My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time
I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that
and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes
especially with parent child relationships
I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age
and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)
My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

I run an in-home daycare. I have 7 children (1 is my own). Yes, I know that I am crazy :) Being summertime, I am having a difficult time finding activities to fill the day. I have structure, but I would really like to replace some of that "tv time" with things we can do together. I have two different age groups, and they tend to split up...so that's good news. I can do things with the babies while the big kids are playing and vice versa. I have all boys, ages 2, 3 and 14 months. The bigger boys are 6, 8 and 8. I also have a baby girl who is 8 months...don't need ideas for her, but I thought I would throw her in the mix! I am looking for inexpensive ideas. The typical coloring and fingerpainting just isn't cutting it anymore! Any suggestions?? Thanks!
well i teach preschool and one of the best things i can recommend is we have themes.
well its not really themes but we have a book everyweek as our theme and we base most of our activities off of that.
Usually the book has a good meaning to it too examples- sharing, love etc
but within alot of books you can find many activities
like forinstance one week we did the book twiddle bugs (sesame street)
and we did "hide" the twiddle bug and put a music player and made them listen and try to find the bug (ages 3-5)
i would maybe check out your local library.. there alot of preschool book loaded with things to do (and trust me our preschool budget is prob lower than yours. we run it through our highschool and tutition is only like $60 a kid per year)
also maybe you can make "goop" with your older kids. its corn starch, water and some chemical that starts with a b (i think its borox something) and they can make their own putty. also their are different recipes with glue and what not to make similar things.
and what about grabbing a friend and a field trip to a pool? i would guess the big kids are old enough to handle themselves with light supervision and you and your friend could deal with the younger ones in a wading pool
also what about trips to the park, zoo etc.
i addition kids love the outdoors. get some sidewalk chalk and let them run free in the yard or a local park
even check if your local paper and maybe you can find one of those kiddie jungle gyms for like 20 bucks and go to the local dollar store and get some ball and water guns and stuff

I've been researching jobs that I would like to pursue, and secret shopping is one of them. While researching, I found an article of a woman who makes about $6 thousand a month by secret shopping and gets free groceries, food, and travel! Being a secret shopper full-time would be great if her story is realistic.
I am willing to put in the time for this job, no doubt. I live in Atlanta and haven't applied yet. Do you think that it is possible to make a living the way that that woman has? If so, how possible?

Maybe but im sure if it happened it didnt just happen over night. it takes years and years for that to happen.. her job its like the ceo of secret shoppers if that makes any sense to you. changes are for the first 30-40 years at the job you wont make much more than double min wage max and no have anything else paid for you.
Does anyone know of an effective way to keep your gauchos (and underwear for that matter) from riding up? I want to wear my gauchos to my drivers ed class tomorrow but i dont want to have a wedgie everytime i stand up..its VERY embarrassing. Does anyone know of anything that will keep my underwear and gauchos from riding? Sorry if this offends anyone! I greatly appreciate any answer!

i wear thongs and i have never had a problem with them. I see people that do get wedgies and usually that means they are too tight in the back. to prevent this if you dont want to get a bigger size try wearing boy style underwear or whatever it is because that should not ride up you at all
I want to get my cartilage pierced. How old do you have to be? And does it matter how old you are if you have your parents permission? And does it hurt more then just getting your first hole in your ear pierced? What does the pain feel like?
As long as yuo have parents permission it doesnt matter you age but otherwise you have to be 18
and its not really that painful. i would say for the first couple of months the only time that it hurt was when i layed on it when i slept but the acually peircing part doesnt hurt at all

I am a 14/f and I would really like to start babysitting. How can I find people with kids though who are in need of a babysitter?
what i didnt was made a flyer. it had alot of clipart along with a cute little babysitting poem my sister and i made up and my info on it (name, age, i but reasonable rates, relable, references etc) and i handed the flyers out to everyhouse within like a mile to me literally it was crazy and within a week i only got 1 phone call but it was well worth it and in the end i have had 3 families that reg. babysit for and it really worked out well
and i learned go to every house kids or not because 3 years after giving out those flyers (which was last june) i got a phone call from someone saying they got my flyer a few years ago and wanted to know if i still babysit
here are some quick pointers:
-don't list your last name or address on the flyers first name and number will do
-dont list your rate because you might end up getting more than you expected
- dont expect to get paid more than like $3 an hour per child at first
- dont get mad when people think you are too young, especially if its with their first child, they are as nervous as leaving their child and you will be being their at first
- make sure you have atleast 1 good reference
- don't overwhelm yourself with kids (dont say you can watch 3 kids under 5 even though you know you cant just to get a job)
- always have a reliable friend or relative incase the job is to big (like i take my younger sister when i got babysit my neighbors who have 3 kids under 4)
- dont be afraid to ask questions
if you need more advice just ask.. i love babysit and hope to own my own daycare one day!
i got my cartilage peirced on saturday and it was fun that day and sunday but monday it started swelling up and its been five days and its red and swollen is that normal? when i clean my piercing it doesnt hurt and when i rotate the stud it doesnt hurt at all but the redness and the swelligness makes me feel weird. can you tellme what i can do?
that all is normal and there isnt much you can do. even 2 monthes after getting mine done it would be like that every once and a while. Just keep cleaning it atleast twice a day and i wouldnt change it till all of this has gone a way and it has been atleast 5 weeks. i left mine in until i got to the 6 month point and all of the swelling and red was gone.
the swelling and redness could be caused my you rolling around in your sleep and the earing getting pulled on.. thats what i figured happened to me. just whatever you do dont take it out.. youll really regret it
my mother made me get these stupid acrylic nails!
besides the fact that they hurt, i can't take my contacts off. i've been crying hysterically for the past few minutes because i can't take them off. and my mother won't let me take off the acrylics. i'm so mad. is there any easier way to do this?
what i would do is isntead of pressing the contact and trying to squez it out with your two fingers like normal slide it down as far as it goes then blink it out. thats what i usually do because by moving it your are losening it from your eye then blinking will make it pop out
whats the difference between thongs and g-strings
thongs are g-strings.
g-string just refers to the style of the thong
i believe the g-string is the skinny thongs in the back
like some are real thin and others are thicker
well i know g-strings are the thinner ones in the back but im not sure if thats what makes them called a g-string of if it refers to another part of it
Ok, I have planter's warts on my feet and have tried to remove them, but nothing works. Does anybody know any solutions or ahs anybody HAD a planter's wart removed?
I'm wayy scared to go to a doctor, so please tell me the process of how it was removed, even though it's kinda gross.

