okay i have a problem.... i cut myself... and i dont know how to stop.. its just that i get all jittery and the room spins but as soon as i cut myself i feel normal again and i get a major high off of it.... i want to stop because i know that someone is going to find out and than my life wil be over... so i guess my question is how do i stop without my friends or family ever finding out??? Just wenever u get stressed out find an alternative way to calm ur self down like running or listening to some music or just getting excersize in general. Getting excersize is a really godo way to get ur stress and agervation out. If you find ur self wanting to cut again, try and stop ur self and think of an alternative way to calm ur self down. i Relaly hope this helps, and if uneed n e hting else plz lemme kmnow

i have this best friend n i think that she si mad at me or we are growing apart. Aw here's wati think you should do. You could talk to her to make sure she isnt mad at u for some reason that u dont know about, if not u mite just be growing apart. You still could keep the friendship going though, ask her to hang out just u two alone and you guys can bond and strenghten your friendship. She mite just be having some personal issues and thats why she won't talk much but def. ask her if anything is wrong and if not then make plans and things will probably get back to normal soon. I've had this happen in a few relationships with my friends, and everythign went bak to normal soon. Hope everything turns out for the best, im sure it will :)

A big problem. Ok... I'm in student government at my school. Were freshmans and are shut down for our ideas... even our teacher doesn't support us. Well, we have connections with stores and radio stations- and we want to organize a fashion show. I mean it's a huge responsiblity and were worried guys and girls won't come, and where thinking of dinners and so on. Please, give me some ideas on how to work this thing.. how to organize, promote, ANYTHING! Thanks- I rate higghhh (link)

sounds like a great idea! wat you need to do it write a list of things u need to do, so ur organized. T ell ur teacher ur idea and why you tink it wuld be a good idea and how ur gunna go about doing it. Make signs and annoucnments in ur school and spred the word! since you have connections with stores maybe you can ask them if you can hold ur fashion show there or use somem of their clothes from their to promote their fashoon.Maybe you can get the radio station to come and play music for the fashion show too. one of my best guy friends, lets just say named steve, just told me today that he tried cutting his wrist tha other night..i saw the cut, it was TINY but still it was a cut..i dunno if he is trying to get attention or if he is serious..because the cut looked like it was from a longggg time ago and he said he just recently had done it..i dunno what to say to him because no matter what, real or not, i have to support him, etc...he is like the happiest pesron i know,but i guess i dont know anymore...help (link)

By being his friend and being there for him are ways you can help him. He might be doing it for attention or he might have some emotional issues he needs to work out. Try talking to him about it but if he doesn't open up it would be a good idea for him to see some sort of counsler or therapist to talk about wat angers him cuz usually cutting is a effect of someone who is depressed or has built up anger. It could also be a combination of both. Best of luck with ur friend and i hope things get better soon with him :)

me and my boyfriend...well ex-boyfriend...broke up sunday. he broke up with me, i didn't break up with him. well the first two days after that were really awkward because we were always real good friends. well now he's starting to flirt again and do the same stuff he did right before i found out that he liked me. do you think it's him still having at least a little bit of feelings for me...or flirting to like make me feel bad or something... He might be regeretting his descicion of breaking up with you, and still has feelings for you. or he might have broken up for other reaosons but still likes u. He also could just be trying to have fun and since u guys r such good friends he doesn't see n e thing in it. Those are the possible reasons i see but if uw ant in a few days or a week or so u can ask him how he feels if u still like him. Hope this helped

hey well i went tanning last week and on the 3rd day afterwards i would have an itchy like heat rash on my stomache and on the 5th day it was really bad. It was exactly like and alergic reaction. i had to take benadryl to stop the itching. Ive been tanning b4 this during the summer and this never happened to me. I did use a different lotion during the summer tho. Why am i getting this reaction? and its not because they dont clean the beds because i see them clean it and i lay on my back the whole time. What is this from??

I think it kinda of gives u a good idea of wat the majority of ppl think of ur advie and it could help u improve it if most of htem dont like ur advaice but on the other hand i agree with wat u say about giving advice and thknking that wat u sed is good.

go to my aim and then manage linked sns and it will taek u from there how u do it. Type in the sn u wanted linked amnd the password and then follow all the steps afte that. when that is all done sign off the sn ur on now, and then sign back on and it will be linked

Well first of all, i thikn you should disregard wat ur friens say .They're not being very helpful by critizing the guy you like. I would advice not confronting up up front if he likes you. Maybe you can do it sublty, like ask who he likes or for him to give hints to you as to who he might like. That wway if it doesn't seem to be you there is no tru regection adn he probably won't know thhat you liked him. Good luck wit the guy! :)

this kid is crazy it seems..you need to let an adlut know abot him so u can get him to stop if u can't handle him urslef cuz he seems like he has some serous probs. Go to him first and say calmy that your sorry but u have feelings for his friend and not for him rite now and that he shouldn't be pressuring you for sex. If this does't work tell an adult. I just found out from my friends that I am going to Homecoming with them, which is next saturday! my family's budgit is very low and we can't afford to buy a brand new dress. very pretty dress! To make it look a little differnt maybe you can use fabric glue and attach sequiens or rhine stones along the bottom rim of it and sleeves. Or maybe you can sew on fake flowers on the sleeves like one or two, or just one big one rite under the neck. You can get the flowers and rhinestones n stuff if u wanted to do that at any craftstore. oh btw maybe you can get a cute bow and sew it on right under the neck also. Hope that helps :)
