f/16: there are 2 guys that i like the good boy and the bad boy. please tell me which u think is better and why.
the good boy: likes to have fun, former bmx biker, likes to chill, friends kinda boring unless you like to just sit there an talk; in band, up to do pranks, doesnt do drugs,and likes kids but doesnt have any.
the bad boy: loves to have fun, skater, drummer, never a dull moment, always up to pranks, does drugs, likes kids but doesnt have any, always ends up in trouble (not major trouble).

thats beautiful. i just want u to know that u should never change for a person unless its posatively and u know that ur doin wrong. if u changed for some one in a differnt way, that means that they are not ment for u. try to focus on the 'big picture' once in a while.

ok ive never used a tampon before i dont know how :S can someone just please tell me where to put it in?? (ive looked at the instructions yes but im still a little confused) how long to wear it for??? is it dangerous?? please help (link)

gurl, these people are crazy. listen to 'lockdown' she gave great instructions. some good tips when using a tampon are: use both a tampon and a lite pad. try "Always thin ultra 'regular' with flexi-wings" or "Kotex 'lite days'". use the tampon for 2-4 hrs when u got a heavy flo and 4-6 to 8 hrs when lite. just like pads, tampons come in dif sizes and are used the same way (according to the flo). hope this helped

hey homegurl. its shelly. ok first things first. a girl gets her period once a month and usually lasts about 5 days. if you dont know when you are going to start then i suggest you keep a little make-up bag (the ones u get from cliniqe perfume work great) and store pads and an extra pair of underwear in them and keep them in your locker, purse, or backpack. eyeglasses cases work good too. once you start, to know about what time next month your aunt flo (your period) will arive, you count from the second day you start as one and count the days to # 28. that should be about when you should expect it. it might be a little early or late because your young, but things will get easier as u get older. always, always, ALWAYS overstock yourself and be prepared. having an unexpected leak and not having enough 'stuff' is always enbarassing. if u get in this situation, ask your girlfriends for some and if they dont have any, go to the nurse. usually they have some; if not, then you can call mom. i wouldnt recomend using tampons until you are a little older and experienced b/c those can be tricky. the pads that i use and would recomend are ALWAYS brand. i tried the cheapies once and those were not good. they were all crinkly and loud. ne ways, good luck and dont be afraid to ask mom, or older sis, or anyone questions.

hey its shelly. try asking her whats up. if she really is your best friend, the she'll tell you. if she doesnt want to be your friend anymore, things will eventually get better, even if it doesnt seem so at the time. then find some new friends. (guys can be great friends) it may be scary, but dont ever limit the number of friends you have. try to stay openminded and good luck. hope everything works out.

My boyfriend and i have been together i miswell say a year and 5 months and we are some what getting tired of each other and we fight and argue and at some points its so hard to hang on to the relationship. he was my first love but after so long everything gets so old and you want new things, new people - we are in high school we shouldnt settle down.. ya know? so whats ur advice... itd b very hard getting used to ont having *him* call constantly and stuff.. it'd be a dramatic change =( =) (link)

hey its shelly. i used to have a relationship just like that. the only way it worked was to get out. maybe u guys should take a weeklong break and see how u feel at the end of the week. if the feeling of wanting out is mutual or even if only one wants it, then break up. i know this is hard, but think of the longrun. do you really want someone to be there all the time in college for u to worry about? someone always connected at the hip when u want to go out and party? what you really need to do is to ask yourself: am i happier with him or am i happier with out? what helps when asking this question is to ask for God's guidance and pray for wisdom. hope this helps and good luck

hey its shelly. i know exactly how you feel. i went out with this one guy for a year and 3mo. i mean this guy was my everything. ne ways we broke up and i havent gotten over him completely yet. (we broke up in Feb.) what i did was i sore to my self i wouldnt cry over him for Lent. that really helped. i also tried to study more in school and focus on sports (im active). but what REALLY helped were some words of wisdom: 1. maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people b4 we meet the rite one so that when we meet them we will know how to apreciate them. 2. never frown. you never know who is falling in love with your smile. 3. dont ever try to change something that wont. i want to read to you a paragragh fm janet l. folger's book "whats a girl to do while waiting for mr right" : 'God says that all the days ordained for me were written in His book before one of them came to be (Psalm I39:16). He has a plan-a mission for every one of us. He had it all spelled out before He ever formed you in your mother's woumb. Did you hear that? You! You have a destiny. Well, there is this boy that i like, and i used to think that he liked me, he used to tease me and blow in my ear, but from far away, like 5 inches... lol. well, n e way, ever since our teacher moved our seats, he doesn't really seem to notice me alot. I mean, he touches me and likes to play with me every now and then, but it looks like he hates me. Well, he talks to the other girls and my friends sometimes, but he never notices me. I kinda smacked him on the head today and he hit me back! i smacked him silly! so, it's like he doesn't rtespect me or something, does he like me or not? he lkes to look at me when im not looking and smile sometimes when he passes by. hey its shelly. on thing that my friend told me that her bf did for v-day for her was a candle light dinner, just the two of them with lunchables. then they watched a really good movie. it was really sweet. (also treating her like the queen of the world helps.)

ive been goin out /w this guy 2 weeks exactly. were kissed b 4, and weve held hands god nows how many times, and we went 2 the movies yesterday and he had his hand around me and i have my head on his shoulder. that basically shows you how close we are. i just got out of school for 3 months. i gave him my phone # in his yearbook. i still feel strange about calling him though. and i dont now why. do i call him or wait for him to call me?
