ok i will tell you what i do and it works pretty good: On your first time shave upwards towards your head and shave the whole thing, guys like that lol and always put lotion on afterwards or else it will get irritated cuz the skin "down there" is sensitive lol

I am a tiny girl too and C-section's do not hurt very much, first of all they give you a painkiller where on the outside of your stomach and your insides of your stomach you cannot feel anything and what they do is make a incision (the size of the cut is depending on how big you and your babies are) and they take your babies out and then they sew or staple you up and you might be a little soar afterwards but in the longrun you will be happy...lol, if you are wondering how i know this my mom used to work as a nurse :) it is not painful at all! don't worry and good luck to you and your babies...lol
