don't know what to do. I'm a generally shy person at heart, but when I'm with my friends it's so much easier to be outgoing and such. In fact, I am quite outgoing with friends. It's just that with her always around sometimes even literally shoving me out of the way, it's so hard to be myself. Every time I try and say something funny, she'll do something stupid like scream or squawk like a chicken so everybody looks at her (I'm not even kidding, she really does this) and they'll all laugh saying things like "Wow, you're so special!" or "That was interesting!" And they're not even being sarcastic. She craves the attention, will do anything to get it, and the worst part is that they actually do give it to her.
I know that she's immature and I'd like to just be able to let this not affect me. But I've already tried so hard and nothing ever works. It's really really difficult to ignore her when she always puts herself right there in the middle of everything. God I'm so sick of it.
I just want advice to help me get through these situations. And I really don't need the standard "Just ignore her, be your own person" because I know that already. It just doesn't work for me in this situation...

bottom line: she's an attention whore
meaning she will probably do anything to gain attention.
so. what you have to do is get tough. you cannot allow someone to push you away from your friends! if they are your real friends then they won't take sides.
you can't be shy. the next time she "squawks like a chicken" or does something equally stupid for attention, try and say something witty about her and keep the spotlight on you for a change.

i really want this and no i dont want a perm cause it looks different.

like it doesnt have to be perfect, i just want some curls.

maybe braiding it before i go to sleep? hairspraying it when i wake up? you think that will hold it?

that specific look was obviously achieved by a curling iron. and a professional.

bottom line: it takes practice with a curler to get your hair looking exactly how you want it. so on your spare time use the curler.
or just go to a salon and have them do it for you.

Q: i wanna become a model but i wanna do clean modelin i dont wanna like go nude or nothin just 17 modeling or something lik that but idk were to start plz help

my friend melissa was in your shoes last year, basically what she did was find a photagrapher and a stylist and she made her own portfolio. when she had that she took it to this modeling agency that she had called from the phonebook.
so.
my advice would be to follow that route and call an agency to book a job. dress nicely and be flexible. if you know someone who likes to take pictures for fun, than offer to pay them whatever you think is necessary, rather than paying alot for a professional.

in my opinion, girls can wear heels at watever age they want to.
i was around 8 or 9 when i wore my first pair. just mnake sure the shoes are...appropriate for your age. you dont want to wear any crazy-long heels, because not only will you fall flat on your face, (expierience, honey [:)but you will look like a stripper.

bottom line: heels are a cute way to dress up any outfit. if you find that you cannot walk correctly in them at first, then just wear them around the house.

um air freshener can be found pretty much anywhere!

walmart:$3.00-5.00

they're cheap and have different scents. pick one and your car will smell like new!!!

Q: I'm 16 female and i really want to get my nose pierced.. the cute diamond stud nothing crazy or anything does anyone have any suggestions how to bribe my parents to let me.. or just like their own experiences anything would help thanks =)

two of my really good friends have their noses peirced and it looks really cute!
personally i think the diamond stud looks the cutest.

okay, how to convince the parents...it depends on your parents, but what i would do (considering that i am a responsible and respectful teenager...) i would say that it should be my decision. you have to be pretty responsible getting a nose ring b/c it could become infected and what not, so tell your parents that it will be your fault if your nose falls off and see what they say. also offer to pay for the peircing and the nose ring. throw in alot of smiles and pleading looks!

you could do alot of crazy wacky things that would make ppl want to come to your videos.
you could also try different types of makeup and hairstyles, or interview some of your friends.

Q: i have some dark hairs all over my stomach and lower back. not extremely noticeable, but wearing a bikini can make it somewhat easy to see..especially in the light. it really bothers me and makes me self conscience. what should i do to get rid of it/lighten it? any kits to buy? somethinggg?! i dont wanna spend a lot of money..im just not sure if shaving or waxing is the way to go since it will grow back faster and thicker. thanks a bunch!

there is a simple solution to this, one of my good friends has this problem. the best solution is nair hair removal. you can get it as a cream or a spray. it works really really well and lasts longer than shaving...

Q: Does anyone know any websites for designs or designers that show a "wacky" style ?

The thing is i am doing my higher in art and need ideas of clothing which has a very wacky and flamboyant kick to it. I live in Scotland, Glasgow so if anyone knows good designers from there that would be amazing. If not anywhere in the world would do.

Q: Okay, so Im fourteen/female, from southern Virginia if it helps.
But Ive been homebound for a few months due to Chronic Fatigue and I thought on my own that Itd be best to fail the ninth grade.

to be "scene" there are some mandatory looks you are gonna have to maintain: Thick eyeliner and elaborately coloured, back-teased hair.

how to get the hair: the olor can be black or beach blonde. random neon colored stripes are considered cool too.
make your hair big and puffy on the top, the poofiness depends on your hair layers.you could try inventing your own, but then it might not come out right.

the eyes: okay. this can get tricky, so you might wanna practice over the summer...you need black liquid eyeliner. black is a staple, so dont think you can get away w/ dark brown...
if liquid is too hard just use pencil, but liquid is definetly more drastic.

the clothes: first rule, honey if you aint gonna do the hair, then dont rock the clothes. people will make fun of you and you'll look like a poser!!!
okay now, make sure you wear skinny jeans! the can be different styles, ripped or whatever MAKE SURE THEY ARE SKINNY!!!
skirts are ok, but wear with leggings.
wear alot of band shirts. look for vintage shirts in places like a thrift store.

shoes: flat flats flats. you'll never go wrong with those!!!!!!!

jewelery: neclaces that have hello kitty, or skulls are cool,big over sized sunglasses are nice to...get them in black or white.
hair clips and ribbons for your hair...

extra advice: join myspace!!!

first you need to love your body. if you dont love yourself, than no one will.
secondly realize that your boyfriend obviously cares about you!!! you could try telling him that your uncomfortable, then he could help you love yourself.

Q: Well, I'm graduating from high school on June 10th. We will be wearing caps and gowns, but I'm not sure what to wear underneath and for shoes. I don't know how long the gowns are supposed to be (all the teachers are less than helpful) but I'm guessing pants or jeans won't be appropriate.

Also, do the caps fall off? Should I bring some bobby pins to pin it to my head?

Also, I don't even know what color the gowns are, (again, everyone is less than helpful), so what would be some good shoe color choices? And types of shoes.

the best thing to wear underneath, is something a bit low cut (halters would prolly not wise...) but nothing too drastic, it's your graduation. make sure it's a cute dress, though, bc you will be taking lots of pics and you want to look your best.

the best shoes to wear would be some nice black pumps. an open toed one would be even cuter, heels make anything cuter, and black is a staple.

well, if your looking for some really cheap, yet cute summer clothes, you should visit Dots (dots.com). they have the cutest shorts, tanks, dresses, and even shoes!!! it really isn't expensive at all.
another store that's cheap is Gabriel Brothers.
it's not as classy as Dots, you can find something great if you look hard.
