Just have fun but here are a few. . . dare someone to drink toilette water, freeze another girls bra, draw a unibrow with marker or eye,line/eyebrow pencil, dare some one to give another person a lap dance(in a goofy way teehee),dare someone to lick another person's foot or something . just get really creative and make sure to REALLY embarrass the other person!!! a way to get stronger arms is to lift weights. you can do this a bunch of different ways, depending on what part of the arm you want to work out. a good way to get your abs toned is to do things like sit ups or take an ab lab class at the YMCA. hope i could help!!

Hey Pat. I need some advice and you seem like you like helping people out so here i go:
I'm a sophomore and ever since last year, I have liked this guy in my high school and he has liked me back. However, this guy is a player. He goes out with many girls at the same time. He gets over all of them, yet he's never been able to get over me. He always asks me out and I always refuse him. Who would want to go out with a player and get hurt? He promises me that he'll change. Sadly, I caught him making out with another girl the day after. I was devastated. I sent him a letter that told him how I felt. In it I told him how stupid I felt for liking and caring so much about him for such a long time. I also told him I was sick of lies and false promises. I ended it by saying "don't write back or talk to me anymore...leave me alone, you've hurt me enough." I should feel better now that it's over, but I don't. The thought that he'll never talk to me again makes me sad. Even though he's broken my heart and played me from the very start, I can't help but keep liking him. Should I talk to him again? Should I keep trying to make "us" work out? Please let me know your honest answer. (link)

Well, its sounds like you are in kind of a sticky situation. Even though you really like this guy doesnt mean that he will be true to you and you have to go out with him. and most of the time when people say they will change, they are lying...i know it sounds harsh but it is true. but, i think that you can still talk to him, and be freinds. who knows, maybe by the time you get older he will grow up and you will see him as a different person. hope i could help.

befreo school, i got my hair cut , and everyone told me i looked different. i guess it depends on your personal style and face shape. i have a really round heart shaped face, so i got a razor cut with bangs, you could go for something really different by dying the tips of your hair red or black or something.i guess it depends on really what your style it. just do something fun and differnet. hope i could help!

I think that freckles are INSANELY cute, in a sexy way. but if you really dont like them, just try a little bit of foundation and blush( try mixing powder and liqued by putting on the liqued first.) this mignt not cover them up exactly but it will make them less noticable. hope i could help!!

I lost my voice about a month ago when I went to a singing camp. I had basically overused my voice. Usually I am asked to sing at weddings and such, so my voice is important to me as a way to earn money and express myself. However, after my voice came back after losing it, it has changed. It almost seems for airy, or not as strong. I feel like I forgot how to sing in a way. This has never happened before. I can still sing, but it wasn't as good as it was. Any suggestions on how to build my voice back up to its full potential? (link)

i also LOVE to sing. this happend to me once. i was sick for a while and had a horrible throut problem. you could be straining you voice somewhat, but thats off topic...anyway. it took A LONG time to get my voice back, im talking 2 or 3 months. but dont worry, it will probably come back. if you are really concerned then i would go to a docter. i hope i could help.

what a smashing good question. i also have the same insecerities. but , when ever i feel that way, i just remember, that evryone has something beautiful about them. and alos, beauty is not only on the out side, but inside as well. i know you have probably heard that millions of times but it is the truth and i cant say it enough. and also, almost every girl your age(and even some of the boys) feel the same way. so dont feel discouraged. and your not uncool. trust me. and just because every one else has a 5 "boyfreinds" doesnt mean you need one and it doesnt mean that it is right either. this is an akward age. and no matter what you say, you are beautiful and you have a great personality.

you can get your period between the ages of 9 and 20. but that isnt the olnly right answer. some girls star yournger, some start older. i have a alot of freinds and people my age and older that havent started. so just wait it out. it will happen sooner or later. if you are really worried, go see a docter, but im sure you are fine!!!

i think that is it perfectly natural to feel this way about your boyfreind hanging out with other girls. it is just human nature, so dont worry about that. I know this question has been answerd so many times but i would really like to help. just because you play sports does not mean that guys will not go out with you. and actually i think that it is GREAT that you are consdered one of the guys. i would love to be considered one of the guys. that way you are under their skin. and also, 8th grade; just becasue all the other girls have boy freinds doesnt mean that its right. your only in eight grade. and also, relationships are sometimes better when you start out as freinds!! i hope i could help!

This question is gonna be long so moderators, please don't delete this question. I need to explain myself a little bit before I can explain my question. I'm a 14 year old girl, I'm 5'6, and I weigh 113 pounds. For all my life, I thought I was ugly or below average looking. I have never had a boyfriend but now I think guys are gonna start liking me and then I might get a boyfriend. Well lately, I've been getting great comments like I'm hot or really pretty. Today, I went to the beach with my mom and my sister because we had "to bond more" lol yeah right. When I was walking to the car to go home, a few African Americans and white guys hit on me lol. They said "Damn girl you're fine and you gots a nice ass and legs". After what happened today, I'm feeling more confident about what I look like. I'm going into the 8th grade soon and I think I might get a few boyfriends during the school year. I am done growing in height wise and I think my beauty phase is coming in lol because now people think I'm hot and stuff. Ok for my question, do you think I might get my first boyfriend this year because of what has and is happening to me?
