It's rare but entirely possible to still get your period while pregnant. I wouldn't worry unless you showe other symptoms as well.

so summer is coming up and like normal girls we have that.. "hair down there" and i was wondering if its okay to like shave it i mean like i know it will show soon but i dont want to have to go get it waxed and i dont want to buy like "self-application hair removal" products. so what are some things i can do to make that hair stay away longer or not be as noticable. preferably without a cost.

Shave using a non disposable razor and follow it up with lotion to avoid bumps. Do this everyday and you won't have a problem- it's much less expensive then waxing and safer (in my opinion) then hair removal creams.

I'm not sure that you can change your email address, but I wouldn't worry if you can't because you need a password to log on. You can always start a new profile and delete your old one if you are concerned, or email HELP on myspace to ask your question.

okay i got my tounge pierced about a week ago an i kno its going through the process of healing because its starting to itch lol but anyways the woman that pierced it pierced it crooked and it takes up a little more ring than it should and i was wondering if they made tounge rings only one size or would i have to special order a tounge ring thats a tad bit longer to fit my tounge?? please help me i dont want to be stuck with this piercing one forever

When first pierced, they should have given you the longer one. If the swelling is so severe that it is being constricted by the barbell then you should certainly take it out and see a doctor. Otherwise, the swelling shouldn't last more then a week. After the healing is complete and you can replace the ring, you'll find all sorts of shapes and sizes- long and small.

It won't be noticeable if you don't. If it's a lotion containing sunscreen then I would certainly apply to all exposed skin to protect it, but without sunscreen it doesn't have much of an effect on the coloring of that area at all.

hey! everyone has always told me that i am "an old-time classic beauty" "the kind every artist in the 1800's wanted to paint, the talk of the town!" and that i don't fit in to this era. i have the darkest hair with ringlets, full red lips, the longest eye lashes, and thick eyebrows. I guess its a compliment but i don't like the way i look. i want to be beautiful NOW and be considered hot NOW. I look at girls like Jessica Simpson and stuff and it makes me feel so bad about myself. how can i raise my self-image, look more modern, stop looking like a "young elizabeth taylor" or "an 1800's beauty?"

Girl, you got it all wrong! You don't want to look like a clone of all the skinny blonds out there. There are enough Barbie dolls in this world, I would wayyy prefer to look like a classic beauty, dark and maybe a little ethnic. Don't mold yourself to look like everybody else because that's the popular look in your town. Seriously, embrace yourself! Think of it this way, if you look like everyone else, why would anyone notice you?

My friend, who I used to be best friends with, used to go out with this guy that I like now. They had gone out for 7 months. I talked to him, and told him that I like him, and he said he likes me as well. I went to my friend and asked her what she would do if me and her ex went out, and she said that she probably wouldn't be able to be friends with me anymore. Her ex is still friends with her, and doesn't want to hurt her feelings. I kind of feel the same way, but I'm leaning more towards not being her friend anymore anyway because we barely ever get along anymore. Okay, so I dye my hair a lot. Well, I havn't cut it all year, and its still the same length and I think its gotten shorter. I straighten it with a wet/dry straightner when its wet and I wash it once or twice a week. How do I get my hair to grow faster? B/C apparently all the crap I put it through is why its so short.

There really isn't any way to make your hair grow faster, but I worry because you said that you haven't cut it all year, yet you style it and use lots of products. Because of all that, your hair probably has significant damage and could benefit from a trim to even it up and get rid of the dead ends. You are suppossed to get a trim every 4-8 weeks, depending on your style. Maybe that's all you need to give your hair some shape.

Ok, so I'm 15 and my boyfriend and I have together for a good solid 7 months. We're sexually active, but trust me when I say that our relationship is about more than just sex. We respect eachother and this is the first relationship I've had that really means something to me. I'm not positive if I'm 'in love' but it sure comes close.
So, we've had sex maybe 8 or 10 times since we lost our virginity to each other a couple months ago. At first, I was totally "I'm ALWAYS going to use protection!" but we've gone a few times without (but we've made SURE to pull out). I know that that there are still SO many risks but I thought we were being careful. Well the more I've been thinking about it (and it's been increasing lately) the more I think I might be pregnant! The thought alone totally freaks me out!! I'm adopted and my birthmother had her first child at age 13 and me at 15 and I've always promised to myself not to follow in her footsteps. I've been researching everything online and I havn't had any of the 'earliest signs of pregnancy' EXCEPT for my missed period which was supposed to come yesterday but I've had missed/late periods before. Apart from that I havn't been bloated or tender anywhere and I don't know if it's just paranoia, but my stomache's been looking a little "poochy" lately. The last time we had unprotected sex was maybe 2-3 weeks ago but again, he pulled out wayy before he came.
I'M FREAKING OUT, PLEASE HELP!!

Take a test. It's too early to be freaking out like this, but it's late enough to take a test. Always use protection, pulling out doesn't do squat.

well, theres this kid i know and a lot of people make fun of him, but im not friends with him and i dont stick up for him (buti def. dont include myself in the making-fun) but yeah so this kid tries to laugh with the kids so that he dosent seem weak or soemthing so he just goes along with their making-fun and idk ..you can definately tell that he isnt happy about it..i can see it in his eyes.. he has lots of cuts on his arm..and i think he cuts, and even though i dont like the kid myself, i dont know what to do because i definately feel bad for him so im not sure what to do...any advice will help thanks =] (link)

This is quite simple, when you see people making fun of him then say something, take a stand! If you don't, you really aren't any different from the other kids because you are letting it happen. Are you afraid they'll turn on you next? I think it's terrible that anyone could stand around watching someone get victimized by others and not do anything to stop it, almost as terrible the actions of those making fun of him. I don't mean to make you out to be the bad guy, but you need to do all that you can. Befriend this kid, be someone he can count on and talk too.

I don't know why every girl seems to think that all men are controling ass holes. I know that most women have had bad experiences, but that's not excuse to totally rat on guys just because you've been hurt once or twice, because in the end that just gives you a worse imagen, and more of a reason for guy's to think that they actually do have more power then you. I'm a guy, but to be honest I'm not a normal one. I'ma girly man to be honest. But I do hate how all my girl friends complain to me about how guys are asses. If a friend of yours starts up with this, just tell her that it seriously offends you and you wish she wouldn't make such generalizations out of respect for you. Of course they don't mean it, the are venting about their own negative experiences. You need to tell them how this makes you feel. While you're at it, tell them to exercise a little intelligence in choosing their next date and maybe they won't have to vent about this quite so much.

Don't worry honey, If you start to feel ill then see a doctor and tell them this suspicion. It is possible but statistically not likely that you have contracted the disease.

Yes, it is bad. Make sure you tell the doctor administering the anesthesia that you have recently smoked marijuanna. They aren't there to judge you, but they can take precautions if need be.
