So, I work as a receptionist for a car dealership. Last week my own aunt, who's also my boss fired me. We havent been selling that many cars latley so she was already annoyed...but she saw me online and she was like "What are you doing?". I told her I was just playing around and she got mad at me. She said I had work to do, but I didn't...I checked everything and there was nothing to do. When I tried to explain that there was nothing else to do, she said I "was talking back". So she told my mom that she doesn't want me working anymore...so I cried. I just got fired from my first job! I get $8 a hour (Minimum here is 6.75), it's great pay and I barley do anything so the job is great. So she's my aunt, what do I do? I'm SO mad at her. Should I let it go and act like nothing happened? Should I be mad at her the rest of my life or ask for the job back? She is my aunt so maybe she'll let it go...?

OK, so i basically wear my hair in a ponytail EVERYDAY. My hair is extremely thick and kinda wavy and it is soooooo fuzzzzzy, a ponytail seems like a managable way to control it. But i am sick of my beloved hair-do and i cant stand to wind another rubberband arounf my precious strands.
The thing is, my hair is O-so fuzzy (none of the serums, conditioners, shampoos or anything work for me) AN my hair is so thick that is kinda sticks out if i wear it down. I need help!!!! Can you give me advice, hairstyles, products or anything to help me excorsice my pony-do? (link)

I have a really huge problem.
Anytime I ever see a picture of myself, I feel so sick and I want to cry because I look so awful. I know I'm not beautiful but the way I look in pictures is so hideous compared to the way I look when I see myself in the mirror. And it's destroying me emotionally. My friend took a picture of me last night and brought it to school this morning and showed it to me and I had to run to the bathroom and cry because I was so upset. I already have so much trouble with self-esteem and this isn't helping. I don't know what to do. I've spoken to my mom but she's gotten so tired of hearing me talk bad about myself that she just ignores me.
I'm not sure what I'm asking for, here, but I'd like some advice on how to deal with this. I'm starting to consider platic surgery and this problem with my looks has become an obsession. What do I do? (link)

Everyone has flaws that they wish they could get rid of. But plastic surgery is not the answer. One's self is always the biggest critic. You have to take what you were given and make the best of it. If you want you can put a little make up on, exercise more, eat healthy, and there is a lot of more things that you can do to help you look and feel better. I think you should go visit your school's guidance counselor. Because that's what he/she is there for; to help you with your problems.

Okay well I have this guy friend and...Ok so he’s not just a friend were A LOT closer than that but the prob. is he’s moving away...really far and I know I’m going to be sad and all but also he’s older than I am…not sure if I want to say or not how much so this way people cant be all on my case about it but its not like a bad age diff just something some people wouldn’t like is all. But yea I guess my question is if we should try and keep our "friendship" or just tone it down and be friends…because do long dist things work really? So yea thanks for your help! =)

I think you should remain friends and nothing more. Friends with benefits isn't a good idea. Because one of you is bound to get emotionally attached or want something more from it.

You are getting all of that from just 2 days of him acting wierd. Just ask him what's been going on. Let him know you are there for him because something personal could have happened to him. Communication is the main ingredient to a good relationship.

Hi everyone, I'd like to hear your perspective(this question is especially for girls but guys are welcome to answer too). My problem is that I feel disgustingly and frighteningly ugly. My own reflection upsets me when I look in the mirror, and I find the idea of sex really scary. I've tried it a couple of times, but the guys I've been with have been really greedy and impatient and made me feel even uglier. They kept on going on about how pretty other girls were, and I think they just wanted me because I'm so insecure. Has anyone else been through this , and come out all right the other end(e.g. in a happy relationship, or just happier with themselves). Some days I don't even want to leave the house, I feel I look so bad.

I think everyone goes through a time in their life where they feel insecure about themselves. I know I have. I realized that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Just because some guys don't think you are beautiful doesn't means others won't.
In the end I became happy with myself and I also have a really loving boyfriend now. So that helps a lot. Even if I didn't have a boyfriend I would still have high self esteem because I have confidence in myself. I'm not saying that you should be conceited but I am saying that you have to know for yourself that you are beautiful. That way when a guy comes up to you and says that you are ugly you will know that isn't true.

If his birthday or something is coming up you can get him a gift bag full of hygiene products. But don't put all hygiene products in there because he may take offense. Put something simple like a hat in there also. If there is no holiday of any type coming up then just say its for being a good friend.

Whether a bra has straps or not doesn't determine if it will make your brest look bigger. Its the thickness and texture of the bra. So if you want one that makes your brest look bigger than buy a bra especially made for that.

If you don't want to have sex then don't put yourself in a position where it will be even more tempting then it already is. Don't let him finger you. If he is already messing around in your vagina then thats makes it more difficult to resist the temptation of going a little further. So don't make it more challenging then it already is. You have a goal of not having sex yet so stick to it.
