UPGRADEE [technically...down?]
Okay, so Im fourteen/female, from southern Virginia if it helps.
But Ive been homebound for a few months due to Chronic Fatigue and I thought on my own that Itd be best to fail the ninth grade.
Im not even exaggerating when I say that all my friends are or already have moved away, besides my best two..one goes to private school
But my next door neighbor will be going into ninth next year and hes a guy. So who knows maybe well hit it off because we dont hang out too much "]
okay to the point. I see it as an opportunity to remake myself I guess? Im not going to know absolutely ANY of the kids in my classes, but I might bump into a few from before.
Anywho, over the summer I wanna be scene. Im just soo fascinated by them. Theyre just soo stunning and have me jealous! They look soo confident and like they KNOW what theyre doing.
But how do I get that? Especially that hair...

to be "scene" there are some mandatory looks you are gonna have to maintain: Thick eyeliner and elaborately coloured, back-teased hair.
how to get the hair: the olor can be black or beach blonde. random neon colored stripes are considered cool too.
make your hair big and puffy on the top, the poofiness depends on your hair layers.you could try inventing your own, but then it might not come out right.
the eyes: okay. this can get tricky, so you might wanna practice over the summer...you need black liquid eyeliner. black is a staple, so dont think you can get away w/ dark brown...
if liquid is too hard just use pencil, but liquid is definetly more drastic.
the clothes: first rule, honey if you aint gonna do the hair, then dont rock the clothes. people will make fun of you and you'll look like a poser!!!
okay now, make sure you wear skinny jeans! the can be different styles, ripped or whatever MAKE SURE THEY ARE SKINNY!!!
skirts are ok, but wear with leggings.
wear alot of band shirts. look for vintage shirts in places like a thrift store.
shoes: flat flats flats. you'll never go wrong with those!!!!!!!
jewelery: neclaces that have hello kitty, or skulls are cool,big over sized sunglasses are nice to...get them in black or white.
hair clips and ribbons for your hair...
extra advice: join myspace!!!

lots of hairspray! hah.
pick out a hairstyle you like and get a picture of it to your hairstylist. also dye your hair/ part of your hair black/blonde or any bright color from hot topic would make your hair look more scene. then to do your hair, you need to straighten it, and use lots of hairspray to make it big, and blow dry it afterwards and wear a cute bow. and for clothes, you should wear skinny jeans and random tshirts/ or shirts with bands on them.. you can get both those at hot topic. also be creative with your style and be original. for shoes get some convers/ or some cute black high heels/ or high heels in bright colors. for makeup, you should wear liquid eyeliner on top and bottom. and try bright/ black eye shadow. also wear blush.
