Ok, so a couple of days ago, my mom and i went walking at a local track. I jogged one lap, walked two, and jogged another. I went 4 times around it. My legs have been hurting since then. (It was 3 days ago, to be exact.) Is this natural? I mean, I know i'm out of shape, but should my calves feel like they are really cramped up??
Yup. Its just because your legs arent used to exerise like that, so there going to hurt. I hadnt ran in a long time and i started running and the day after my legs KILLED and hurt for several days after. Its really normal. Your muscles just arent used to it.
I was crying a lot last night so when I woke up my eyes are amazingly puffy, they're like halfway closed and it feels awful and it looks creepy. It looks like they're sideways.

There probably swollen , so you can either put ices on them and make them swelling go down or a warm cloth. That should do it. If that doesnt work than see a doctor. Dont worry they should go down

what should i think? the thing is, his ex lives across the country from us, but i'm still worried. and the other girl lives in our city. what should i think or do about this?
I think you should just confront him about it. The first message seems kind of sketchy like its out of the blue and the second one could just be some crazy ex who makes up things. But you never know until you confront him about it. You've been going out for a year right? Than you'll know when hes lying to you and when hes being honest. The best thing to do is just tell him. He cant be mad at you because he said you could check his myspace.
I recently got pregnant from having sex with some guy I met at a bar one night. I know. It was wrong of me, and I feel terrible. I am debating whether or not I should get an abortion. I know that this guy won't ever even consider being a father, and I don't know if I can handle a baby on my own. I've heard so many stories of single mothers going crazy. I don't know what to do! I'm so torn up inside!

I really think you should NOT get an abortion. An abortion is basically like murder. Not matter how it happened. Im sorry that you've been put in this postion but please dont do it. IT can also harm your body in the long run. If you dont think you can handle a baby right now , than adoption is the best answer. There are so many parents out there that are cant have children and are looking to adopt.Please dont have an abortion. its so wrong in so many ways.
during the summertime im always just sitting at home or laying out in the sun. i only usually shower once a week during the summer. is this bad? i dont do this during the school year obviously but i just dont see the point of showering a lot if im not even going anywhere
Yeah but even if you're not going anywhere doesnt mean you shouldnt take care of your personel hygenie. I mean doesnt your hair get wicked greasy and everything? I dont know what happens when you dont shower everyday but when i dont . its a huge mess. I would assume that everyone else is basically the same way. I think showering at least every other day is neccerasy.
Just like an hour ago, I masturbated by using the bath faucet to let the water fall onto my clit. Yeah i think its pretty much normal , because when you cough its like moving your body and moving your muscles down there for the water to come out. its just getting it out.

During a physical, when they give you a blood test, where do they normally give it? If it's near the wrist....do they poke the needle into the veins..and if they do poke the needle into the veins wouldn't the veins burst?? And wouldn't it hurt?

So this is what my mom said
When they take a blood test they usually do it on the inside of your elbow (is that what you mean by wrist?). What they do to take your blood is tie a rubber band around your upper arm to cut off circulation and find good viens. Your veins dont pop because they just don't. Im not like making that up or anything, my mom just said they just dont. The needle is like inserted into your vain to take blood out. The only other way to take blood is to get your finger pricked, but its bettter to get your arm,because when you get your finger pricked, its just little samples of blood. So depending on how much blood they need , is what they'll do. and it hurts less.
All nurses say blood tests dont hurt.and to be honest, they really dont. As long as you have a good nurse that doesnt just shove the needle in there. My mom always does mine because everyone say shes really good. It doesnt hurt at all ,just when the needle goes in , and its like noting at all. And im a huge baby with pain.

Yes and blood tests do hurt less than vacines, because where they take blood is a common spot , but where they do vacins on the shoulder is senstive adn there inserting medicine . you know ? and if the vaccines barely hurt for you, it means you can tolerate pain, so taking blood is like nothing, for you!

For my birthday my friends and I dressed up and went into boston for dinner! Im 15 too. My older sister took us. it was really fun. Personelly i went swimming (in a pool) with a pad on and i was fine. I wore a pad on my bathing suit bottoms and than shorts ( cause i dont like my upper legs much anyways ) . You dont bleed in the water anyways so you should be fine. Notice how in the shower you dont like bleed like you usually would ? I know your not a tampon person but its soo much easier! I cant use them , because im not heavy enough to get one up there (sorry to be gross) but really there great (so ive heard ). good luck!

i had that problem last year too! what i did was i went tanning because tanning dries them up. You could also try like a acne wash for your back , it should work. Some people recommended some good goods, like neutrongena and all that are really good. just wash in the shower. good luck!

It works but it is soo unbelieveably bad for your hairr! i suggest you dont do it! It damages your hair so much and when your hair starts to grow uut, the top of your hair is like all frizzy and bumpy and it looks so gross! I had a friend who got her hair chemically straightned and now her hair is really gross! i dont think there are really any pros expect its easier than straightening but than it just goes gross!
