I found a website that has condom ratings, and the "Durex Extra Sensitive" condom has the highest rating for both reliability and strength. And they're "extra sensitive", so most likely your boyfriend will be very satisfied. :)

Any type of birth control will prevent you from getting pregnant. There are a few different types. The most common is the pill, which is taken usually everyday. There's an IUD, which stands for intrauterine device, and its a small, flexible object that is placed in your uterus to prevent pregnancy. Once its put into your uterus, they can last for up to 12 years. There are also vaginal rings. All three methods are equally as effective. As far as the best type of condom, there are MANY different types. There are ribbed ones, ultra-thin ones, and even flavored ones. The ultra thin ones, such as the trojan ecstacy condom, have a higher risk of breaking, but also leave you and your boyfriend more "satisfied". Good luck and be safe! :)

my boyfriend said that he wants a tamagotchi for christmas, and he said that he wants one that looks like the one he had as a little kid. he said it was red and had dinosaur paw prints on it. i've looked everywhere i can think of for one that looks like this..one that's new or at least one that works good..does anyone know somewhere else i can look? or something i can do to get one for a reasonable price? I would say no, it isn't wrong. It was three years ago. That's plenty of time for the two of you to move on. If you really like him, do what's best for you. If you and you're ex are truly over eachother, then there should be no problems at all. I hope everything works out for you! Best of luck :)

After being married for so long, and growing older with someone, sex lives of married couples can get kind of dull. This is probably because the two of you use all of the same moves that you've been using since 10 years ago. Try switching things up a little, try something you haven't tried before. If you have something you would like the two of you to do, suggest it to her. You can't solve the problem if you don't talk about it. Take her out to dinner, buy her some lingere or something. I have two ideas for you. One, you could talk to your mom and tell her that you want to get on birth control JUST to reduce your period. or two, if you have an older friend or sister, someone you can trust, have them bring you to planned parenthood or somewhere you can get birth control. They'll keep it confedential and your parents will never know. Good luck! :)

First of all, that's extremely cute of him :). I wouldn't suggest writing a song for him, unless you're really good at that kind of stuff. For one month, you could do something like make him a CD of all the songs that remind you of him, or something like that. Good luck! :)

How old do you think would be the youngest to have sex. Also, what if yu want to have sex, but your parents disagree strongly? How old you "should" be is totally up to you. If you're positive that you're emotionally ready like you said you are, and you know that you really love the person you plan to have sex with, then how old you are shouldn't be important. Personally, i think that if you're under 14/15, you're probably too young. and if you're parents disagree, thats totally understandable. They're your parents, they aren't going to be happy about it, but you don't have to tell them about it either (until you're ready to). As far as your doctor prescribing you birth control - if you tell them not to say anything to your parents, they can't. Its part of their "doctor confidentiality code". Being safe is the most important thing. I suggest you get on birth control, and most definitely use a condom also. Birth control is effective in preventing pregnancy, but there are always the STD's that you have to watch out for. A condom is the only way to prevent getting an STD. Best of luck!

If you want to keep a good relationship with your mom, and you want to keep her trust, i suggest talking to her about it. She'll respect you for being honest and mature about it and telling her, rather than keeping it a secret from her. Just tell her what you did, that you're sorry and convince her it wont happen again because it was a mistake (or something like that). Good luck!

Condoms are definitely a necesity, but i HIGHLY suggest getting on birth control for at least two months before you have sex. its important to always always use a condom, but there is always the risk of it breaking, which is where birth control becomes important. As far as him thinking it wont feel as good, thats bearly true. Get a condom like "trojan ectasy", and the two of you won't even know its there. Getting birth control with out your parents knowing is simple. you just need to get to a clinic or even ask your doctor in private, and they can get you a perscription without your parents knowing. I do suggest talking to them about it first. they dont have to know your having sex, but just tell them you want to regulate your period or something. hope i helped!

I'm 17, and ive had the same situation since i was about 13 or 14 also (about the time i started my period). I was really concerned, so my mom brought me to the gynocologist, and she told me that it was completely normal. She said it was just your vagina's natural way of "cleaning itself". I know that seems weird, because it is pretty gross, but if its the same thing as me, it's nothing to worry about and it probably wont stop anytime soon (which sucks because it is NOT pretty). Its just another "super fun" part of being a girl. hope i helped!

Because you're 18, it's most likely growing pains. Or maybe your nearing your period (my boobs tend to hurt while im PMSing). I feel your pain, but i guess it's something we all have to deal with, because unfortunately being a girl can suck :)

for nearly 2years i had been gettin depressed cause of people treating my like shit then i eventually got over it and just managed not to care anymore about anyone apart from my two horses as i just hate people who stab you in the back i am 16 so if i die my horses would have people to look after them no matter what so i can not find any real reason to keep going on like this the depression just keeps coming back i have people i talk to who call me a "friend" but i just find that only ones i care about are my 2 horses i have tryed a couple of times to wrap a cord round my neck but just couldn't bring myself to do it i just feel hate all around me cause people who call me their "freind" will also treat me like shit at the first chance they get and i just want to find a quick and easy way to kill myself can someone plz help me and tell me how? I promise you, it is NOT worth it. You're only 16. You have your whole life ahead of you to make things better. If you end it now, there is SO much you'll miss out on. The reason you couldn't bring yourself to carry out killing yourself, is because you know it isn't worth it. Think twice before you try anything again. Maybe you don't think so, but there are people that love you, and by ending things, you're hurting them as well as yourself. I know you probably don't want to hear all of this, but lie i said, please think twice about this because it is not worth it.

You can block people from seeing your facebook profile and posts all together. You go to the person's profile, scroll down to the bottom, and on the left side in blue is a link that says "report/block this person". Click that. After you click on it, a window will pop up and there will be a little box next to something that says "Block this person". Check that box, and check the box on the bottom that says "I have reviewed the Statement of rights....". Click submit, and whoever you choose to block will not be able to see any of your posts, view your profile, or even see that your profile exists. You also won't be able to see their profile either. Realistically, if you have only been dating for two weeks, and you've heard him mention it twice already, things are probably not going to work out. He probably still has real feelings for his ex, and he probably isn't ready for a new girlfriend right now. Obviously you like him, and its going to be hard either way, but the part of you that despises might be on to something, and you should listen to it.