i went to the doctor a they froze it off. it was a few years ago so i dont remeber it in detail but i remeber it being slightly painful. some people that get it on their feet are put on crutches just for a day so that i guess you don't damage the area but it nothing you need numbed for or anything
Okay, so my older half sister and brother have planned this trip to Florida, 5 days in Disney World!!! I was really excited...until I found out two things...
1. My sister and brother might be bringing their side of the fmaily that I've never even met. Which includes parents and kids. (I do NOT like kids) I'll just feel like a blacksheep.
2. PANIC! AT THE DISCO is playing the SAME DAY I'll be GONE!! (San Diego, August 1st)
My mom has allowed me to choose whether or not to go. Should I stay and experience an awesome Panic! concert or spend 5 days in Disney World with people I don't really know????

well i work at sears and we have nice padded swim suits for $14 a piece which is acually pretty good. also we have kids swim suits for as low as $8 a piece (yeah my sister who is about your top size, or bigger, got a really cute size 16 bathing suit there)
ok so my hair is really straight naturally and i tried putting mousse in it and scrunching it then putting it in a bun, but it just ended up falling back to straight. does anyone know any good hair products that you can use to make your hair wavy? thanks sooooo much!!!
i use mens gel and it does the trick for me. forwhatever reason their gel is stronger and easier to scrunch with
also try not to brush your hair after you shower.. i know it sounds weird but people with really curly hair can never truely brush their hair at all.. thats how they keep their curl
hello! i am totally obsessed with getting the new sidkeick 3. I read every blog about it everyday and every website. I don't know, it's the first electronic that I REALLY want. One problem: i only have 60 dollars. and asking my parents to buy it for me is out of the question!!! The only thing I can do is work at my dads store, and i make 50 dollars a week!! It will take me so long to save up for the sidekick 3, and it comes out july 10th! I just want to buy it as soon as i can!( but i definitely dont need to buy it on july 10th) SO: what are some fast ways to make money. DO NOT SAY GET A JOB SOMEWHERE CAUSE I'M TOO YOUNG. What i would do is either ask yuor dad for more hours or ask him if he can pay for it upfront and you pay him back by working it off because hes gonna have to buy it anyway because at T-mobile you have to be 18 to sign for your own cell phone (and i would know because im buying a new one there on friday)
Also you are better off waiting till late august which im guessing by that time (because the sidekick 2 is only $250) you will have more than enough money because after 1 month and the big frenzie about it is over the prices should drop

depends on your body and tolerance
if you were about my size and took 10 tylonol for the first time every today then changes are yes you may overdose bit if you are a 400 pound man who takes atleast 2 a day then chances are it wont effect him at all
We have a little Chihuahua, and when he goes outside to pee, he pees on his front leg. He does lift his hind leg, and that's when he pees on his front one. If he were to sqat instead, he wouldn't pee on it, but he's a boy dog, so he lifts his leg.
Is there any kind of harness that we can get to keep him from being able to hike his leg when he pees? We go through baby-wipes like mad at this rate. :-(
maybe you could get him snow boots?
i knwo it sounds silly but we had plastic ones for my dog and they would be much easier to clean
also if he isnt fixed maybe that could help him out because fixing dogs fixes weird habbits.
other than that the only way to fix that is to train him to squat (and yes it is possible) just teach him to squat like you would teach him to sit then eventually you can teach him to pee on command
i know how to do it but its kind of hard to explain. if you want web sites lemme no or you could try to talk to a dog trainer?
ok, i know you can use tampons and go in a pool, but im not so sure if i should do that because my 'flow' or whatever has really slowed down. usually after a few hours, only like 1/4 of it has been used. i heard that you should never leave a tampon in when you're not on your period. but like i am, but just barely. is this still safe??????
