- Girls can wear heels at any age, Their made for girls.
- It wouldn't look slutty, unless you we're out wearing like a really short leather skirt & some skimpy top.
- You can get really cute ones at the mall. =) or go to google & type "name brand heels for cheap"

in my opinion, girls can wear heels at watever age they want to.
i was around 8 or 9 when i wore my first pair. just mnake sure the shoes are...appropriate for your age. you dont want to wear any crazy-long heels, because not only will you fall flat on your face, (expierience, honey [:)but you will look like a stripper.
bottom line: heels are a cute way to dress up any outfit. if you find that you cannot walk correctly in them at first, then just wear them around the house.

girls can wear heals at any age.
as long as you dont get what i like to call "hooker heals" ( like 6 in. heals) which are a killer on your feet, then no you won't look slutty. start off with a "kitten heal" its only about 2in. but starting off to big of a heal will kill your feet.
