Why not have a copy of your "About me" somewhere in your computer, so if it does happen again..you dont have to type it all again.

Q: I need help with a diet that is quick, easy, and exercise that I can do every day. I go to school, come home, go to work till 6:30 come home and do homework. Also I have a 8 month old son. The low-carb diet? The Low Carb diet requires no exercise -- but it would help with your weight loss. I looked at am-i-fat.com (It's a great source for diet tips and it tells you ideal body weights)
And it says your ideal body weight would be 109-122 lbs.
So hopefully that helped, good luck with your diet!

No he wont die. Chocolate is bad for dogs, but one little reeses cup won't hurt him =) One time my dog ate, literally two big hershey bars and I was freaking out, but he was fine. Just make sure it doesnt happen alot..but if it does happen again...I'm sure it will be fine.

You stay in 15-20 minuts, if you burn easily I recommend 15 minutes! You go in naked if you dont want any tanning lines -- dont worry they clean the beds! But you could wear a bathing suit or just go in your bra/underwear. Yes its okay to go bowling afterward but make sure right when you come home, to take a shower. The tan doesn't show the first day or two so dont worry but if it doesnt show later, I recommend going tanning again for another 15 minutes. Have fun ! =D

Q: Okay. I've had my period on a regular cycle for a little over a year and a half. This week, it came a little earlier than usual, but sometimes its a few days off. Anyway, it started three days ago, and until this morning it had been really light. For half of today it had been regular, then started being light again around 12:00. I don't think anything's wrong, but this hasn't ever happend before and i just wanted to check. Will it be longer since it's lighter or will it be the same length?

It will most likley be the same length but you never know with periods. Lightness or heavyness usually doesnt affect how long your period is. So dont worry too much. Hope I helped =)

Objects in your quarintine list are okay to delete but they dont harm your computer either. Like the person below me said..It's just a waste of space on your computer. I like to keep mine though just because I like to know how many viruses I keep getting on my computer because of myspace =D. Hope I helped =)

Well unless your 200 lbs because of it, I dont think its an eating disordr. Usually, people have to wait 20 minutes after their meal to let the body decide whether its hungry or not. So next time you have breakfeast, lunch, or dinner...after your meal -- wait 20 minutes before you decide to eat more or not. I have the same problem as you...I'm constantly eating to the point where I cant have anything the rest of the day. All you need is self control! Get yourself busy with other things after you eat so you forget about food or just drink water. Hope I helped.

Do you straighten your hair?
Usually you get split ends when you straighten your hair.
Dont compleltly stop straightening your hair, but instead of doing it so much...try different hair styles like scrunching hair, to give your hair a break from the heat once in a while. Also, split ends will less likley show up if you dont do it as much.
