for the next two weeks i am goin on a diet which basically will have me running on as much fruits, vegetables, fish and water as i want. along with that i will do a 2hour a day excersize routine and i was wondering about how much weight i will loose in two weeks if i stick to the diet. (link)

you will probably drop some pounds but im not sure how much.
some other diet tips are to never skip breakfast and drink ice cold water cause it increases your metabalism.

ok so once i tried to put in a tampon. I was really scared because it was my first time and it freaked me out. So i read the directions and everything and tried to put it in. But when i tried to i felt skin and it felt like there was no way to get in all the way like there was no hole. So i put a mirror down there and i could see an opening but not a hole. Is that how it is suppose to be? Is this something serious or am i just freakng out? (link)

you are just freaking out. putting in tampons are hard work even when its your tenth time! go on google and look at some pics of the vagina and it will help you to see when to insert it.

i dont think it will delay your periods. it will not get you pregnant. but just to be on the safe side, make sure his hands are clean before he does it, incase im wrong!

Okay, I've never really engaged in sex until my senior year started in August. Since then, I've just been sleeping around. I would say that I've slept with at least 15-16 guys since August. Why all of the sudden am I so promiscuous? (link)

it could be a number of things.
but they are most likely ingrown hairs due to shaving. but if u notice they wont go away or if they spread or start to itch, ect,
then u definately need to go to the doctor and he/she will help you get rid of it.

My nose gets extremely oily at school. Its really embaressing. Ive tried to go to the bathroom and use oil absorbing sheets in between classes, but I can't do that without being tardy for classes. What can I do to keep me oil free throughout the school day? (link)

use scrubing pads to reduce oils in your skin and them wash your face with steamy water because it will absorb into your skin and reduce oils.

ok i am 15 year old girl and i have had my period before but i havn't had it in a long time. it has been like 10 months. When it was summer i didn't have it at all and i went to the doctor and she said it was because i was in sports and always exersising. But summer ended along time ago and i havnt been exersising like at all. In the 10 months i have probably had it 3 times but only for 2 or 3 days and it was small ones. I know i am not pregnant. But i dont know if it is serious or not. Should i go to the doctor or should i just not worry about it? (link)

remember one thing. every girl has different period cycles. probably there isnt anything seriously wrong with you but i suggest you go to the doctor and she what he/she tells you to do.

this weekend i went to a party with my bff and i kinda left her alone to go talk to people... and this idiot drunk guy was yelling at her telling her to get out of the house (he wasn't the host). i obviously feel awful about it and i want to like kill the guy. i mean i should have been there for her. i want to do something nice for her to show her how sorry i am and how much i care.. i know i made a big mistake.

first, tell her you're sorry.
second, do something to make it up to her...like buy her flowers or candy or maybe even take her to her favorite resturant or to a movie that shes been wanting to see for a while.
if that doesnt work...write that cheesy poem that girl was talking about...she will think its sweet!

okay so theres this guy that i like. and he likes me back. but then he goes and tells me how 3 girls from this other school like him (i know all of these girls btw) and tells me that 2 of them were fighting over who would get to hook up with him and stuff. like i just thought that was really obnoxious of him to do. and yeah when one of his friends asked me out last week i told him, kinda to make him jealous, but idk like i just dont know if i should like him anymore or not. like should i keep going normally like texting him and stuff or should i lay off and play hard to get? i think you should maybe stay away from him...his attitude isnt right to me. if he really likes you then he wouldnt tell you all these things to piss you off. even though guys are pretty much uneducated about how to treat girls but they do know how to make girls get mad.

hey i was wondering if anyone knew of something to put on my face to make it less pale.i have coverup but it doesn't really seem to lessen my paleness. i don't really want it to look like a fake tan or whatever, i just want something that will make my face not so pale. so does anyone know anything that works really good? thankss. A few weeks ago I noticed 2 little lumps just under my arm, right by my armpit.
I started itching insanely all over my upper body... my arms, stomache, underarms, breasts, sides.. and occasionly on my legs.. and then I discovered 2 more of the little bumps/spots one right on the side of my boob, and one a little further down and more towards my back.
All 4 lumps are on my right hand side. They are all now kind of flaky where i have been scratching?
I am going to go to the doctors about this but they cannot fit me in until thursday so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what possibilitys it could be?
I just read something Hodgkins lymphoma and i am now kind of worrying. I am probably being stupid.

it could be a mild rash or acne.
if the bumps look like pimples or wattery blisters it could be possibly scabies or scavies.
you can get them from sexual intercourse or just by touching someone.
but in the meantime put some itching cream on it.

ok i had a weirdd dream. could someone decode it for me. i really dont like those websites where you put in key words. it just doesnt match up.ok in my dream it was my recent ex's party, and i was there. then i was in this room where there were pictures of people in his life hanging, and his girlfriend was in the room (and she looked like a five year old). in real life ive never seen her. well basically the picture of me and him wasnt in there. so then yeah i went back into the party, and the kid i like snuck into the party to see me. him and my ex hate each other. anyway, he pitched a tent in the middle of the party (idk!) and then my ela teacher was there. shes really strict in reall life. well she was all like "you snuck in!" and he was like "no!" and then she was like "proove it!" and he like borrowed my shampoo?! and showed her, and she was like "fine! but im keeping my eye on you" welll we were in the tent together and then all these kids were surronding us and chanting "kiss her! kiss her! kiss her!" and we kissed. and i like died inside =]. and i was like really happy. then we started making out. then i woke up. welll anyone want to decode that? I'm in 8th grade and I have 3 classes with this guy. I have had a crush on him for the longest time. What I know right now is that he likes me as a friend. He talks to me and teases me a lot. I don't know what to do though. I mean I think he knows I like him but then again he may not. But either way he still talks to me. I am really confused right now on what to do. Also I have a feeling another girl likes him too. She seems like she is really interested in him and always talks to him, also stares. So I have a feeling she does. But I am so confused. I know there is nothing really I can do to make him like me but I just want it to be easier talking to him and have him actually want to talk to me. Well more than he does now. im 14 and also in the 8th grade. i know exactly how you feel. make him jelous by dating other guys.
and do the msn thing the other girl said that totally works cause if he likes you he will be waiting and waiting for you to reply to him...same thing works for texting.
